Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze qualitative research published in the Korean Journal ofOccupational Therapy. Methods: The researchers identified 16 qualitative studies among 692 papers in the Korean Journal of OccupationalTherapy from the first issue in 1993 until 2018. These studies were analyzed using COnsolidated criteria forREporting the Qualitative research(COREQ) developed by Tong et al(2007). Results: The first domain, “Research team and reflexivity”, properly maintained the notification items for researchpurposes, as well as the participants’ rights and the researchers’ duties, whereas the reported items of researcherexperience and training were insufficient. In the second domain, “study design”, phenomenology was the mostcommon research methodology, and most of the interview guidelines were presented in the paper, althoughinterview dropouts and interview environment reports were insufficient. Finally, in the third domain “Analysis andfindings”, the participants’ quotations and topic presentation items were generally well followed, but the participantchecking was not. Conclusion: This study showed that COREQ can provide a systematic reporting framework for qualitative researchand can be a useful guideline to improve the consistency of the research methods and the transparency of theresearch methods. Therefore, COREQ is expected to contribute to the improvement in quality of the qualitativeresearch conducted in occupational therapy. 목적 : 본 연구는 대한작업치료학회지에 게재된 질적 연구 보고를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법 : 연구자들은 1993년 창간호부터 2018년까지 대한작업치료학회지에 수록된 논문 692편 중 질적연구 16편을 확인하였다. 이 연구들을 Tong 등(2007)이 개발한 질적 연구 보고 통합 기준(COnsolidatedcriteria for REporting Qualitative research; COREQ)을 활용해 분석하였다. 결과 : 논문을 분석한 결과 첫 번째 ‘연구팀과 성찰’영역에는 연구 목적 및 참여자 권리와 연구자 의무에대한 고지 항목은 잘 지켰으나 연구자의 경험과 훈련 보고 항목은 미흡했다. 두 번째 ‘연구 설계’ 영역에서 연구 방법론은 현상학이 가장 많았으며 면접 지침은 대부분 논문에서 제시하였다. 하지만 면접 탈락자 및 면접 환경 보고는 미흡했다. 그리고 세 번째 ‘분석과 결과’ 영역에서 참여자 인용문과 주제 제시의항목은 대체로 잘 지켜졌으나 면접자 점검 항목은 잘 지켜지지 않았다. 결론 : 본 연구는 COREQ가 질적 연구 보고 분석에서 체계적인 보고 틀을 제공하여 연구 방법의 일관성과 연구 방법의 투명성을 높일 수 있는 유용한 지침이 될 수 있음을 제시하였다. 따라서 COREQ의 활용은 작업치료 질적 연구 보고의 질적 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
3단계 발목 염좌 모델에서 丘墟(GB40)에 대한 약침별 Weight Bearing Ratio의 효과 비교

Objectives : This study was aimed to determine which pharmacopuncture was effective in relieving pain in standard pain model, acute grade 3 ankle sprain rat model. Methods : Percentage changes of weight bearing ratio(WBR), as pain indicator, were measured after anti-inflammation, neutro Eohyul, Hwangryunhaedock-decoction pharmacopuncture were injected to Guheo(GB40). Results : In three kinds of pharmacopuncture, neutro Eohyul and Hwangryunhaedock-decoction pharmacopuncture represented more effect in percentage changes of WBR than surgical(non treatment), needling group. Conclusions : Comparing of pharmacopuncture in grade 3 ankle sprain rat model, these results provide basis to select pharmacopuncture in sprain disease. Furthermore, mechanism of pharmacopuncture's analgesia, anti-inflammation should be progressed.

Enhancing therapeutic efficacy of drugs from reactive oxygen species (ROS) and glutathione (GSH)-responsive matrix and minimizing toxic effects on normal cells remains a challenge in programmableanticancer drug delivery. Herein, ROS- and GSH-responsive paclitaxel (PTX)-loaded polymer dot (PD)with mitochondria-targeting capability was designed by constructing diselenide linkage andtriphenylphosphonium (TPP) for tunable PTX release andfluorescence for cancer theranostics. PDTPPnanocarrier could improve the PTX stability after loading (PD-TPP(PTX)), and the cleavage ofdiselenide bond in the presence of H2O2 and GSH triggered the controllable PTX release, providing higherfluorescence intensity. As the levels of H2O2 and GSH are higher in cancer cells compared to normal cells,PTX was selectively released from PD-TPP in cancer cells, reducing cell viability ( 25%) and causingenhanced apoptosis of cancer cells compared to normal cells. The PD-TPP(PTX) selectivity was alsoreflected by distinctfluorescence intensity in HeLa and PC-3 cells (cancer) compared to CHO-K1 cells(normal). Furthermore, conjugated TPP promoted the PD-TPP(PTX) accumulation in mitochondria due tospecific targeting of TPP towards mitochondria, allowing PTX release in mitochondria of cancer cells. Hence, this approach could be a potential strategy to enhance therapeutic efficacy of cancer drugs andminimize the side effects on normal cells.
