My studies are strongly based on its process. I believe that process itself deserves as much attention as its conclusion. Indeed, Conclusion Won't exist without its process. Therefore, I prefer present my design process as the abstraction of my thesis paper. This will clearly or translate my concepts and its process of formalization. Single-Pass VDD 심파를 위한 자동화된 심장 박동기 탈분극파 검출 알고리즘의 효용성

Single-pass VDD 심장 박동기(pacemaker)는 하나의 리드만 이식하는 수술 과정의 단순함과 하나의 리드만으로 심방 탈분극파를 적절히 검출하여 심방-심실 탈분극의 연속성(A-V sequence)을 이를 수 있다는 이유로 널리 사용되고 있으나, 검출의 신뢰도에 대해서는 여전히 논의의 대상이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 논의의 대상이 되고 있는 심방 탈분극파 검출을 개선하기 위하여 자동화된 심장 박동기 심파 검출 알고리즘을 9명의 환자로부터 얻은 Single-pass VDD 심파에 적용하고, 실제 심파 검출과정에서의 동작 특성을 관찰하였다. 자동화된 검출 알고리즘은 최근에 검출된 두 개의 intrinsic 탈분극파 진폭의 평균치를 계산하여 그 평균치의 50%로 검출 문턱치를 매 박동마다 조정하는 매우 단순한 방법으로, 자동화된 검출 알고리즘의 핵심인 문턱 전압 검출치의 자동적 조정만으로도 Single-pass VDD 심방 탈분극파 검출을 개선할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Single-pass VDD pacemakers have been used as a result of simple implantation procedures and generally reliable atrial tracking that ensures an A-V sequence pacing. However, there is a controversy over their reliabilities of atrial tracking. As a new sensing method for reliable atrial tracking, a simple automatic pacemaker sensing algorithm was implemented and evaluated to validate its benefits in sensing depolarization waves of Single-pass VDD atrial electrograms. The automatic sensing algorithm had a predetermined sensing dynamic range and the sensitivity level was controlled as 50% of the average of two most recently sensed intrinsic amplitudes. The behavior of the automatic sensing algorithm in the Single-pass VDD atrial electrograms was analyzed and characterized. It was observed that the automatic sensing algorithm was more effective than a conventional fixed threshold method to accurately detect and track p-waves in Single-pass VDD electrograms.

MGPSCS-A1을 이용한 GPS(Global Position System)에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는, 2000년 5월 1일 자정을 기해 미 백악관의 S/A(Selective Availability) 해제 발표 전과 발표 후 고정 위치에 대한 위치 데이터의 차를 확인하기 위해, GPS의 기초와 GPS 수신기의 모듈 MGPSCS-Al을 소개하고, 그리고 고정 위치에 대한 위치 정보를 반복 측정하여 S/A 해제 전과 후의 오차의 정도를 확인하였다. In this paper, we introduce an introduction to GPS and GPS - based receiver module MGPSCS-Al in order to verify the difference of corresponding position data in terms of iterative measurements of an appropriate fixed point, before and after the S/A released by the announce of US white house at the midnight on May 1, 2000.
