        사례기반추론을 이용한 흙막이공법 선정모델에 관한 연구

        There is a greater importance for underground work designed and built in the urban areas when it comes to considering the cost-effectiveness and the period of construction commensurate with an increasing trend of skyscrapers. At this stage of underground work, it's extremely necessary to choose a proper earth retaining method. However, a frequent change order during construction happens in Korea where different performers design and construct separately, so there is a great possibility for the change order to affect the aspects of construction cost and period which normally define the outcome of construction work. Therefore, the study has suggested the rational retaining wall method by developing the case-based reasoning model as stool to choose a proper retaining wall method applied at the stage of selecting the earth retaining method. Applying the 'CBR Model' developed in the study to the designing and developing stages of the earth retaining work will contribute to the successful outcomes by decreasing any changes of design from implementing the earth retaining work.

        일차 수술후 재발한 난치성 간질환자에 대한 수술

        Purposes : This study reports the possible causes of seizure recurrence in patients underwent previous epilepsy surgery, and surgical strategy for resection of the additional epileptogenic zone locating at the distant area to the site of first resection. Methods : A total of 10 patients with previous surgery due to intractable epilepsy were studied. Five of these underwent standard temporal lobectomy, four extratemporal resection, and one corticoamygdalectomy. Seizure outcome of these were class III-IV. Evaluation methods for reoperation included MRI, 3D-surface rendering of MRI, PET, prologned video-EEG recording with surface electrodes and subdural grid electrodes. Additional resection was done in the frontal lobe in two, in the temporal lobe in three, in the parietal lobe in two, and in the supplementary sensori-motor area in two. Tumor in the superior frontal gyrus in the left hemisphere was removed in one patient. Extent of resection was decided based on the results of ictal subdural grid EEGs and MRI findings. Awake anesthesia and electrocortical stimulation were performed in the two patients for defining the eloquent area. Results : Histopathologic findings revealed extratemporal cortical dysplasia in six, hippocampal sclerosis and cortical dysplasia of the temporal neocortex in one, neuronal gliosis in two, and meningioma in one. Previous pathology of the five patients with cortical dysplasia in the second operation was hippocampal sclerosis plus cortical dysplasia of the temporal neocortex. After reoperation, seizure outcomes were class I in six, class II in three, class III in one at the mean follow-up period of 17.5 months. Characteristically, patients in class II-III after reoperation showed histopathologic findings of hippocampal sclerosis plus temporal neocortical cortical dysplasia plus extratemporal cortical dysplasia. Conclusions : Seizure recurrence after epilepsy surgery was related with the presence of an additional epileptogenic zone distant to the site of first operation, and the majority of the histopathology of the surgical specimens was cortical dysplasia. In particular, hippocampal sclerosis plus temporal neocortical cortical dysplasia was highly related with seizure recurrence in patients with previous operation. In these patients, multimodal evaluation methods were necessary in defining the additional epileptogenic zone.

        나노튜브 전극을 기반으로 한 플렉서블 양자점 감응 태양전지

        Quantum dots (QDs) are an attractive material for application in solar energy conversion devices because of their unique properties including facile band-gap tuning, a high-absorption coefficient, low-cost processing, and the potential multiple exciton generation effect. Recently, highly efficient quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSCs) have been developed based on CdSe, PbS, CdS, and Cu-In-Se QDs. However, for the commercialization and wide application of these QDSCs, replacing the conventional rigid glass substrates with flexible substrates is required. Here, we demonstrate flexible CISe QDSCs based on vertically aligned $TiO_2$ nanotube (NT) electrodes. The highly uniform $TiO_2$ NT electrodes are prepared by two-step anodic oxidation. Using these flexible photoanodes and semi-transparent Pt counter electrodes, we fabricate the QDSCs and examine their photovoltaic properties. In particular, photovoltaic performances are optimized by controlling the nanostructure of $TiO_2$ NT electrodes.

        Support Vector Machine을 이용한 흙막이공법 선정모델에 관한 연구

Therefore, the study has suggested the rational retaining wall method by developing the support vector machine(SVM) model as a tool to choose a proper retaining wall method applied at the stage of selecting the earth retaining method. In order to develop the SVM model, the binary SVM classifier is expanded into a multi-class classifier. and to present the feasibility of our SVM model, we considered 129 projects. Applying the 'SVM Model' developed in the study to the designing and developing stages of the earth retaining work will contribute to the successful outcomes by decreasing any changes of design from implementing the earth retaining.

        SD500 고강도 철근용 커플러이음의 경제성 평가에 관한 연구

        This study analyzes the current usage of SD500 high-strength re-bar in domestic construction sites. Also, an evaluation method was developed to measure economic efficiency of lap splice and coupler splice, which are most commonly used in connection SD500. The evaluation method was applied to construction sites in Seoul in December 2006, and the result revealed that coupler splice is relatively superior in terms of cost efficiency when the re-bar diameter is bigger and the concrete strength is lower.

