트리즈 도구별 활용도 분석: S사의 적용사례를 중심으로

In this study, more than 2,500 cases using TRIZ methodology for 10 years from 2006 to 2016 in S company were analyzed to identify which TRIZ tools have been used for solving field problems. In the previous studies, some attempts were made to analyze the utilization of TRIZ tools, but all of them were based on very limited surveys or cases. The results of this study show that 40 inventive principles were most used, followed by separation principles, standard solutions, trimming, modeling using little people, patterns of evolution, ARIZ and Effects. In addition, detailed analysis were performed for widely used tools such as 40 inventive principles, separation principles, standard solutions, etc. The analysis would be a useful guide for the study and application of TRIZ tools in industry.

SIT(Systematic Inventive Thinking), a simplified version of TRIZ, has gained in popularity and used worldwide over recent years. In this paper, the relationship between 5 thinking tools of SIT and 40 inventive principles of TRIZ was examined. For the purpose, many practical TRIZ cases applied in a world-class consumer electronics company were analyzed. The analysis showed that SIT thinking tools were composed of 11 principles in 40 TRIZ inventive principles. Among SIT 5 thinking tools, division and attribute dependency were most frequently used. However, heavily used inventive principles such as preliminary action and beforehand cushioning were not included in SIT. If these principles are additionally reflected in SIT, the effectiveness of the thinking tools will be significantly increased.

이제까지 주로 LCD가 대화면화가 진행될 때 CCFL의 기술 개발 동향을 살펴 보았다. CCFL lamp는 LCD module의 BLU에서 광원으로 중요한 자리를 차지해 왔고, 원가 절감 및 성능향상이라는 목표로 지속적으로 기술 개발이 되어 왔다. 하지만 현재 LCD TV가 FPD 시장의 주도적인 역할을 하기 위해서 혁신적인 기술 개발이 요구되어서 EEFL, FFL, LED 광원, CNT 광원 등의 다양한 형태의 광원이 CCFL의 자리를 넘보고 있는 실정이다. 이에 CCFL 메이커들 또한 다른 광원들의 장점을 CCFL 내에서 구현하고, 자신만이 가지고 있는 기술로 주력광원으로서의 자리를 잃지 않기 위해 기술 개발이 더욱 빠르게 이루어져 가고 있다.

This paper examines the synaesthetic expressions in Korean with cognitive linguistic methodology and demonstrates that our mind is embodied. Synaesthetic expressions in Korean are embodied in our ordinary experiences. Synaesthetic phenomena are a kind of conceptual metaphor. This paper has three goals: first, I collect the cases of synaesthetic adjectives in Korean and establish the diagram of synaesthetic transfers; second, I examine the conceptual mappings among senses and show the process of synaesthetic metaphor; third, I reveal the fact that synaesthetic metaphor is based on metonymic activation.
TRIZ의 핵심 발명원리를 이용한 발명적 사고도구의 개선

Purpose: SIT(Systematic Inventive Thinking) has been widely used in recent years. The validity of the five thinking tools of SIT is examined, and how to improve the inventive thinking tools is investigated. Methods: Frequency analysis on the usage of the TRIZ 40 inventive principles was used. Inventive thinking tools are derived by eliminating principles with low frequencies and grouping similar principles together. Results: Segmentation, prior action, combining, extraction, cushion in advance, transformation of properties are most frequently used among the 40 principles of TRIZ. The most frequently used principles and similar principles with them are grouped into new inventive thinking tools. Two of them, division and attribute dependency, belong to the 5 thinking tools of SIT, and the others, proactive measures, combination and reversal, do not. Conclusion: The newly identified inventive thinking tools are division, combination, proactive measures, attribute dependency, and reversal. The new five inventive thinking tools are quite efficient since they can cover more than two thirds of the TRIZ 40 inventive principles.
p-Doped Polypyrrole및 composition Latex의 제조와 전도성 및 물성연구

본 연구에서는 안정제를 이용하는 반회분식 분산 중합(semi batch dispersion polymerization)공정으로 전도성 고분자인 p-Doped polypyrrole 입자를 제조하였다. 반회분식 분산 중합은 단량체를 monomer starved 조건하에서 연속 주입하여 중합시키는 방법으로써 polyvinylalcohol(PVA)을 안정제로 사용한 경우 평균 50nm, methylcellulose를 안정제로 사용한 경우평균 95nm 정도의 입자 크기를 갖는 dispersion을 제조할 수 있었으며, 이의 입자 크기 및 전도도는 단량체 투입 속도, 개시제 농도와 안정제의 종류, 분자량 및 농도에 따라 변화하였다. 이는 도입 성분중 개시제와 안정제의 역할(친수성 정도, 분자량)에 따라 달라지는 것으로, 이에 따른 물성의 최적점을 찾을 수 있었다. The work present here shows the technique to produce p-Doped polypyrrole particles by semibatch dispersion polymerization using steric-stabilizer. Monomer-starved polymerization process was successful to increase the particle size up to 50 nm in case of polyvinylalcohol (PVA) stabilizer, and up to 95 nm in case of methylcellulose stabilizer. The particle size and the bulk conductivity changed with the feed rates of monomer, the concentrations of initiator (dopant) and the type, molecular weight, concentrations of steric-stabilizer.
저온 초임계 건조 공정을 이용한 Resorcinol/Formaldehyde계 유기 에어로겔의 제조

본 연구에서는 resorcinol과 formaldehyde를 이요하여 수상에서 축중합시켜 겔을 만든 후 저온 초임계 건조 공정을 이용하여 겔 구조의 변형없이 용매를 제거하여 내무 표면적과 같은 에어로겔의 최종 물성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 고형분의 농도(2-5%)를 변화시켜 실험한 결과 초기 반응조건이 반응시간 및 최종물성에 변수가 됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 제조된 에어로겔에 100-30$0^{\circ}C$까지 온도를 가하며 표면 특성을 분석한 결과 열을 가함에 따라 기공의 크기가 커지고 표면적이 감소됨을 관찰할 수 있었다.
신제품 콘셉트 발상을 위한 SIT&BCC 활용에 관한 연구

Today's market is transforming from knowledge-based technology to value-driven innovation based on the shortened product life cycle and rapid advances in information technology. In order to respond to these market changes, researches on SIT and BCC have been carried out variously as systematic thinking tools for discovering creative ideas. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of SIT & BCC in comparison with traditional brainstorming for generating creative ideas. For the purpose, 15 people participated in the brainstorming group and another 15 people participated in the SIT & BCC group, and each group generated ideas for shopping cart. 57 ideas in the brainstorming group and 65 ideas in the SIT & BCC group were obtained. The creativity evaluation of the two groups' products was conducted by 7 evaluators based on CAT(Consensual Assessment Technique). 7 evaluators evaluated originality and practicality of each idea using the five point Likert scale. Independent sample t-tests were conducted to confirm statistical significance of the results of the two groups. The originality and practicality of the SIT & BCC group were superior to those of the brainstorming group.
