        OLAP도구 선정을 위한 평가항목 제시 및 검증

        Work done so far in the area of data warehousing has concentrated mainly both on building a data warehouse and on maintaining it. But, little attention has been paid to the area of using and analyzing warehouse data. While quite a few commercial OLAP tools for using warehouse data have become available, companies still have difficulties in selecting an OLAP tool which fits their specific purposes. In this paper, we propose a list of detailed and concrete items to be evaluated before deciding to select an OLAP tool, and describe two cases of verifying the usefulness of those items as a basis to select a tool. The items were derived on the basis of the desired OLAP features suggested by Codd, Pende and Raden. In the first verification case, we evaluated three ROLAP tools such as Brio Enterprise. InfoBeacon, and DSS Agent and in the second, we evaluated the ROLAP tool, DSS Agent, selected as the best in the first verification, and a MOLAP tool, EssBASE, holding the first market share in the worldwide OLAP market. What we have learned from the first verification is that the three ROLAP tools have some weakness in advanced statistical analyses, API for interface to client tool, built-in user-defined functions, aggregation functions, metadata management, and Korean character support. And the lessons from the second are that though the ROLAP tool has more improved features than the other tools in the first verification, it is still not satisfactory in supporting aggregation functions and Korean characters, and that the MOLAP tool also has the problem in supporting aggregation functions and Korean characters and in supporting metadata such as the compatibility with ETT metadata. From the two verifications, we concluded that the evaluation items are detailed and concrete enough to be used as a basis for selecting an OLAP tool. Further more, we learned that ROLAP tools are more appropriate for enterprise data warehouse and MOLAP for a specific data mart.

        디지털 트윈 기술은 실제 대상과 흡사한 가상 모델을 생성하여, 현실 세계에서의 변화와 상호작용하면서 다양한 분석과 시뮬레이션을 가능하게 한다. 항공우주 분야에서는 복잡한 시스템의 효율적인 관리와 최적화, 그리고 다양한 미션 시뮬레이션의 정확성을 높이기 위해 디지털 트윈기술의 중요성이 점점 부각되고 있다. 본 논문은 항공우주 분야에서 디지털 트윈 기술의 등장 배경부터 최근의 연구 동향까지 정리하였다. 또한, 국내외 주요 항공우주 기업 및 연구기관의 디지털 트윈 기술 적용 사례, 특히 하드웨어 설계/제작, 미션 시뮬레이션, 교육 및 훈련 관련 사례를 중점적으로 소개한다. Digital twin technology generates a virtual model that closely resembles real-world entities, allowing for various analyses and simulations in response to real-world changes and interactions. In the aerospace industry, the significance of digital twin technology is increasingly highlighted for the efficient management and optimization of complex systems, as well as for enhancing the accuracy of various mission simulations. This paper provides an overview of the emergence of digital twin technology in the aerospace field and the recent research trends. Moreover, it emphasizes the application cases of digital twin technology by aerospace companies and research institutions, particularly in hardware design/manufacturing, mission simulations, and education and training.

