        메모리 포렌식 기반 키워드 매칭을 통한 다크 웹 사용자 행위 분석

        With the recent occurrence of a number of illegal transactions through the Dark Web based on anonymity guaranteed by the Tor network, the importance of digital forensics investigations to track criminal acts in the Dark Web is being emphasized. Unlike generic Web browsers, Tor browser does not provide sufficient clues for analysis because it does not leave traces of Web artifacts. However, in the case of memory dump forensic, the plaintext about the user's behavior is stored as it is, so we can acquire forensics artifacts. To address this challenges, we propose a framework for analyzing user behavior on the Dark Web using Tor browser through memory forensics. After collecting Tor artifacts, such as whether to install and access Tor in the host, the user's Dark Web search history stored as plaintext is extracted from the memory dump. The proposed framework ensures the efficiency of the investigation by performing pattern matching based on keywords automatically collected through Web crawling from Tor Hidden services to effectively detect illegal behavior of users. In addition, it shows that it is possible to detect practical criminal behavior by collecting slang used in actual crimes and matching patterns. While simulating an illegal transaction scenario through the Dark Web to verify its efficiency, we confirm that the proposed framework successfully detects criminal behavior. 최근 토어 네트워크가 보장하는 익명성을 기반으로 한 다크 웹을 통해 불법적인 거래가 다수 발생함에 따라, 다크 웹 내의 범죄 행위 추적을 위한 디지털 포렌식 수사의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 토어 브라우저의 경우 범용 웹 브라우저와 달리 웹 아티팩트 흔적을 남기지 않아 분석이 제한적이다. 그러나 메모리 덤프 기반 포렌식을 수행할 경우 사용자의 행위에 관한 평문이 그대로 저장되어 포렌식 아티팩트를 획득할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 메모리 포렌식을 통해 토어 브라우저를 통한 다크 웹 내 사용자 행위를 분석하는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 호스트 내 토어 설치 여부 및 접속 여부와 같은 포렌식 수사 과정에서 필요한 아티팩트를 수집한 뒤, 평문 형태로 저장되는 사용자의 다크 웹 검색 내역을 메모리 덤프로부터 추출한다. 제안한 프레임워크는 사용자의 불법적 행위를 효과적으로 탐지하기 위해 토어 히든 서비스들로부터 웹 크롤링을 통해 자동으로 수집한 키워드들을 바탕으로 패턴 매칭을 수행함으로써 수사의 효율성을 보장한다. 또한 실제 범죄에서 수사망을 피하기 위해 사용하는 은어들도 수집해 패턴 매칭을 함으로써 실질적인 범죄 행위 탐지가 가능함을 보여준다. 효율성 검증을 위해 다크 웹을 통한 불법적인 거래 시나리오를 설정한 뒤 이를 시뮬레이션한 결과, 제안한 프레임워크가 성공적으로 범죄 행위를 탐지하는 것을 확인하였다.

        Neurodevelopmental Aspects of RASopathies

        RAS gene mutations are frequently found in one third of human cancers. Affecting approximately 1 in 1,000 newborns, germline and somatic gain-of-function mutations in the components of RAS/mitogen-activated protein kinase (RAS/MAPK) pathway has been shown to cause developmental disorders, known as RASopathies. Since RAS-MAPK pathway plays essential roles in proliferation, differentiation and migration involving developmental processes, individuals with RASopathies show abnormalities in various organ systems including central nervous system. The frequently seen neurological defects are developmental delay, macrocephaly, seizures, neurocognitive deficits, and structural malformations. Some of the defects stemmed from dysregulation of molecular and cellular processes affecting early neurodevelopmental processes. In this review, we will discuss the implications of RAS-MAPK pathway components in neurodevelopmental processes and pathogenesis of RASopathies.

        Integrated in-package treatment of hydrogen peroxide and cold plasma for microbial inactivation of cabbage slices

        The efficacy of an in-package microbial inactivation method, combining H2O2 and atmospheric dielectric barrier discharge cold plasma (ADCP) treatments (H2O2-ADCP), in reducing contamination of Brassica oleracea (cabbage) slices was investigated. Cabbage slices were placed in a polyethylene terephthalate container with a H2O2-soaked polypropylene pad attached to the inside of the lid, followed by subjecting the closed container to ADCP treatment. The H2O2-ADCP treatment inactivated Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Listeria monocytogenes, resulting in reductions of 1.8 and 2.0 log CFU/g, respectively, which were greater than the sum of the inactivation effects observed with each individual treatment. The combined treatment decreased the count of Bacillus cereus spores and indigenous bacteria by 1.0 log spores/g and 1.3 log CFU/g, respectively. Moreover, the in-package method did not alter the moisture content or texture of cabbage slices. These results demonstrate the potential of H2O2-ADCP as a microbial decontamination method for packaged cabbage slices.

        애니메이션 콘텐츠를 통한 철학적 의제표현 연구 - 한국 애니메이션 영화 “파닥파닥(2012)”을 중심으로 -

        Even though the animation industry has been growth since 2011, there is still imitation by public stereotype which insists that animation is only able to cover the young age group and is not the proper genre of art to convey a social or a philosophical agenda. However, <Padak> describes the philosophical agenda of ‘social class’ and ‘life and death’ in the limited space by expressing characteristics and background of fish through its own way. Thus, it shows how animation goes beyond aforementioned limits. Straying from traditional happy-ending, it criticizes present social problems by telling despite fishes’ effort they cannot escape from structural contradictions. The drawing technique in musical expresses the character’s ideology and attitude to make people think about how we will behave in the face of life and death. Therefore the purpose of this paper is analyzing director Lee Dae-hee’s animation <Padak(2012> and present the genre expandability of animation.

