        재료배합비를 달리한 밤떡의 관능적 및 물리적 특성

        Various Bam-dduk were prepared by using two kinds of chestnut flour (dried chestnut, boiled chestnut), 2 types of sugar (sugar and honey), and 3 levels of sugar (10, 20, 30 g), and they were evaluated for sensory quality, texture, moisture, and color. The addition of 10∼15% of dried chestnut flour to glutinous rice flour increased the graininess, moistness, chewiness, and sweetness of Bam-dduk, and the addition of 30∼40% boiled chestnut flour increased the graininess, moistness, and sweetness, depending up on the types and levels of sugar. The use of 10% dried chestnut flour and 30 ml of honey gave the highest value of springiness in Bam-dduk. Gumminess, hardness and chewiness were the highest with 15% dried chestnut flour and 20 g sugar. Cohesiveness was the strongest at 30% boiled chestnut flour and 10 ml honey. Adhesiveness was most proper when 30 g sugar was added to 10% dried chestnut flour. The use of boiled chestnut flour gave higher moisture content in Bam-dduk (32.2∼41.3%) than the use of dried chestnut flour (29.6∼34.2%). The values of `L` (67.43) and `b` (18.07) were most intensive in Bam-dduk prepared with 15% dried chestnut and 20 g sugar, and the replacement of 20 g sugar with 30 ml of honey gave the highest `a` value, 2.33.

        지방대학 여학생의 대학생활 경험과 인식

        이 연구는 지방대학 여학생들의 대학생활을 보다 깊이 있게 이해하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구내용은 지방대학 여학생들의 대학생활 경험과 그 의미에 초점을 맞추었다. 이 연구는 내러티브 탐구를 통한 질적 연구에서 시작하여(연구1) 인식 조사라는 양적 연구로 나아가는(연구2) 순차적 통합으로 진행하였다. 〈연구 1〉에서는 내러티브 탐구를 통해 전북지역 대학에 다니고 있는 7명의 여학생들의 서로 다른 대학생활 경험과 의미를 살폈다. 내러티브 탐구를 통해 살펴본 지방대학 여학생들의 대학생활경험은 ‘나를 찾아서’, ‘배움의 터’, ‘내일을 향한 꿈’, ‘인(因) 그리고 연(緣)’, ‘숨은 보물찾기’, ‘당당하게 선 이 자리’라는 6개의 의미를 함의하고 있었다. 이들은 다시 ‘자기탐색’, ‘학업탐색’, ‘진로탐색’, ‘대인관계탐색’, ‘학교탐색’이라는 5가지 대학생활 하위영역으로 범주화되었다. 〈연구 1〉의 결과는 지방대학 여학생들의 인식을 탐색하는 〈연구 2〉의 토대가 되었다. 〈연구 2〉에서는 내러티브 탐구의 연구 결과와 문헌연구를 토대로 설문지를 구성하고, 380명의 전북지역 대학생들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 대학생활, 지방대학, 여자대학생에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 지방대학 여학생들은 대학생활 하위영역에서 있어서 자기탐색과 진로탐색을 가장 중요하게 생각하며, 지방대학에 대해서 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결론으로서, 〈연구 1〉과 〈연구 2〉의 결과를 종합하여 논의하였으며, 후속 연구를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to deeply understand the campus life experiences of local college female students. The current study was focused on their campus life stories and their meanings. For these purposes, this study utilized a sequential mixed method of the narrative inquiry as a qualitative method and the survey on students’ perception as a quantitative method. The study 1 used narrative inquiry for understanding the campus life experience and meaning of seven female college students in Jeonbuk, a southern local area of Korea. In study 1, six meanings are implied, and they are categorized as five subdomains of campus life. The five subdomains are ‘self-exploration’(looking for me, positioning in her life), ‘academic exploration’(place for learning), ‘career exploration’(dream toward future), ‘relationship exploration’(connection between people), ‘school exploration’(searching for hidden benefit). They are on the ground of study 2. The study 2 was conducted by a survey research. The participants included 380 college students(of both female and male) in Jeonbuk. The students set the highest value on self-exploration and career exploration. The local college was perceived positively. On the integrated results of study 1 and study 2, discussion and further studies are suggested.

