ASU 치료는 증상을 갖고 있는 슬관절의 골관절염 환자의 통증 개선과 관절 기능을 호전시키고, 약물투여 중지 후에 지속효과를 갖는 증상개선 약제로서 안전하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 소염진통제인 naproxen과의 병용치료와의 비교에서는 병용치료 군에서 효과의 발현시기와 전반적인 평가에서는 우월하였으나, 부작용이 보다 많이 발생하였다. 따라서 ASU를 골관절염의 약물치료의 한 방법으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보이며, 단순진통제 및 소염진통제 등의 약물 등과 같이 단일요법으로서의 사용과 다른 약물과의 병용치료의 효과 및 안정성에 대해서는 보다 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety between avocado/soybean unsaponifiables (ASU) alone and ASU-naproxen combination in the treatment of symptomatic osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee and to determine persistent efficacy after stopping medication and gastrointestinal tolerability. Methods: One hundred twenty-five patients with symptomatic OA of the knee were included in 20-week trial with 12-week treatment period and 8-weeks post-treatment follow-up. Efficacy was evaluated by Lequesne`s index (LI), pain score (VAS; visual analong scale. 10cm) at 4-week interval during the study and physician`s and patient`s global assessment at 20th week. Gastrointestinal side effects were evaluated by questionnaire for gastrointestinal symptoms and number of the ingested antacids during the study. Results: Sixty-three patients were received ASU alone, while sixty-two patients were received ASU and naproxen. Mean±SD scores of pain VAS score were reased from baseline at 8th and 12th weeks after medication in the former groups and 4th, 8th and 12th weeks in the latter groups. Mean±SD scores of LI were decreased from baseline at 12th week after medication in the former groups and 4th, 8th, 12th week in the latter groups. Both scores of LI and pain VAS were maintained at 8th week after stopping medication. The scores of LI and pain VAS scale were significantly decreased in combination group than ASU alone group at 4th and 8th weeks, but tended to lower in combination group at 12th week and post-treatment period. The improvement of physician`s global assessment was seen in 65.4% of combination and 53.2% of ASU alone group. The patient`s global assessment was similar to it. Twenty-six patients (20.8%) could not complete the 20-week study and the causes are different in two groups: side effects are more common cause in combination group and low efficacy and non-compliance were more common in ASU alone group. Gastrointestinal side effects are the most common adverse effects of the both groups, and the frequencies are more common in patients received naproxen as a combination therapy. Conclusion: ASU showed immediate and persistent efficacy in the treatment of patients with symptomatic OA of the knee. The combination of ASU and naproxen was more effective than ASU alone during the treatment period, but similar at post-treatment period. Gastrointestinal side effects were more frequent in combination group than ASU alone.

We investigated that the fabrication and reproducing signal characteristics of tri-layered magnetoresistance (MR) element for the high density magnetic thin film heads and sensors. Magnetoresistance curve of tri-layered MR element predicted by computer modeling was saturated above external field of -15 Oe~+22 Oe, and it was shifted to linearized region as large as 4 Oe. In the case of fabricated real device, magnetoresistance curve was saturated above external field of ±15 Oe, and it was shifted to linearized region as large as 4 Oe. As shown in real device, MR response curve was in good agreement with the simulation results. As a result of experimental data of reproducing output signal in real device, it retained normal sinusoidal waveforms in 1~4 Oe external magnetic field. In this magnetic field region, the fabricated heads with tri-layered MR element can be operated with good reproduced characteristics. This will be beneficial to the use of efficient processes of manufacturing elements and the vacuum deposition techniques which control thin film properties.

The effects of annealing in magnetic field after deposition on electromagnetic properties of Ni_(81)Fe_(19) thin(400Å) films prepared by RF-magnetron sputtering were investigated in terms of microstructure and surface morphology. The coercivity of the films was decreased below 300 ℃ due to stress relief and recrystallization, while increased at 400 ℃ due to grain growth and increasing the surface roughness. And then, 4πMs was almost independent of annealing temperatures. Increasing the annealing temperature, the electrical resistivity of films was decreased from 37 μΩ㎝ to 24 μΩ㎝, the magnetoresistance was nearly a constant of about 0.6 μΩ㎝, and the MR ratio was increased from 1.5 % to 3.1 %. Therefore, It was shown that increasing the magnetoresistive ratio was mainly affected by decreasing the electrical resistivity. Considering the practical application of the films for magnetoresistive heads, optimal annealing conditions was obtained after one hour annealing at 300 ℃ in 400 Oe unidirectional magnetic field.

The effects of annealing in rotating magnetic field after deposition on electromagnetic properties of Co_(82)Zr_6Mo₁₂ thin (200~1200 Å) films prepared by RF-magnetron sputtering were investigated in terms of microstructure and surface morphology. The coercivity decreases, but 4πMs does not change with increasing the film thickness. The coercivity of the films was decreased below 300 ℃ due to stress relief and decreasing the surface roughness, while increased at 400 ℃ due to partial grain growth. And then, 4pMs was almost independent of annealing temperatures below 200 ℃, but increased from 7.4 kG to 8.0 kG at 300 ℃ and at 400 ℃, which was caused by precipitation and growth of fine Co particles in the films. The electrical resistivity of films was decreased with increasing annealing temperatures and the magnetoresistance was a negative value of nearly 0 μΩ㎝. After annealing at 300 ℃, maximum effective permeability was 1200 to the hard axis of the thin films according to high frequency change. Considering the practical application of biasing layers of the films for magnetoresistive heads, optimal annealing conditions was obtained after one hour annealing at 300 ℃ in 400 Oe rotating magnetic field.

최근 상속성(Inheritance), 다형성(Polymorphism), 그리고 캡슐화(Encapsulation)등의 객체 지향 패러다임(Paradigm)을 가지고 있는 객체 지향 소프트웨어의 질을 정량적으로 평가하기 위해 소프트웨어의 복잡도 척도가 많이 제안되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 C++언어와 관련된 여러 텍스트에서 실행 가능한 완전한 프로그램을 전수 조사(Complete Sampling)하여 OOP복잡도에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석한 후, 주요 인수를 제안하여 향후 OOP의 복잡도를 정량적으로 측정할 수 있는 새로운 척도를 제안하기 위한 기틀을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다.

최근 객체 지향 프로그램에 기존의 척도를 적용해 보거나 객체 지향 시스템의 소프트웨어 규모산정 방법을 연구하는 등 객체 지향 소프트웨어의 정량적 품질 평가가 그 연구 대상이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상속성(Inheritance), 다형성(polymorphism), 그리고 캡슐화(Incapsulation) 등의 객체 지향 패러다임(Paradigm)을 갖고 있는 C++를 중심으로 그에 잘 적용될 수 있는 복잡도 척도를 제안한다. 특히 함수 호출 및 함수의 재사용(Reusability)과 관련되는 복잡도를 고려한 혼합적 척도를 제안하고 실험적 연구를 통하여 제안된 척도의 타당성을 평가한다.

The Return spring that is exposed to cyclic loading condition caused by hydraulic power in the vehicle auto transmission should give satisfaction for both stiffness and fatigue life requirements as design criteria. For ensuring these required performances in preliminary design step, the stiffness and strengtll estimation using finite element method is performed. But to examine exactly the required fatigue life, the application of the specialized fatigue life analysis program is needed. Therefore, in this study, the specialized fatigue analysis program was used to estimate fatigue life of return spring in preliminary design step and parameter study to consider geometry change and governing influence factor was carried out to achieve the required performance.<br/>
