A simplified method for determining the mode components of the strain energy release rate of free-edge delaminations in laminated composite is proposed. The interlaminar stresses are evaluated as an interface moment and interface shear forces that are obtained from the equilibrium equations at the interface between the adjacent layers. Deformation of an edge-delaminated laminate is calculated by using a generalized quasi-three dimensional classical laminated plate theory developed by the authors. The analysis provides closed-form expression for the three components of the strain energy release rate. Comparison of results with a finite element solution using the virtual crack closure technique shows good agreement. In the present study, laminated composite with stacking sequences of [30/-30/90]$_{s}$ were examined. The simple nature of the method makes it suitable for primary design analysis for the delaminations of laminated composite.e.
복합제가 적용된 고효율 소형 수직축 풍력터빈 블레이드의 공력 설계 및 구조 설계에 관한 연구

최근 화석 에너지의 고갈로 신재생 에너지 중에서 풍력 에너지가 각광받고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 기상과 같이 저 풍속 지역에 적합한 500W급 수직축 풍력 터빈에 관한 연구로서 공력 설계를 통해 저풍속에서도 고효율과 저소음을 가진 형상을 제시하였으며, 복합재료를 적용하여 블레이드의 구조 설계를 수행하였다. 구조 설계 후 유한 요소 모델링을 통하여 응력, 변형, 좌굴, 공진가능성에 관한 해석을 수행 하였다. 또한 피로 수명을 예측 하였으며, 최종 제작된 풍력 터빈은 구조 실험과 성능 시험을 통하여 구조 해석 결과 및 공력 해석 결과와 비교하여 잘 일치함을 확인하였다. Recently, the wind energy has been widely used as a renewable energy resource due to lack and environmental issues of the mostly used fossil fuel. This work is to develop a 500W class blade design of vertical axis wind turbine system which will be applicable to relatively low speed region like Korea and for the domestic use. For this wind turbine a high efficiency and low noise turbine blade was designed with the proposing aerodynamic design procedure, and a light composite structure blade. Structural analyses were performed using the Finite Element Method and fatigue life of the designed blade is estimated. Finally, in order to check its performance, the manufactured blade was tested by using truck and the results of test was good with respect to its analysis result.
일반화 준 3차원 변위식을 이용한 적충복합재 판의 해석

In the case of existing in free-edge delaminations of composite laminates which are symmetry with respect to mid-plane in laminated also, in the case of asymmetry and anti-symmetry, the generalized quasi-three dimensional displacement field equations developed from quasi-three dimensional displacement field equations can be applied to solve about cases. We introduce three parameters in this paper, which have not been used in quasi-three dimensional displacement field equations until now. To the laminate subjected to the axial extension strain ε0(C1) in-direction, the bending deformation χχ(C2) around y-direction, the bending deformation ωχ(C4) around z-direction and the twisting deformation χxy(C3) around χ-direction. The generalized quasi-three dimensional displacement field equations are able to be analyzed effectively.
유한요소법을 이용한 용접부의 열전달 및 잔류응력 해석에 관한 연구

This paper represents to develop a computer software system which is capable to analyze the phase transformation of high strength steel(BV-AH32) and to predict heat transfer and welding residual stress due to phase transformation during Gas Metal Arc(GMA) welding. The developed model was considered temperature dependent properties such as young's modules, coefficient of thermal expansion and yield stress as well as the double ellipsoidal heat distribution by the moving arc. From the results, it was found that the longitudinal and transverse residual stresses calculated by the coupled analysis of heat transfer, residual stress and phase transformation showed good agreement with the experimental data. In addition, the temperature distribution as well as longitudinal and transverse residual stresses of weldment by the 1-pass and 2-pass of welding were also determined.