        Polyamine Induces Apoptosis Through the Calcium Signaling in Human Prostate Cancer Cells

        Polyamines are essential for the normal cell growth and differentiation. They are also known to have paradoxical dual effects on cell proliferation. In this paper we show that the excess amount of polyamines induces apoptosis through the modulation of calcium signaling in LNCaP human prostate cancer cells. Polyamines, particularly spermidine and spermine, stimulated cell proliferation at a lower concentration (under 10 ${\mu}M$), but it inhibited cell viability at a higher concentration (40 ${\mu}M$). The levels of intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ concentration were increased only at a high concentration of polyamines treatment without any noticeable changes at lower concentrations. Nifedipine did not alter the increase of polyamine-induced $Ca^{2+}$ levels, but flufenamic acid totally abolished the increase of intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ levels. These results mean that polyamines induce $Ca^{2+}$ influx from the surroundings through nonselective cation channels on the cell membrane. The expression of Bcl-2 protein was almost completely blocked, but the level of Bax protein was increased dramatically in the cells treated with high concentration of polyamine. The present study shows that polyamines at a high concentration induce apoptosis through the modulation of intracellular calcium signaling. The increase of intracellular calcium level induced by polyamines, was possibly a result from the extracellular calcium influx through the nonselective cation channels.

        EN-Simulator를 활용한 안심습지 일원 수달의 주요 이동경로 예측 연구

        In this study, we performed a Random Walker analysis to predict the Major Movement Paths of otters. The scope of the research was a simulation analysis with a radius of 7.5 km set as the final range centered on the Ansim-wetland in Daegu City, and a field survey was used to verify the model. The number of virtual otters was set to 1,000, the number of moving steps was set to 1,000 steps per grid, and simulations were performed on a total of 841 grids. As a result of the analysis, an average of 147.6 objects arrived at the boundary point under the condition of an interval of 50 m. As a result of the simulation verification, 8 points (13.1%) were found in the area where the movement probability was very high, and 9 points (14.8%) were found in the area where the movement probability was high. On the other hand, in areas with low movement paths probabilities, there were 8 points (13.1%) in low areas and 4 points (6.6%) in very low areas. Simulation verification results In areas with high otter values, the actual otter format probability was particularly high. In addition, as a result of investigating the correlation with the otter appearance point according to the unit area of the evaluation star of the movement probability, it seems that 6.8 traces were found per unit area in the area where the movement probability is the highest. In areas where the probability of movement is low, analysis was performed at 0.1 points. On the side where otters use the major movement paths of the river area, the normal level was exceeded, and as a result, in the area, 23 (63.9%), many form traces were found, along the major movement paths of the simulation. It turned out that the actual otter inhabits. The EN-Simulator analysis can predict how spatial properties affect the likelihood of major movement paths selection, and the analytical values are used to utilize additional habitats within the major movement paths. It is judged that it can be used as basic data such as to grasp the danger area of road kill in advance and prevent it.

        Tamoxifen Induces Mitochondrial-dependent Apoptosis via Intracellular Ca<sup>2+</sup> Modulation

        In the present work, we show that tamoxifen(Tam)-induced cytotoxicity is due to the mitochondrial-dependent pathway triggered by the intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ increase in MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. Tam induced the intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ increase. According to the experimental results with $Ca^{2+}$ channel blockers, Tam-induced $Ca^{2+}$ uptake seemed to depend on the voltage-sensitive $Ca^{2+}$ channel at the early stage, but at later stages the intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ increases are more likely due partly to the release of stored $Ca^{2+}$ and partly to the capacitative $Ca^{2+}$ or other entry pathways. Tam-induced $Ca^{2+}$ increase led to the release of cytochrome c from mitochondria into the cytosol and the change of mitochondrial membrane potential. In MCF-7 cells, caspase-7 plays a key role in the downstream of apoptosis because caspase-3 is absent. In the cells treated with Tam, caspase-7 cleavage was increased almost two-fold. There was no marked alteration in the level of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein; however, the cells showed increased expression of pro-apoptotic Bax protein more than two-fold in response to Tam. These results imply that the apoptotic signaling pathway activated by Tam is likely to be mediated via the mitochondrial-dependent pathway.

