In this study, we explored the possibility of applying the team system as a new management method of school organization based on the case of showing the characteristics of the team system in the school field. In order for the team system to be properly applied in the school organization, first, clarification of the introduction goal and consensus of members must be formed in the introduction process. Second, the delegation of authority and the pursuit of autonomy, shared responsibility and performance, rewards, and commonality in the operating method should be oriented. Third, members of the team must have complementary competencies. Fourth, the organization should aim for a horizontal organizational culture. In this regard, Haneul High School did not have the goal of introducing a team system, but the goals for each department were clear and the GAT and quarterly programs were operated to form a consensus on the educational goals. Next, in the operation of the school curriculum, the delegation of authority and autonomy were guaranteed to the curriculum center and departments, and the departments were receiving common responsibilities, achievements, and rewards. In addition, it was operating the CNSA-net as an information sharing system among educational members. Lastly, in order to strengthen human resource capacity, we operated strict teacher recruitment screening, TRF, and NLF, and aimed for a horizontal organization through a department-oriented organization and various decision-making councils. Based on the results of this study, the policy suggestions are as follows. First, there is a clear need for teaming on a conceptual level. Second, it is necessary to discover and spread team application cases. Third, research on the application of team system at the system level needs to be conducted.