        리보핵산을 다량으로 함유하는 Saccharomyces cerevisiae 균주의 개발

        식용 단백질 생산 균주인 S. cerevisiae ATCC 7754에 돌연변이를 유도하고, 핵산 함량이 높으면서도 성장 속도가 빠른 고핵산 축적 균주를 선별하였고 배양 특성을 조사하였다. Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 7754는 pH $3{\sim}4$에서 최대 활성을 보이는 산성 RNase와 pH 9에서 최대활성을 보이는 알칼리성 RNase를 가지고 있는 것이 확인되었으며 산성 RNase의 활성이 훨씬 높았다. Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 7754의 RNase는 금속염에 의하여 영향을 받는데 산성 RNase의 경우는 $0.08\;M\;HgCl_2$에 의하여 활성이 크게 저하되었고, 알칼리성 RNase경우는 2.0 M NaCl이나 KCl에 의하여 활성이 크게 저하되었다. 반면 알칼리성 RNase는 $0.05\;M\;CaCl_2$, $0.02\;M\;ZnSO_4$, $0.008\;M\;HgCl_{2}$에 의하여 활성이 증가되었다. Ethylmethane sulfonate, 자외선, 감마선을 이용한 돌연변이를 통하여 핵산 축적능이 뛰어난 KCl 감수성 균주를 선발하고 YPD 배지에서 배양하면서 건조 균체량과 리보핵산 함량을 측정하여 건조 균체 단위 무게당 리보핵산의 함량이 가장 높은 B24 균주를 고핵산 변이주로 선택하였다. B24 균주는 모균주와 비슷한 증식 특성을 나타내었는데, pH $4.5{\sim}5.5$에서 성장이 잘 되었고 리보핵산 축적은 pH 4.5와 5.0에서 가장 잘 일어났으며, 또한 탄소원으로 당밀을 사용한 경우가 세포 내에 리보핵산이 가장 많이 축적되었고 균의 생육도 빠름을 알 수 있었다. 발효기를 이용한 유가식 배양에서는 배양 초기에 균체내 리보핵산 함량이 급격히 증가하고 이후 정지기까지 서서히 감소하여 최종적으로 리보핵산 함량이 균체 건물량의 19.8%(w/w)로 모균주의 16.1% (w/w)에 비해 우수하였으며, 이때 최대 69.6 g/L(건물량)의 균체를 수득하였다. RNase activity of Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 7754 was investigated to obtain strains with high ribonucleic acid (RNA) content. The yeast strain contained two RNase activities; an acidic RNase with a optima of pH $3{\sim}4$ and an alkaline RNase with a optima pH 9. The acidic RNase activity was inhibited by $0.08\;M\;HgCl_{2}$ most drastically. The alkaline RNase activity was inhibited by 2.0 M NaCl or KCl, while enhanced by addition of $0.05\;M\;CaCl_{2},\;0.02\;M\;ZnSO_{4},\;or\;0.008\;M\;HgCl_{2}$. Various mutants of Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 7754 were isolated by ethylmethane sulfonate (EMS) treatment or $\gamma$-ray/ultra violet irradiation. Among the mutants that were sensitive to high concentration of KCl which inhibits alkaline RNase, B24 was selected for high RNA content per culture volume. Growth characteristics of the mutant were comparable to those of the mother strain with optimum growth at pH $4.5{\sim}5.5$. The mutant accumulated higher content of RNA than the mother strain when glucose was used as the carbon source. However, both growth rate and total RNA content of the mutant were higher in molasses medium than in glucose medium. RNA content of the mutant increased rapidly during the early stage of growth, and then decreased gradually until the culture reached stationary phase by a fed-batch culture in a 5 L jar fermenter. Maximal cell harvest and the final RNA content using the mutant B24 were 69.6 g/L culture broth and 19.8 g/100 g of the dry cell while those using the mother strain were 68 g/L culture broth and 16.1 g/100 g of dry cell, respectively.

        자동차 알루미늄 필라튜브의 특성평가

        The characteristic evaluation of an aluminium filler tube for automotive is presented in this paper. The material of filler tube was used AL3003 aluminium. In characteristic evaluation of an aluminium filler, we measured the corrosion, chemical resistance, weight, leak, welding strength, exciting endurance, and the solt spray test etc.. It has been shown that the weight decreased approximately 61% in aluminum filler tube developed comparing with steel filler tube. As the characteristic evaluation on the manufactured aluminium filler it was enough satisfied to use at the automotive filler tube.

        두 生盧課發係數行列사이의 “一般的關係”에 관한 연구

        The author(l998) mathematically proved the general relation between two different notions of direct and indirect input requirements in the open static input-output model. Moreover, Gim(2002) 머 so showed that the elements of the Leontief inverse(output requirements matrix for final demand) Cf can be decomposed into four different parts. From the results of the decomposition, we can get the new concept of output requirements matrix for output CY. Now, we have two different types of output requirements matrix: the output requirements matrix for final demand Cf and the output requirements matrix for output C9. The study objectives of this paper can be summarized as follows. (1) We derive and show 까he general relation" between two output requirement coefficients with attention to the decomposition of the Leontief inverse Cf. (2) We can compare the difference and characteristics between the matrix Cf and the matrix C9 for the usefulness of "the general relation" found. We hope that the research findings can also be applied in many different areas such as in interindustry and multiplier analyses, intensity analysis of resources, impact analysis, etc. And also, graphically, the various frameworks(or systems) of the requirements matrices can be described as circle diagrams, as shown in Figures 1 -4.

        레온티에프 승수의 過大推定에 관한 代案연구

        The concept of net multipliers, as introduced by Oosterhaven and Stelded(2002), accepts outputs as entries instead of final demand by multiplying ordinary multipliers by the final demand ratio over the sector’s output in order to avoid overestimation and double-counting impacts. The idea of accepting outputs as entries is novel and remarkable but it appears that the concept of net multipliers had been developed based on the assumption that the Leontief inverse (1-A) - 1 can be multiplied by the total output X. In this note, we illustrate that the Leontief inverse (1-A) -1 may only be multiplied by the final demand and the multiplication of (1-A) • 1 by x does not make sense. It is because there is no “ consecutive connections" between (1- A) -1 and x that the inverse (1-A) -1 may not be multiplied by x. Gim and Kim(998) proposed the general relation between the total direct and indirect input requirements matrix for a unit of final demand rf and the total direct and indirect input requirements matrix for a unit of gross output rg . And then we altematively derived new multipliers based on the matrix rg that can solve consecutive connections problem in interindustry interdependence very naturally.