        Differentiation between Glioblastoma and Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma Using Dynamic Susceptibility Contrast-Enhanced Perfusion MR Imaging: Comparison Study of the Manual versus Semiautomatic Segmentation Method

        Background: Normalized cerebral blood volume (nCBV) can be measured using manual or semiautomatic segmentation method. However, the difference in diagnostic performance on brain tumor differentiation between differently measured nCBV has not been evaluated. Purpose: To compare the diagnostic performance of manually obtained nCBV to that of semiautomatically obtained nCBV on glioblastoma (GBM) and primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) differentiation. Materials and Methods: Histopathologically confirmed forty GBM and eleven PCNSL patients underwent 3T MR imaging with dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced perfusion MR imaging before any treatment or biopsy. Based on the contrastenhanced T1-weighted imaging, the mean nCBV (mCBV) was measured using the manual method (manual mCBV), random regions of interest (ROIs) placement by the observer, or the semiautomatic segmentation method (semiautomatic mCBV). The volume of enhancing portion of the tumor was also measured during semiautomatic segmentation process. T-test, ROC curve analysis, Fisher’s exact test and multivariate regression analysis were performed to compare the value and evaluate the diagnostic performance of each parameter. Results: GBM showed a higher enhancing volume (P = 0.0307), a higher manual mCBV (P = 0.018) and a higher semiautomatic mCBV (P = 0.0111) than that of the PCNSL. Semiautomatic mCBV had the highest value (0.815) for the area under the curve (AUC), however, the AUCs of the three parameters were not significantly different from each other. The semiautomatic mCBV was the best independent predictor for the GBM and PCNSL differential diagnosis according to the stepwise multiple regression analysis. Conclusion: We found that the semiautomatic mCBV could be a better predictor than the manual mCBV for the GBM and PCNSL differentiation. We believe that the semiautomatic segmentation method can contribute to the advancement of perfusion based brain tumor evaluation.

        채식 동기와 수준에 따른 채식 소비자 유형별 식생활에 대한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 우리나라 채식 소비자를 채식 동기와 채식 수준에 따라 유형화였다. 채식 소비자 유형별 인구통계적 특성과 외식 소비 행태, 식생활 라이프스타일, 식생활 역량, 식생활 관련 관심도 및 만족도와 같은 식생활 특성을 전반적으로 탐색하였으며, 채식 소비자 유형의 결정요인을 살펴보았다. 분석 자료로 한국농촌경제연구원의 ‘2022 식품소비행태조사’에 참여한 성인 가구원 중, 채식 소비자 952명의 데이터를 추출하여 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 채식 소비자 유형은 건강 및 다이어트와 같은 개인적인 채식 동기에서 적극적으로 채식을 실천하는 ‘개인적 적극형’, 개인적 동기에서 간헐적 수준으로 실천하는 ‘개인적 간헐형’, 채식 수준은 다양하지만 지구환경 및 동물보호의 이타적인 동기로 채식을 실천하는 ‘이타형’으로 나타났다. 둘째, 채식 소비자 유형별 인구통계적 특성은 학력을 제외한 성별, 연령, 월평균 소득, 직업에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 채식 소비자 유형별 외식 소비 행태, 식생활 라이프스타일, 식생활 역량, 식재료 관심도, 건강 관심도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로, 성별, 식생활 라이프스타일, 식생활 기술 역량은 채식 소비자 유형을 결정하는 공통적인 영향요인으로 나타났다. 그러나, 채식 수준을 결정하는 데 있어서는 식생활 지식과 시민성에 대한 태도가 중요하나, 채식 동기를 결정하는 중요 요인은 소비자가 농식품의 정보와 표시에 대해 갖는 태도와 건강에 대한 관심도 등으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 본 연구는 채식주의가 점차 하나의 라이프스타일로 자리 잡아가는 현시점에서 채식 소비자에 대한 이해를 제고하고 그들의 식생활에 주목하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study categorized Korean vegetarian consumers according to their motivation and level of vegetarianism. We explored the demographic characteristics of each type of vegetarian consumer and their dietary characteristics, such as eating out consumption patterns, dietary lifestyle, dietary competence, dietary habits, interest and satisfaction related to dietary, and looked at the determinants of the type of vegetarian consumer. As analysis data, data from 952 vegetarian consumers among adult household members who participated in the Korea Rural Economic Institute's ‘2022 Food Consumption Behavior Survey’ was extracted and used for analysis. The research results are as follows. First, the types of vegetarian consumers are ‘personal active type', who actively practices vegetarianism for personal reasons such as health and diet; ‘personal intermittent type', who practices vegetarianism intermittently for personal reasons; and although the level of vegetarianism varies, the global environment and animals They appeared to be the ‘altruistic type', practicing vegetarianism with altruistic motivation for protection. Second, the demographic characteristics of each type of vegetarian consumer showed significant differences in gender, age, average monthly income, and occupation, excluding educational background. Third, significant differences were found in eating out consumption behavior, dietary lifestyle, dietary competence, interest in food ingredients, and interest in health by type of vegetarian consumer. Lastly, gender, dietary lifestyle, and dietary skill competence were found to be common influencing factors in determining the type of vegetarian consumer. However, although dietary knowledge and attitudes toward citizenship are important in determining the level of vegetarianism, important factors in determining motivation for vegetarianism were consumers' attitudes toward information and labeling of agricultural products and their interest in health. Through the above results, this study is meaningful in that it enhances understanding of vegetarian consumers and focuses on their eating habits at a time when vegetarianism is gradually becoming a lifestyle.
