This study is the carried out as a capstone design project in order to learn the fundamental knowledge of the press forming process for an automotive part with the practical design of dies and process parameters. The product shape is obtained with the measurement of the oil filter case for the auto-mission. This study obtains basic process parameters such as the initial blank shape and the blank holding force with the inverse analysis. The incremental stamping analysis is applied to modify and confirm the tool design concept with the determined process parameters. Tools for stamping the product are fabricated with the modified design and the sound prototype is obtained from the try-out.
250 ㎾ 발전용 용융탄산염 연료전지 기술개발 V (125 ㎾ 시스템 제작 및 운전 평가)

This paper shortly describe the R&D results for developing of 250 ㎾ externally reforming MCFC (Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell) CHP proto type. Instead of 250 ㎾ MCFC System, 125 ㎾ MCFC system has been operated at Boryeong thermal power plant site since the end of 2009. The system was consisted with 125 ㎾ MCFC stack, MBOP and EBOP. The 125㎾ MCFC stack was assembled and installed on the end of December, 2009 and started initial operation on January, 2010. At initial load operation, the stack exhibited the OCV of 214V. At the early stage, the stack showed the voltage range from 160V to 180 V at the static current and reached 120㎾ DC. This system has been operated for 3,270 hours until March, 2010. In addition, the operation time of rated power records 1200 hours.