        유아교사의 행복 경험: 여섯 교사의 내러티브 탐구

        The purpose of this study was to explore the happiness experiences of child-care teachers and to draw the meanings from their happiness experiences. The narrative inquiry proposed by Clandinin & Connelly(2000) was used for this purpose. Data were collected from six child-care teachers over a period of 5 months. The teachers were required to write journals of their happiness experiences, and to discuss such experiences with the corresponding author at individual and group meetings from March to July 2010. Happiness experiences told by teachers were summarized into four sources of happiness: their interacting children, the sharing with their colleagues, parents’ acknowledgment, and their own learning and maturation. The meanings extracted from these happiness experiences covered enjoyment, love, and growth. The results of this study were discussed in terms of human relations, vocational achievement and satisfaction, social contribution, and positive emotion.

        초등교사의 교직갈등 극복 과정에 관한 근거이론 연구

        This study is a qualitative study to develop the substantive theory of overcoming conflict process of elementary school teachers by applying grounded theory as the methodology. Participants of this study were selected from elementary schools located in J province and K province, and 20 of them were informed about objectives and purpose of the study and agreed to participate. The data were collected and analyzed until they reached the theoretical saturation. Data analysis was conducted through the process of open coding, axis coding, and selective coding by the analysis method of Strauss and Corbin(2008), and it was repeated cyclically. A total of 138 concepts, 43 sub-categories and 17 categories were deduced. As a result of this study, the core category that explains elementary school teachers’ overcoming the conflict was ‘growing up as a professional teacher after pulling oneself out of hurts’. ‘Growing up as a professional teacher after pulling oneself out of hurts’ was explained through the process of ‘phase of chaos’, ‘phase of reflection’ and ‘phase of adjustment’. As a result of analyzing the properties and dimensions of the core category and combining subcategories further, the types of overcoming conflicts were derived three types: emotional release type, receptive type and problem solving type. As a result of this study, it is found that the process of overcoming conflicts of elementary teachers grows up as a professional teacher by adjusting the self - relationship - school culture through various strategies while feeling the lack of teachers, receiving unfair treatment and confronting unreasonable school culture. This study is meaningful to provide new insights to overcome conflicts and to recover from conflicts based on the overall understanding of conflict resolution process of elementary school teachers who experienced serious conflicts.

      • 미술치료가 장애아 형제자매를 가진 비장애 아동의 스트레스 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향

        This study wanted to learn about the effects on the stress and self-elasticity of Non-Disabled Child with Disabled siblings by applying art therapy. The subjects of the study are male children who are in the first grade of elementary school, who are stressed out because their mother puts time and attention on her sister, who is a disabled brother. The research period began in November 2010 and lasted 24 sessions, 50 to 60 minutes per session, once a week until July 2011. The study tools analyzed the response of expression and behavioral changes in the stress scale, self-elasticity scale, HTP picture test, person picture test in the rain and art therapy session-by-session activities. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, art therapy affected stress reduction of Non-Disabled Child with Disabled siblings. Second, art therapy influenced the improvement of self-elasticity of Non-Disabled Child with Disabled siblings. Third, art therapy had a positive effect on the changes in expression and behavior of non-disabled children with disabled children’s brothers in each session of the art therapy program. In conclusion, art expression during the art therapy process properly expressed the suppressed inner world of non-disabled children to the outside and helped them to accept themselves positively and express their emotions properly. This reduced stress in Non-Disabled Child with Disabled siblings and gave positive changes in self-elasticity.

