Trivalent cerium$(Ce^{3+})$ activated YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet, $Y_3Al_5O_{12})$) thin films phosphor were deposited on quartz glass substrates by rf magnetron sputtering. The effects of sputtering parameters, annealing atmosphere, and substrates on growing behaviors and luminescent properties were investigated. The sputtering parameters were $O_2/(Ar+O_2)$ gas ratio, rf power, and deposition time. XRD (X-ray diffractometery) spectra exhibited that as-deposited films were amorphous, while they were transformed to the crystalline phases by post-annealing. The crystallinity and the atomic ratio strongly depended on the sputtering gas ratio $O_2/(Ar+O_2)$. High quality YAG:Ce thin films could be obtained at the gas ratio of $50\%$ oxygen. After annealing process, PL (Photoluminescence) spectra excited at 450nm showed a yellow single band at 550nm. The films deposited at the sputtering gas ratio of 50% oxygen exhibited the highest PL intensity.

장기억 과정에서 빠른 베이지안 변화점검출

In this paper, we introduce a fast approach for Bayesian detection of change points in long-memory processes. Since a heavy computation is needed to evaluate the likelihood function of long-memory processes, a method for simplifying the computational process is required to efficiently implement a Bayesian inference. Instead of estimating the parameter, we consider selecting a element from the set of possible parameters obtained by categorizing the parameter space. This approach simplifies the detection algorithm and reduces the computational time to detect change points. Since the parameter space is (0, 0.5), there is no big difference between the result of parameter estimation and selection under a proper fractionation of the parameter space. The analysis of Nile river data showed the validation of the proposed method.

한미동맹과 대량무기 확산방지구상에 대한 해석

미국의 한반도 정책은 비핵화이다. 미국정부는 북한의 핵위협을 제거하기 위해 군사행동의 가능성을 고려했었다. 군사행동 고려는 1993년 중반부터 1994년 중반까지 정점에 달했다. 그러한 공격은 직접적으로 한국전을 일으켰을 것이다. 당시 북핵위기는 북미협상과 한미동맹에 의해 해결되었다. PSI의 목적은 지구적 또는 지역적 안보에 심각한 위협을 일으키는 국가나 비국가행위자에게 대량살상무기, 운반체계, 관련 물질의 확산을 막거나 적어도 억제하는 것이다. PSI의 가장 논쟁의 여지가 있는 활동은 차단이다. 북한은 구상에 대해 심각한 우려를 표명하면서 다음과 같이 언급하였다. 무기를 개발하고, 배치하고, 수출하는 것은 주권이다. 그리고 자신들의 선박에 대한 차단은 선전 포고로 간주할 것이다. 한국이 북한선박에 대한 차단을 시행하면 북한은 도발로 대응할 것이므로 한반도의 긴장은 극적으로 증가할 것이다. 한국은 한미동맹과 남북관계를 고려해야하기 때문에 PSI에 매우 조심스럽게 접근하지 않을 수 없다.

‘경영인의 지혜(Managerial Wisdom)’ 습득을 위한 SSWB 모델의 효과성 연구

[연구목적] 본 연구는 SSWB 모델을 실제 경영학습현장에 대입하기 위해 개발된 프로그램을 소개하고 SSWB 모델의 효과성을 검증하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 연구자가 근무하고 있는 서울소재 K와 S대학의 책임경영, 기업윤리, 그리고 리더십 수강생 110명을 대상으로 2019년 가을학기에 시행되었다. 측정 도구는 연구자가 개발한 ‘경영인의 지혜’ 이며 사전 사후 검사를 위해 SPSS 25를 활용하여 대응표본 t검증을 실시하였다. [연구결과] 본 연구를 통해 경영인의 지혜에 대한 7개의 하위요인인 고차지식, 자기성찰, 앎의 욕구, 영성 및 초월, 공감, 모순인지 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 분석되었다. 즉, SSWB 모델을 활용한 프로그램은 경영인의 지혜 수준을 향상시키며 따라서 본 모델의 효과성은 입증되었다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 지금까지의 지혜 학습에 관련된 연구가 관념적인 논증을 거치거나 인터뷰를 통한 질적 연구에 국한되어 있었던 데 반해 실제 양적인 측정을 시도하였다는 것에 큰 의미가 있다. 게다가, 국내 최초로 경영인의 지혜를 개념화하고 측정 도구와 프로그램을 개발한 연구자가 직접 프로그램의 효과성을 검증했다는 것에서도 그 의의를 찾아볼 수 있다. 이는 연구의 방향과 흐름의 일관됨은 물론 같은 주제의 맥락을 하나로 집결시켜 정확한 연구의 본질에 충실할 수 있었음을 의미한다. 또한, 본 연구의 결과로 볼 때 지혜 학습의 가능성이 타당화되었다. 이는 추상적으로 여겨졌던 지혜의 학문적 진입은 물론, 실천적 대입에 대한 촉발제가 되었다는 점에서도 큰 의의를 지닌다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to first introduce the program developed to apply the SSWB model to the actual management learning site. The purpose is to verify the effectiveness of the SSWB model through comparative analysis before and after implementation of the program. [Methodology] The study was conducted in the fall semester of 2019 on 110 students of responsible management, management ethics, and leadership at K and S universities in Seoul where researchers work. For this study, pretest-posttest was conducted using the ‘Management Wisdom’ measurement tool developed by the researcher, and the analysis and verification were conducted using SPSS 25. [Findings] As a result, all factors resulted in statistically significant results. In other words, the SSWB model can be interpreted as improving the level of management wisdom. Therefore, it has been verified that this is a useful program for learning the wisdom of managers. [Implications] This study is significant in that the research related to learning wisdom has been limited to qualitative research through interview or through ideological reasoning so far, while actual quantitative measurement has been attempted. Moreover, the significance of the program can be found in the fact that the researchers who have conceptualized the wisdom of managers and developed measurement tools and programs for the first time in Korea have personally verified the effectiveness of the program. This means that the direction and flow of research are consistent, as well as the context of the same subject can be brought together to be faithful to the exact nature of the study. Also, the possibility of learning wisdom has been justified. This is of great significance not only in the academic entry of wisdom, which was considered abstract, but also in the fact that it was the trigger for practical college entrance.