        중공 PC기둥 복합공법의 편익-비용 분석

        Because of the shortage of construction workers due to The rising labor costs and an aging labor force, construction time has been extended. As a solution, The construction time of high-rise buildings can be reduced by adopting precast concrete construction methods. Most relevant studies have focused on the development and structural analysis of such methods and not on their construction management. Therefore, this study focused on the construction management of the hollow precast concrete column (HPC) method. The objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of HPC formulations through the analytic hierarchy process and benefit-cost analysis. After a gap analysis of the available literature and expert interviews, the evaluation criteria were selected. A questionnaire survey was administered to professionals with ample experience in precast concrete construction for the pair-wise evaluation of the benefit and costs of the HPC method. The results show that the benefits of the HPC method outweighed its costs. Therefore, the HPC method is a suitable substitute for the half-slab method.

        폭발물 탐지견 도수사들의 폭발물 탐지업무에 관한 인식 연구

        This study conducted a perfect detection of explosives by placing various devices and personnel in place of terrorist bomb detection in a situation that is difficult to detect and protect against the use of explosives not only in countries but also in civilians. The result is that the legal system applies, first, the obligation to introduce bomb-sniffing dogs for national critical and large civil facilities. Secondly, it introduces a certification system for bomb-sniffing dogs to verify their detection capabilities. Third, it is to introduce a system for fostering expert manpower to activate expert water supply companies that operate bomb-sniffing dogs.

        청소년의 스마트폰 중독이 자살생각에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 스마트폰 중독의 영향에 주목하여 기존의 청소년 자살에 관한 연구에서 초점을 맞췄던 가족과 학교문제를 통제변수로 하고 청소년의 스마트폰 중독이 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 그 경로에서 자기통제력의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연세대학교 김재엽교수 연구팀에서 실시한 ‘청소년의 가정생활 및 학교생활에 관한 연구’를 통해 수집한 자료를 사용하였다. 조사는 2014년 11월부터 12월까지 약 4주간에 걸쳐 서울․경기 소재 중·고등학교의 남·녀 청소년을 대상으로 자기기입방식으로 진행하였다. 최종적으로 총 1,601부를 분석 자료로 활용하였으며, SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 조사대상자의 40.4%, 즉 10명 중 4명 정도의 청소년이 최근 1년간 자살생각을 경험한 적이 있는 것으로 나타나 자살생각 수준이 매우 심각한 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 조사대상자의 24.5%가 스마트폰 중독 위험수준이었으며 성별로 구분하였을 때 여학생이 남학생보다 스마트폰 중독수준이 더 높게 나타났다. 한편 자기통제력은 부분매개의 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타나 스마트폰 중독이 자살생각에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하고, 자기통제력을 거쳐 영향을 주기도 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 스마트폰 중독과 자살생각을 낮추고, 자기통제력을 높이기 위한 정책적·실천적 개입 방안을 제시하였다. This study attempted to identify connections between patterns of smartphone addiction that were likely to become risk factors for suicidal ideation in adolescents and to define the mediating effects of adolescents’ self-control. For this purpose, data were gathered though questionnaires surveying 1,601 adolescents living in the Seoul and Kyeonggi area. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Smartphone addiction has a direct influence on adolescents’ suicidal ideation and is mediated by self-control. This means that higher levels of smartphone addiction among students are significantly associated with higher levels of suicidal ideation. Additionally, lower levels of self-control have a mediating effect within the path of smartphone addiction which affects suicidal ideation. Based on these results, in order to reduce suicidal ideation, the importance of lessening smartphone-addiction and promoting self-control had been provided by this research. The implications for social work practice were also discussed.

        나노튜브 전극 기반 양자점 감응 태양전지 구현을 위한 투명한 상대전극

        Anodic oxidized $TiO_2$ nanotube arrays are promising materials for application in photoelectrochemical solar cells as the photoanode, because of their attractive properties including slow electron recombination rate, superior light scattering, and smooth electrolyte diffusion. However, because of the opacity of these nanotube electrodes, the back-side illumination is inevitable for the application in solar cells. Therefore, for the fabrication of solar cells with the anodic oxidized nanotube electrodes, it is required to develop efficient and transparent counter electrodes. Here, we demonstrate quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSCs) based on the nanotube photoanode and transparent counter electrodes. The transparent counter electrodes based on Pt electrocatalysts were prepared by a simple thermal decomposition methods. The photovoltaic performances of QDSCs with nanotube photoanode were tested and optimized depending on the concentration of Pt precursor solutions for the preparation of counter electrodes.

        후대뇌동맥 원위부에 발생한 거대동맥류 1례 - 증례보고 -

        The aneurysm arising from the posterior cerebral artery is relatively uncommon, and has been reported in 0.7- 2.2% of whole cerebral aneurysm. Moreover, only a few cases of the giant aneurysm over 2.5cm in diameter arising from the distal portion of the posterior cerebral artery have been reported. Neurologic complications may occur after surgical treatment of this aneurysm due to difficult surgical approach and neurovascular complexity around the brain stem. Authors experienced a case of the thrombosed giant aneurysm with approximately 2.7cm in diameter arising from the P2 segment of the left posterior cerebral artery. Complete removal of the thrombus in the aneurysmal sac and direct neck clipping was performed via left subtemporal approach.