        Sodium butyrate 노출에 의한 비소세포폐암 세포의 세포사멸과 extracellular signalregulated kinase 인산화의 감소

        히스톤 디아세틸라이제 저해제(HDACI)는 최근에 새로운 미래형 항암제로 주목을 받고 있으며 다른 항암요법 및 치료제와의 병용치료에도 효과적으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. HDACI은 다양한 조직기원의 암세포에서 증식억제 및 세포사멸 유도능이 시험되어 왔으나 비소세포폐암 세포에서 그 작용 및 기전이 명확히 조사된 바가 없다. 본 연구는 HDACI 중의 하나인 sodium butyrate (SB)를 비소세포폐암 세포주인 H460에 처리하여 세포생존율, 세포주기 분석, 세포 사멸도를 평가하고, 이와 관련하여 세포사멸 관련 단백질, p53, ERK의 변화를 조사하고자 하였다. 3가지 다른 농도(2.5, 7.5, 20 mM)의 SB에 H460 세포가 48시간 노출되었을 때, 세포 생존율은 농도의존적으로 감소되었으나 7.5 mM 이상의 농도에서 대조군에 비해 유의한 생존율 감소를 보였고, 20 mM에서 생존율 50% 전후를 나타냈다. SB 노출은 H460 세포의 사멸을 유발하였는데, 세포사의 유형은 아포토시스와 괴사가 동시에 발생함이 Annexin-V 분석으로 확인되었다. H460 세포에서 SB에 의해 유발되는 뚜렷한 세포주기의 변화양상은 G2/M기 정지였으며, 이러한 세포주기의 지연현상으로 세포사멸이 초래되는 것으로 생각된다. SB 처리는 아포토시스 발생관련 효소인 caspase-3과 caspase-7의 활성화를 유발하였으며, 이에 의한 PARP 단백질의 분절화도 관찰되었다. 동시에, 항세포사멸 단백질인 XIAP의 단백질 함량은 감소함을 보였다. SB 노출에 의한 세포주기의 G2/M기의 정지현상과 관련하여는 p53 단백질의 증가가 주목할 만한 하였다. SB의 H460세포에의 처리는 일반 ERK 단백질의 함량 변화를 유도하지 않았으나, 인산화형의 ERK는 SB 처리농도에 의존적으로 그 단백질 함량이 감소하였다. 이는 ERK가 비소세포폐암 세포인 H460에서 세포생존 및 유지와 관련된 단백질의 인산화에 계속적으로 관여하고 있다는 사실을 암시한다. 즉, SB의 처리는 ERK의 인산화를 유의하게 억제하는 기전과 관련이 있을 가능성이 높다고 추측된다. 향후 SB의 노출에 의한 pERK 감소 기전에 대한 연구가 추가적으로 진행되면 SB의 더욱 효율적인 암세포 사멸 유도 전략수립에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 예상된다. Histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACI) is a new promising candidate as an antineoplastic agent for the treatment of solid and hematologic malignancies. In order to evaluate cell death and to elucidate the related mechanism(s) in NSCLC cells after HDACI, sodium butyrate (SB), a representative HDACI, was used to treat H460 cells for 48 hrs. SB exposure resulted in a significant reduction of cell viability at concentrations below 7.5 mM, and about 50% of cell death occurred at 20 mM. The types of cell death induced by SB were both apoptosis and necrosis, evaluated by Annexin-V staining combined with propidium iodide. SB treatment significantly evoked G2/M cell cycle arrest and subsequently induced cell death with caspase-dependent manner. While ERK protein content was not altered after SB, phosphorylated forms of ERK were markedly reduced. Taken together, SB is significantly able to induce cell death in NSCLC cell line H460, and it is suggested that the reduction of ERK phosphorylation might be closely involved in the cancer cell death mechanism initiated by HDACI.
