국부압축력을 받는 스트링거 보강 복합적층 만곡 판넬의 좌굴 및 후좌굴 거동을 개발한 유한요소프로그램을 이용하여 해석하였다. 후좌굴 해석은 판넬거동을 세 가지로 나누어 해석하였다. 판넬과 보강재를 모델링 하기 위하여 8절점응축 쉘요소를 도입하고 비선형유한 요소 수식화를 위해 2nd Piola-Kirchhoff 응력텐서와 Lagrangian 변형률 텐서를 채택하였다. 파손 특성을 고려하기 위해 점진적 파손해석을 도입하였다. 국부축하중을 받는 복합적층 만곡 판넬의 좌굴하중 및 좌굴후 극한하중, 국부좌굴과 전체좌굴, 그리고 보강재 영향이 인자별로 해석 비교 된다. In this paper, postbuckling behavior of laminated composite-stringer stiffened-curved panels loaded in local compression is analyzed using the finite element program developed. Postbuckling Analysis is performed in dividing the panel behavior into three basic parts. The eight node degenerated shell element is used in modelling both panel and stiffeners, and the updated Lagrangian description method based on the 2nd Piola-Kirchhoff stress tensor and the Green strain tensor is used for the nonlinear finite element formulation. The progressive failure analysis is adopted in order to grasp the failure characteristics. The postbuckling experiment of the laminated composite-stiffened-curved panel had been done to verify the finite element analysis. The buckling load and the postbuckling ultimate load are compared in parametric study.

Atlas Ci 4000 Weather-Ometer & GrretagMacbeth Color-Eye 7000A was used in order to simultaneously simulate and accelerate outdoor weatheing conditions for the evaluation of the outdoor durability of glass fiber/vinylester composites. The test mehod for monitoring the effect of artificial weathering included flexural strength measurement and colour difference. Clear crazing phenomena were not observed after long exposure to Weather-Ometer and also the mechanical properties were not decreased nearly by the Weather-Ometer and QUV exposure. The main reason to decrease UV effects has been characterized by using the UV stabilizer.

The flammability test prescribed by KS M 3015 code was accomplished on the composite utility pole made from glass fiber reinforced plastics. The used resin was vinylester added by flame retardant as Halogen compounds and Antimony trioxide. The specimen were consisted of #1, #2 and #3 group with each 5 specimen. The composite utility pole was produced from glass woven roving and vinyleser by PVRTM. The results showed that all the specimen satisfied V-0 class of KS M 3015 without igniting on the cotton indicator by flaming particles or drops, and flaming or glowing up to the holding clamp. Almost all the specimen were safe without flame time after firs and second flame application.

The effect of chemical composition on mechanical properry and corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel was investigated. The main results obtained were as follows : 1. There was a linear relationship between the tensile strength of stainless steel and the $Cr_{eq}/Ni_{eq}$. The larger the $Cr_{eq}/Ni_{eq}$ was the higher the tensile strength of stainless steel. 2. There was a good correlationship between $Cr_{eq}/Ni_{eq}$ and intergranular, gerneral corrsion rate. 3. Intergranular corrosion rate decreased linearly with increasing Cr content. 4. General corrosion rate decreased linearly with increasing Ni content. 5. Logarithm corrosion rate of intergranular and general corrosion has a linear relationship with all of the factor of $Cr_{eq}/Ni_{eq}$, Cr and Ni content.
