ESG가 기업, 정부 및 공공기관의 지속가능경영의 핵심전략으로 등장하고 있다. 2021년 정부는 공공기관의 ESG경영을 강화하기 위해 ESG경영선도와 공공부문의 ESG투자를 활성화하는 정책을 발표했다. 공공기관의 ESG경영 관련 연구는 다양하게 진행되었지만 공기업으로 4개의 기관유형을 포함하고 있는 항만공기업에 대한 연구는 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항만공기업 CEO의 ESG경영혁신 전략 체계와 비전, 차이점 등 분석하고 타 기관과의 ESG경영 전략을 비교분석하여 향후 발전가능한 ESG 경영전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 4개 항만공기업의 ESG경영 전략은 안전, 환경, 투명경영, 동반성장 등이 중요하게 도출되었다, 향후 항만공기업은 CEO의 ESG팔로워리더십을 발휘하여 ESG경영 연계성 확보를 위해 지역 사회와의 협력체계 구축이 필요하며, 지역협업 위원회 구성을 통해 지역 ESG거버넌스를 선도 해야할 것으로 분석되었다. ESG is emerging as a key strategy for sustainable management of companies, governments, and public institutions. In 2021, the government announced policies to lead ESG management and revitalize ESG investment in the public sector to strengthen ESG management of public institutions. Although various studies related to ESG management in public institutions have been conducted, research on port public enterprises, which include four institutional types as public enterprises, is insufficient. Therefore, this study attempted to present ESG management strategies that can be developed in the future by analyzing the ESG management innovation strategy system, vision, and differences of the CEO of a port Authority and comparing and analyzing ESG management strategies with other institutions. As a result of the study, the ESG management strategies of the four port public corporations were important in terms of safety, environment, transparent management, and shared growth. In the future, port public corporations will need to demonstrate their CEO's ESG follower leadership to establish a cooperative system with local communities to secure ESG management connectivity, and lead local ESG governance through the formation of a regional collaboration committee.

…The objective of this dissertation is to identify factors that influence the usage and performance of e-trade in Korean firms, and suggest schemes to help successful embodiment and introduction of e-trade in Korea. The factors proposed for this study consist of external firm factors(inter-firm relationship, consultant support), internal firm factors(organization characteristics : firm size, top management support, education-training, export characteristics : share of export to total sales, Technology characteristics : IT maturity), and perception factors(perceived benefit, perceived barriers). A Questionnaire was used to analysis the usage level and performance of e-trade. The analysis result revealed that external firm factors, perception factors are influential variables on the usage level of e-trade. Also, the factors that influenced the performance of e-trade are external firm factors, internal firm factors
