In this study, the thermal environmental factors in a layer f(arm such as dry bulb temperature, relative humidity, black globe temperature and illumination intensity were measured and analyzed to serve as basis for effective design and plan of poultry houses. The correlation analysis between the different factors was also done. Heat Index as measure of the thermal stress was also calculated and analyzed. A $1,000m^2$ laying house, 4 meters high with 52,000 layers in six-stage type cages was used in the measurement of the different environmental parameters. The results were as follows; 1. The temperature of the inside air and materials was directly related to the increase in aerial temperature based on the dry-bulb, black globe temperature reading. The correlation factor of the outside to inside air based on dry bulb setting was very significant at 0.927 The dry bulb temperature for inside temperature ranged from $19.9\~28.8^{\circ}C\;with\;SD+2.2^{\circ}C$ while that of the outside air was $16.2\~33.1^{\circ}C,\;SD+3.5^{\circ}C$. In addition, the temperature of the inside air was very stable. 2. The black globe temperature of the inside air ranged from $20.1\~28.8^{\circ}C,\;SD+2.3^{\circ}C$ while that of the outside air was $16.2\~47.5^{\circ}C,\;SD+6.0^{\circ}C$. 3. The relative humidity of the outside and inside air was $72.4\~100\;and\;50.2\~85.6\%$ with an average of $89.2\;and\;71.7\%$, respectively. 4. The illumination intensity in the laying house was less than 7 lux, with an average of $1.2\~2.5lux$ relative to height indicating that the laying house was well isolated from outside radiation. 5. The heat index of the inside air of the laying house had a high variation from $20.5^{\circ}C,\;SD+2.5^{\circ}C$ while that of the outside air was $13.1\~45.5^{\circ}C$, with an average of $21.6^{\circ}C,\;SD+6.3^{\circ}C$.

자연에너지인 태양열을 동력원으로 하여 구동되는 물펌프는 물이 많이 필요한 여름철에 과 열원인 태양에너지가 강하므로 매우 이상적인 장치라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 태양열 물펌프의 자동화운전을 실현하고자 작동물질의 압력변화를 감지하여 자동 운전되도록 하였으며, 이에 필요한 제어논리를 개발하고 회로론 구성하였다. 실험에서는 장치를 제작. 실험, 분석하였고 분석항목은 양수량과 효율, 압력, 온도를 분석하였다. 또한 자동화에 필수적인 응축기 진공을 위한 응축기의 최소 전열면적을 설계하였으며, 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 1. 복사에너지를 동력으로 변환하여 물을 양수할 수 있었고, 자동화 제어회로에 의해 사이클을 반복할 수 있었다. 2 양수는 60분 동안에 13사이클을 수행하였으며, 사이클 당 소요시간은 약 4.9분이었다. 총 양수량은 69,200cc, 사이클 당 평균 5,320cc를 양수하였다. 이 과정동안 장치의 열효율은 $0.030\%$로 나타났다. 3. 실험과정에서 기액 분리탱크 내의 작동물질 증기의 온도는 물탱크로 증기를 배출하기 전후에 따라 약 $41\~49^{\circ}C$ 범위에 있었으며, 상당히 균일하게 변동하고 있었다. 물탱크와 공기탱크내의 온도는 약 $30^{\circ}C$ 정도 부근에서 유지되고 있었으며, 응축기 냉각수공급온도는 실험기간 중 $10\~13^{\circ}C$ 범위를 나타내었다. 응축기 출구온도는 $14\~17^{\circ}C$ 정도로서 응축기 냉각수의 입출구 온도차는 실험초기를 제외하면 약 $4^{\circ}C$ 전후로 나타났다 4. 기액 분리탱크 내의 압력은 자동화 프로그램 된 범위인 150$\~$450hPa(gauge)를 매우 정확하게 유지하였으며, 공기탱크내의 압력은 약 1200hPa로 나타났다. 응축기내의 압력은 약 600hPa로서 진공을 잘 유지함으로서 사이클을 반복하는데 문제가 없었다. 5. 한국의 전국 하루 평균 3.488kWh/($m^2{\cdot}day$)의 태양에너지를 기준으로 장치의 열효율이 $0.1\%$를 적용하고 전 양정을 10m로 보면 태양열복사 단위면적 $m^2$ 당 약 128kg의 물을 양수할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. The solar powered water pump is very ideal equipment because solar power is more intensive when the water is more needed in summer and it is very helpful in the rural area, in which the electrical power is not available. The average so]ar radiation energy is 3.488 kWh/($m^2{\cdot}day$) in Korea. In this study, the automatic control logic and system of the water pump driven by the radiation energy were studied, designed, assembled, tested and analyzed for realizing the solar powered water pump. The experimental system was operated automatically and the cycle was continued. The average quantity of the water pumped per cycle was about 5,320 cc. The cycle time was about 4.9 minutes. The thermal efficiency of the system was about $0.030\%$. The pressure level of the n-pentane vapour in flash tank was 150$\%$450 hPa(gauge) which was set by the computer program for the control of the vapour supply. The pressure in the condenser and air tank during cycles was maintained as about 600 hPa and 1,200 hPa respectively. The water could be pumped by the amount of 128kg/($m^2{\cdot}day$) with the efficiency of $0.1\%$ and the pumping head of 10 m for the average solar energy in Korea.

In this paper vector code correlation(VCC) method and an algorithm to promote the image-processing performance in building an effective measurement system using cameras are described for automatically berthing and controlling the ship equipped with side-thrusters. In order to realize automatic ship berthing, it is indispensable that the berthing assistant system on the ship should continuously trace a target in the berth to measure the distance to the target and the ship attitude, such that we can make the ship move to the specified location. The considered system is made up of 4 apparatuses compounded from a CCD camera, a camera direction controller, a popular PC with a built-in image processing board and a signal conversion unit connected to parallel port of the Pc. The object of this paper is to reduce the image-processing time so that the berthing system is able to ensure the safety schedule against risks during approaching to the berth. It could be achieved by composing the vector code image to utilize the gradient of an approximated plane found with the brightness of pixels forming a certain region in an image and verifying the effectiveness on a commonly used PC. From experimental results, it is clear that the proposed method can be applied t o the measurement system for automatic ship berthing and has the image-processing time of fourfold as compared with the typical template matching method.
통합적 설계법을 이용한 크레인의 Anti-Sway 시스템 설계

The swing motion control problem of a container hanging on the trolly is considered in the paper. In the container crane control problem, suppressing the residual swing motion of the container at the end of acceleration, deceleration or the case of that the unexpected disturbance input exists is main issue. For this problem, in general, many trolley motion control strategies are introduced and applied. In this paper, we introduce and synthesize a swing motion control system in which a small auxiliary mass is installed on the spreader made by ourselves. In this control system, the actuator reacting against the auxiliary mass applies inertial control forces to the container to reduce the swing motion in the desired manner. In many studies, the controllers used to suppress the vibration have been synthesized for the given mathematical model of plants. And, the designers have not been able to utilize the degree of freedom to adjust the structural parameters for the control object. To overcome this problem, so called □Structure/Control Simultaneous Method□is used. From this, in this paper, the simultaneous design method is used to achieve optimal system performance. And the experimental result shows that the proposed control strategy is useful to the case of that the controlled system is exposed to the uncertainties and, robust to the unexpected disturbance inputs.
