        BIPV(Building Integrated PV) system can expect dual effects that reduce expenses for establishment of PV system by adding new function as outer covering material of building expect producing the electricity. In case of PV(photovoltaic system) there are many generation differences according to the exterior environmental facts(solar cell array, design and installation condition of interactive inverter system). In this paper, we compared constitute factors of 3㎾ BIPV(solar cell module, inverter), operating characteristic and total system characteristic(utilization, generation efficiency, loss fact) and found out long time operating data using a watch instrumentations. By use of long time operating result, compare a totally operating characteristics, and we proposed a next building application of BIPV. BIPV system that is proposed in this paper, was established in Solar Energy research center of Chosun University, composed with system. The objective of this paper, is to provide a efficient BIPV design method through the considerations for the integration of PV system.

        뇌성마비 아동의 활동 중심으로한 하지 근력 강화 운동 효과

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of activity-focused strengthening in the lower extremity in children with cerebral palsy. Method: The study participants were sixteen children with Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) Levels Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ for cerebral palsy undergoing training at ‘P priviate center.’ They undertook training once daily for 50 minutes, two days per week, for 8 weeks. Gross Motor Functional Measure 88 (GMFM-88) was used for function measurements, and the onset time of lower extremity muscle contracture was determined by electromyography (EMG). The onset times of contracture of the rectus femoris, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior and soleus were determined during a sit-to-stand exercise. Results: All GMFCS level Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ children showed significant improvement in GMFM-88 Items C, D, and E after the experiment. GMFCS level Ⅱ children showed onset times of muscle contracture comparable to those of typical children. Conclusion: Activity-focused strengthening training in the low extremity can improve GMFM-88 scores in GMFCS level Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ children with cerebral palsy and the onset time of muscle contracture in GMFCS level Ⅱchildren

        피부과학에서의 이온이동법

        Transdermal drug delivery is applicable to only a few drugs because the stratum corneum is an excellent barrier to percutaneous absorption. Iontophoresis is a non-invasive technique which increases the drug deliveries into the skin through an electric current. In iontophoretic systems, the movement of ionized drugs is facilitated by electrical energy according to the basic electrical principles of “like charges repel each other and opposite charges attract”. Iontophoresis has been explored for many dermatological applications with considerably successful reports. This article reviews the principles and advantages/limitations of iontophoresis, the factors affecting iontophoresis and its applications in various dermatological conditions.

        농포와 궤양 형성이 심한 피부 프로토테카증 1예

        Protothecosis is unusual phycological disorder caused by algae, named Prototheca. Cutaneous protothecosis has been reported worldwide including Korea. The patient was eighty-eight year old female who complained of skin lesions developed 15 days prior to the first visit. She has been living near the seashore and enjoyed bathing in the sea. Her skin lesions were erythematous, purulent plaque and patch, ulceration on right forearm. Skin biopsy revealed the possibility of cutaneous protothecosis, and this finding was confirmed by histological, mycological and electron microscopical studies. The causative organism was identified as Prototheca wickerhamii. Surgical debridement with KMnO4 wound irrigation combined with intravenous fluconazole 400 mg/day for 3 weeks resulted in remarkable improvement of skin lesions. We report a case of cutaneous protothecosis which showed severe clinical feature and was successfully treated with combination of systemic antifungal agent and surgical debridement.