다성분 용매와 암모늄계 분산제가 적용된 투명 유전체 프릿트 슬립의 분산거동

Dispersion behavior of the slurries consisted of Pb or Bi-based glass frits, which are used for the fabrication of green sheet as PDP front panel transparent dielectric, was examined in non-aqueous solvent system. Measurements of sedimentation height and viscosity were conducted to determine proper dispersion condition in the various solvent and dispersant system. Azotropic compound and ethyl acetate were used as the solvent and ammonium-type dispersant was applied to the slurries. All slurries were dispersed well in azotropic solvent system involving 20$\sim$50 vol% ethyl acetate at 2$\sim$3 wt% dispersant content. Especially, dispersion behavior was notably improved in the addition of ethyl acetate in the Bi-based frit slurry.

발달외상을 경험한 여아의 모래놀이 사례연구 : 머독(Murdock)의 여성 영웅여정 관점으로

본 연구는 영-유아기 모와의 불안정애착과 정서적 방임, 아동기 부모의 이혼 과정에서 심리적 혼란 등 ‘발달 외상’을 경험하였던 사춘기 초입의 만 12세 여아의 모래놀이상담 사례연구이다. 자아 강화를 목적으로 18회기의 모래놀이상담이 시행되었다. 모래놀이상담 전 과정의 분석은 캠벨의 이난나 여성 영웅의 신성한 부름과 무의식 여정 출발, 지하세계로의 하강, 시련의 길, 그리고 다시 공동체로의 귀환이라는 3단계의 큰 흐름과 머독(Murdock)의 여성 영웅 여정을 분류한 10단계의 세부 단계로 비교 분석하였다. 비교 분석한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 출발단계에서, 소녀 영웅의 출발(Departure; 1~3회기)은 부모의 이혼이라는 외적 사건을 통하여 ‘쓰레기처럼 버림받음’으로써, 자신의 여성성과 분리를 하고 영웅의 여정에 부름을 받는다. 외상으로 인한 짙은 그림자 안에서, 정화작업과 체험학습의 준비작업을 통해 남성성과 동일시하면서 여정을 떠나게 된다. 다음으로 입문(Initiation; 4~12회기), 지하세계로 하강하여, 3단계 ‘시련의 길’로 들어서서, 수영장을 건설하고, 무인도 정글의 무의식의 깊은 지하세계로 하강한다. 4단계에서, 자신의 성취에 팽창되기도 하나, 초자연적인 조력과 헬퍼(소피아 공주와 수호신 거북이)의 도움을 받으며 인고의 과정을 견디어낸다. 5단계 ‘영적인 메마름’을 깨달으며, 불모지 사막의 시련을 겪고. 허리케인 태풍을 만나는 고통의 과정에서 죽음을 직면하기도 한다. 6단계 여신(여성성)에게로 하강하는 ‘통과의례’를 하고, 7단계에서 자신의 여성성과의 연계를 향한 갈망을 드러내며, 자아(ego)의 여성 정체성(쥐띠, 생일)을 확립하며, 부정적 모성 콤플렉스를 극복하고, 대호(大虎)를 만나고, 그리고 자아와 자기(Self)와 영적인 만남을 하게 된다. 마지막으로, 귀환(Return; 13~18회기)단계이다. 8단계에는 ’모-녀의 분리를 치유‘하기 위한 깊은 퇴행을 하고, 9단계에서 ’남성성의 치유‘과정을 통하여 선과 악을 구별하고 ’조선-근대-현대‘사회를 분류하면서 동시에 여성적인 특성인 감성적인 부분을 수용한다. 영웅, 자아(ego)는 자신의 탄생을 축하하면서 자아의 에너지를 인식하고 더 능력 있고 효과적으로 기능하면서 공동체(가난한 찰리의 가족)로 귀환을 결정한다. 이제 자신의 공동체(가족)로 돌아와서 18 회기에서 생일 케이크를 만들고 모두에게 도움이 되는 소녀 영웅이 되어 일상생활과 가족관계 및 또래 관계적인 면에서도 변화를 가져온다. 본 모래놀이상담 사례연구를 통하여, 머독(Murdock)의 여성 영웅여정을 기반으로 소녀 영웅은 여성성의 분리, 인고의 과정을 통해 트라우마의 치유, 통과의례 진행, 그리고 남성성과 여성성의 통합 과정을 확인하였다. This is a sandplay case study of a twelve year old pre-pubescent female that experienced developmental trauma. She has experienced insecure attachment to the mother and emotional neglect during infancy and early childhood in addition to psychological confusion during the parents divorce. Sandplay therapy was conducted 18 sessions for ego strengthening. The effects of the sandplay therapy was comparatively analyzed through Joseph Campbell s three acts of quest found in the Inanna myth of the heroine’s journey, the departure, descent into the underworld and the return to community and mainly through a more detailed ten stages of heroine s journey suggested by Maureen Murdock. In her Departure(session 1 through 3), in the first stage, the heroine is thrown away like garbage in an external event which is her parents divorce. In this step, she separates from her femininity and receives the call to adventure. In the dark shadows of her trauma, she identifies with masculinity through purification processes and preparation through ‘field studies in session 2 and session 3’, and embarks on her journey. During her initiation (session 4 through 12), she descends into the underworld and enters stage three, ‘the