사회적기업의 지속가능한 경영을 위하여 사회적기업의 가치가 선행되어야 하며, 사회적기업 가치를 통해 사회적기업 성과를 분석해볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 사회적기업 가치와 이익의 질과의 관련성에 관한 연구로, 사회적기업 가치를 좋은사회적기업상 평가항목인 공익적 가치, 윤리적 가치, 경제적 가치로 구분하고 이익의 질은 당기이익과 전기이익과의 관계를 통해 분석하였으며, 인증유형에 따라 차이가 있는지에 대한 분석도 수행하였다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적기업 가치가 평균보다 높은 기업이 그렇지 않은 기업보다 이익 지속성 계수가 높은 것으로 나타나, 사회적기업 가치가 높은 기업일수록 이익의 질을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적기업 가치를 공익적 가치, 윤리적 가치, 경제적 가치로 구분하고 분석한 결과에서도 공익적 가치와 경제적 가치가 높은 기업일수록 이익의 질을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인증유형을 일자리제공형과 지역사회공헌형/사회서비스제공형으로 구분하여 분석한 결과에서는 인증유형에 따라 사회적기업 가치와 이익의 질과의 관련성에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 사회적기업을 대상으로 사회적기업의 가치와 이익의 질과의 관련성에 대해 분석을 수행하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. Social enterprise values should be preceded for sustainable management of social enterprises, and social enterprise performance can be analyzed through social enterprise values. This study was a study on the Social Enterprise Values and Earnings quality. Social enterprise values were divided into public value, ethical value, and economic value, which are good social enterprise assessment items, and analyzed whether there are differences in earnings quality and performance depending on the authentication type. The results of the study is summarized as follow; First, companies with higher social enterprise value than average have higher earning sustainability coefficients than those without them, indicating that the higher the social enterprise value, the better the earning quality. Second, the analysis of social enterprise values into public, ethical and economic values show that companies with higher public and economic values improve the earning quality. Third, depending on the authentication type, there was no difference in earning quality. This study is meaningful in that the analysis has been carried out on social enterprises in relation to the social enterprises values and the earning quality.

정부지원금 지원유무에 따른 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 관한 연구

In order for social enterprises to secure self-sufficiency and maintain sustainability, the role of government subsidies for social enterprises is important. This study examined whether there is a difference in the degree of sustainability of social enterprises based on whether or not they are supported by government subsidies. An analysis was conducted on whether there was a difference in the degree of sustainability of the social enterprise based on the type of social enterprise. The empirical analysis results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that government-supported social enterprises are statistically more significant than not-supported enterprises and have a greater degree of social enterprise sustainability. In addition, among government-supported enterprises, enterprises that received direct support have greater sustainability than those that have not been supported. Furthermore, it was found that the type of job provision among government-supported social enterprises is not statistically significant but has a greater degree of social enterprise sustainability than other types of enterprises. Social enterprises are highly dependent on the use of government subsidies to carry out business activities, and this study believes that stable government subsidies is still a necessary government support policy for social enterprises to grow into sustainable organizations.

본 연구는 ODA사업 평가 참여 전문가의 주관적 경험을 이해하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. ODA사업 평가에 참여한 경험이 있는 전문가 6명을 대상으로 한 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, ODA사업 평가를 경험을 객관적 현상이 아닌 주관적인 경험으로 이해하고자 질적 연구접근으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 의미 있는 진술을 45개의 개념으로 개념화 하였고, 이후 유사개념을 결집하여 16개의 하위범주, 5개의 범주를 도출하였다. 최종 도출된 5개의 범주는 ‘공정성’, ‘결과 신뢰성’, ‘적절성’, ‘현장성’, ‘관계성’이다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 ODA사업 평가 참여시 문제점과 개선사항 등에 대한 전문가의 생각을 알 수 있었으며, ODA사업 평가 시 발생할 수 있는 문제점 및 해결방안 등에 대한 정책적 방안을 제언하였다. This study was conducted to understand the subjective experience of evaluation participating expert for ODA projects. The data was collected through in-depth interviews with six experts who have experience in ODA projects evaluation, and qualitative research was analyzed to understand the subjective phenomena rather than objective phenomena. The results analysis, methodological statements were conceptually interpreted as 46 concepts. And then the combinatorial issues were analyzed and categorized them into sixteen sub-themes and five themes. The final five categories are the fairness, the result reliability, the propriety, substantiality and the relationship. Through the analysis results, evaluation participating experts for ODA projects were able to identify the expert opinion on problems and improvements. And this study provides policy alternative for possible problems and solutions that can arise during ODA projects evaluation.

ODA사업수행과 평가경험 전문가를 대상으로 전문가의 평가경험에 관한 질적 연구

본 연구는 ODA사업 수행경험과 평가에 직접 참여한 경험을 토대로 ODA사업 평가원칙에 근거한 평가경험에 대한 질적 연구로, 연구 참여자의 평가참여 경험을 탐색하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 평가참여 전문가를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 연구결과 전문가의 심층면담 내용을 분석하여 ODA사업의 평가원칙인 파트너십, 공정성, 객관성, 투명성, 신뢰성의 5가지 범주로 분류하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 ODA사업 평가의 5가지 원칙이 ODA사업 평가현장에서 어떻게 적용되고 있는지에 대해 확인해볼 수 있었으며, ODA사업 평가가 평가원칙에 따라 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 발전방안에 대해 제언하였다. 본 연구는 소수의 연구 참여자만을 대상으로 수행된 질적 연구로 연구의 일반화하는데 주의가 요구되며, 향후 연구에서는 다수의 전문가를 중심으로 국별, 사업별 평가수행 경험을 탐색하는 연구가 진행될 필요성이 있다. This study was conducted for the purpose of exploring the experience of participation in the evaluation of ODA project, based on the experience of conducting the ODA project and directly participating in the assessment. In-depth interviews were conducted with experts participating in the assessment to carry out this study, In-depth interview of experts was analyzed and classified into five categories: partnership, impartiality, objectivity, transparency and credibility, which are assessment principles of ODA projects. The results confirm how the five principles of ODA project assessment are applied to the assessment site of the ODA project and suggested development plans to ensure that the assessment of the ODA business can be carried out effectively according to the assessment principles. This study is a qualitative study conducted on a small number of participants and requires attention to generalizing the study. It is necessary to explore the experience of performing assessments by country and project based on a number of experts.
