        The following conclusion has been derived from the foregoing results of analysis and observation. First, we found, in this proposed system, reliability, objecivity, and individuality. Second, this type of system must be able to measure numerable testees. Third, testees are regulated that they are brought to the same condition in which their willful adventage are not allowed, Fourth, when considering the foundamental physical strength and skills can be evaluated in general throughout all skills areas of physical education, the following items of skills are recognized to have the advantages and disadvantages which relatively lack or relieve one another. However, under various conditions of the prevailing system of the entrance physical test, the following measurable items of physical skills selected are concluded as having highest validity primarily for the physical entrance examination. 1. Side Step B Style 2. Zigzag Run 3. Wall Pass 4. Standing Long Jump

        Arms actions in the free exercise not have a great effect on flexibility of shoulders, elbows, wrists and on tenderness of muscles of these parts, but give helps to the exercise of all parts and strengthen these parts: legs, neck, chest, sides, back, stomach, torso, etc. So this has an important position in the body exercise. However, scientific and theoritical research has been so neglected in all free exercises as well as in arms actions that hardness of the actions, gradual development and recognition of the effect are acknowledged abstractedly and generally. Established exercise and beaten track are simply followed. The arms actions in free exercise of all parts of body should be studied analytically and kinetically, in order to investigage more effective way of free exercise. (1) To strengthen in more effective way the exercise of all parts of body with the arms actions. a) Arms' swing or arms' up-swing shall be replaced by arms' turn-round. Arms' turnaround is to be done in accordance with one's boy structure, and it will be more effective when the turnibg closes to circle action. Strenghtening with arms' turn, and smoothness with rhythm is a most important scientific view-point, which shall be available to exercises of legs, sides, back, stomach, and torso. b) Strengthening exercise of all parts of body with arms' bent and stretched is to be an effective way from the viewpoint of accelerating use of arms' gravity and is to be mainly used for legs' exercise with its sharp actions. (2) Exercise of all parts of body with arms raised is performed with the purpose of either enhancing the safety of the body with the balance of it, or reversedly giving our body the enough practice of balance-taking by jeopardizing the safety of the body. Moreover it aims to give effectiveness to the exercise of all parts of body using the gravity of the arms by fixing them at the certain position. It is mainly used for the exercise of sides, back, stomach and torso. (3) Exercise of all parts of body with arms fixed is performed to retrain the needless motion of the arms. It is to obtain the exactness of the motion itself without any consideration of the kinetic role the arms play. Thererfore it has no concern with the investigation of the kinetic sides. This exercise is done to give activation to legs, neck, sides, back and stomach.

        The research is pertinent to the actual health conditions of farmers in this country. Among the diseases from which they suffer are those involving stomach, spinal column, shoulders, and the lower limbs. For that matter, the Saemaul Farmer's Exercises are made up with the goal of refreshment, preventive correction and distraction as well. Futhermore, the exercises of the total body aim at making progress in physical strength. The exercises consist of thirteen different motion; the movements are done in two-dimension, these exercises are for both begginers and for skillful people. The frequency of repeating motions becomes different according to sex, and physical strength. Ustally sixteen respiratory intervals are for the weak, the old, and females; thirty-two respiratory intervals are used by the strong and young, predominatly by male. The exercises themselves have flexibility which makes it possible for individuals to increase or reduce the amount of motion. There are thirteen kinds of movements in the following order: 1) Stretching up 2) Bending and Swinging neck 3) Twisting and Revolving Arms 4) Widening, Bending, and Straightening Limbs 5) Stretching Arms while Tightening Chest Muscular 6) Side Stretching 7) Stretching Body Back and Forth 8) Twisting from side to Side 9) Lifting Thighs in turns and Turning Waist Over 10) Twisting and Stretching Body Back and Forth 11) Jumping on Tiptoe and Hopping 12) Lifting heels and Putting Weight of Body on Toes 13) Controlling Breath, both Inhaling and exhaling

        Ⅰ. The aim of this study A. To examine whether the directives of the physical education facilities issued by the Ministry of Education are, in terms of items and their quantities, pertinent to carrying out the physical education curriculums. B. To check whether tsudents are making the best use of the facilities already installed or equipped. C. To find out how often the present facilities are utilized and what kinds of new facilities would meet students' desire. It is the purpose of this study to clarify the questions about the standardization of the physical education facilities by scrutinizing the above mentioned items. Ⅱ. The method of reserch A. In comparison with the directives of physical education facilities B. Check up on the frequency of use of the materials 1. Survey of the frequency of use of the materials 2. Spot check of the frequency of use of the materials C. Survey of the materials students want to be provided with 1. Inquiry about whether students want to increase the number of the facilities which are already in use. 2. In quiry about whether they want new facilities Ⅲ. Conclusion and proposition A. It is reasonable to say that the directives of the physical education facilities must be established in accordance with the physical education curriculum. As "recreation" is shown in the different column of the curriculum, facilites for the physical education must be devided into two categories: the essential materials which must be provided by all means and the materials which are encouraged to be provided B. As shown in the survey questionnaire about the frequency of use of the materials in hand and the spot check on the same item in regard with their quantity stated in the directives of physical education facilities, primary schools need more facilities for games.

        스마트폰을 이용한 공용 자전거 시스템

        현재 에너지 절약과 환경 보호 차원에서 자전거를 이용하는 사용자 수가 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라 자전거는 대중들에게 교통 및 운동을 위한 수단으로 자리 잡았다. 점점 고급화 되고 있는 자전거와 더불어 사용자들의 자전거에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 스마트폰으로 자전거의 각각의 부품들을 제어하여 사용자에게 편리함을 주는 자전거를 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 이용한 자전거와 공용자전거의 시장동향과 향후 전망에 대해 분석한다. 분석된 내용을 토대로 문제점과 개선방향을 검토한 후 기존의 스마트폰을 이용한 공용 자전거 시스템을 구현한다. 이 제안하는 시스템을 통해 자전거 보급 확대와 더불어 사용자들의 욕구를 충족시켜 국내 자전거 산업에 이바지하는 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 보인다. Nowadays, most people have been using a bicycle as a transportation or exercise. The bicycle is so indispensable to the public means of transportation. The demand of the bicycle is increasing since one is becoming advancement more and more. We propose a smart bicycle that can controls the individual parts of the bicycle by smart phone. This paper verifies and validates the problem and the advanced direction after confirming the smart phone's public bicycle to learn about market trends and the analysis of future prospects. Based on the analyzed contents of the problem and improving the direction, we implement public bicycle system with smart bicycle. The implementation of the proposed method shows the available and the effective system with the promote public health by cycling and contributing to the domestic bicycle industry.