road of trials’. She constructs a swimming pool and descends into the deserted jungle of the deep underworld of unconsciousness. In step 4, she has to find the loon of success, but she endures this process of perseverance with supernatural help and the assistance of helpers(Princess Sophia and a guardian turtle). In stage 5, she realizes awakening to feelings of spiritual aridity and experiences the trials and tribulations in a desert wasteland. She also comes face to face with death in the painful process of encountering a hurricane/typhoon. During stage 6, she goes through the rite of passage where she initiates and descents to the goddess. In stage 7, she reveals her desire for connection with her femininity and confirms the feminine identity(Chinese horoscope sign of rat, birthday) of the ego, thereby overcoming the negative mother complex. She then meets the Great Tiger, and her ego and self have their spiritual encounter. Finally, there is the return to community. In stage 8, there was deep regression to assist the healing of the mother-daughter separation and in stage 9, good and evil were differentiated through the healing of wounded masculinity and furthermore, characteristically emotional aspects of feminine are accepted while she made Chosun- early modern period- contemporary period are categorized. And in the final stage is the integration of masculine and feminine. The heroine/ego celebrates its own birth and becomes aware of its own energy to function more competently and effectively. Ultimately, the heroine decides to return to its community(Charlie s poor family). Now that she has returned to her community, she makes a birthday cake during session 18 and becomes a heroine who is helpful to all. As a result, there are changes in her daily life and relationships with family and peers as well. Through this sandplay case study, the heroine was able to verify and confirm the process of separating the feminine, healing her trauma through trial and tribulations, execution of her rites of passage, and finally the unification of the masculine and feminine.

e-비즈니스 환경하에서 지혜경영에 관한 고찰

대중 골프장의 개발요소가 수익성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Despite recent ease of public regulations on development of golf courses, the supply of new public golf courses can not meet the increasing demand. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how developmental factors determine the profitability of the public golf courses. Using the nationwide data of 41 public golf courses except those in Jeju-do, this study examines 1) the regional differences of ROI with ANOVA, 2) the difference of ROI depending upon the types of operation through T-test, and 3) the developmental factors` influence on ROI by multiple regression analysis. As a result, these analyses show that there is no statistically significant difference in ROI either by regional differences or by types of operation. However, regression analysis of ROI with the developmental factors of golf course as an independent variable, the number of holes, the length of driving range per hole, and the installation of night lighting facilities show positive (+) effect on ROI. On the other hand, the area of developed land per hole shows negstive(-) effect on ROI. These results are expected to be utilized as a basic information for successful development of public golf courses.

복합발달외상을 경험한 은둔형 외톨이의 모래놀이치료사례연구 : 연금술적 변환을 중심으로
