        CAD 프로그램을 활용한 니트디자인 프로세스 연구

        현대 섬유 산업은 소비자들의 개성화 추세에 따라 다양한 디자인 작업을 통한 개발이 많이 요구되어지고 있다. 과거의 섬유 산업이 생산 지향적이었다면 현재는 장식적이며 소비적 성향이 강한 패션 산업으로 시장과 소비자 중심의 고품격 제품을 추구하는 것이 세계적인 추세가 되고 있다. 특히 최근 의류패션 산업의 경우 편성물의 비중이 점차 높아짐에 따라 제품에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 니트는 직물과 달리 다양한 재질감을 가진 원사의 선택을 다양하게 할 수 있다. 또한 짜는 단계에서부터 구조를 변화시키거나 색상을 달리함으로써 디자인에 변화를 줄 수 있어 복잡한 형태를 자유롭게 표현할 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다. 이러한 패션 변화에 신속하게 대처하고 니트산업의 질적 향상을 위해서 니트를 실제로 편성하지 않고도 텍스타일 CAD(Computer Aided Design) 시스템을 활용하여 니트디자인을 진행한다면 작업 시 소요되는 시간을 단축하고 경비를 절감할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 니트시장에 있어서 국제적으로 높아지는 경쟁시장 구도에서 대외적으로 경쟁력을 갖고, 내부적으로 고객의 요구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 니트디자인 제조공정의 효율성을 높이기 위해 텍스타일 CAD 시스템의 특성에 대해 검토하고 향후 시스템의 발전적 활용을 위한 기본적인 디자인 프로세스를 제공하고자 하였다. 또한 니트 산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 적절한 자카드 니트 CAD 프로그램을 활용한 니트디자인 프로세스를 본 연구자의 작품을 예시로 제시하여 유용성을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 특히 니트 조직 중 자카드 조직은 조형성을 부각시킬 뿐만 아니라 다양하고 화려한 색상과 문양을 편직 할 수 있다는 점에서 고부가가치 산업으로 활용될 수 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구자는 다양한 니트 편성방법 중 자카드 니트 기법을 활용한 니트디자인 프로세스를 연구하였고 니트디자인 CAD 프로그램을 활용함으로써 시간적, 경제적인 효율성을 알아보고자 한다. The textile industry of today requires much development through various design works in order to meet the individualized trends of consumers. Whereas in the past the textile industry was production-oriented as a strongly decorative and consumption-oriented fashion industry, it now pursues high quality products focused on markets and consumers globally. In particular, there is an increasing demand for knitted products along with a rise in the market share of knitted products in the latest garment fashion industry. Unlike textiles, for knitwear it is possible to vary the selection of yarns with diverse textures. Also, the design may be changed by differing structures or colors from the weaving stage; therefore, it has an infinite potential for new designs. In order to cope promptly with such changes in fashion and to improve the quality of the future-oriented high value added knitwear industry, it is possible to reduce the lead time during working as well as costs if the knitwear design can be carried out utilizing a textile CAD (Computer Aided Design) system. Furthermore, in the competitive market structure which is becoming enhanced internationally in the knitwear market, this will enable preparation for competitiveness externally and enable the demands of customers to be catered for internally. This study considered the characteristics of a textile CAD system simulation in order to raise the efficiency of the knitwear design manufacturing process, and it attempted to furnish a basic design process for the advanced utilization of the system for the future. Also, for the reinforcement of the competitiveness of the knitting industry, the study aimed to discover its utility by offering a knitwear design process utilizing an appropriate jacquard knitting CAD program. Specifically, not only does the jacquard texture among knitting textures emphasize formativeness, but it also makes it possible to knit various and brilliant colors and patterns. In this regard it may be utilized as a high value added industry. From this perspective, the researcher conducted research into a knitwear design process utilizing a jacquard knitting technique from among diverse knitting methods. Moreover this study will help in making efficient design in terms of time and economic efficiency as well as enabling more creative designs by utilizing a knitting design CAD program in applying the knitting design process.

        디지털 텍스타일 프린팅을 활용한 직물디자인 연구

        오늘날 우리가 살아가고 있는21세기는 디지털 문화의 시대로 사회 전반에 걸쳐 디지털 기술의 발달과 인터넷 보급으로 인하여 정보화가 가속화되고 이로 인해 현대인들은 다양한 개성과 차별화, 다양화를 표현하고자 한다. 이것은 소비자들 개개인의 기호에 맞는 개인화된 다품종 소량생산 시스템으로의 전환이 요구되고 있고 이러한 현상은 텍스타일 업계에도 기존의 날염방식을 벗어나 고부가가치를 높일 수 있는 새로운 기술의 도입을 요구하기에 이르렀다. 이러한 점에서 볼 때 DTP(디지털텍스타일 프린팅)시스템은 보다 신속하게 소비자의 다양한 욕구에 잘 적응 할 수 있는 프로세스가 될 것이라고 기대되고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 시스템을 이용하여 직물에 날염하는 기술인 DTP에 대해 이전의 날염과 DTP의 디자인 프로세스 및 특성을 비교, 공정 및 장단점을 살펴 혁신적인 아이디어와 프로페셔널 노하우를 가지고 끊임없이 신소재를 개발하는 스위스 인테리어 직물회사 크리에이션바우만의 DTP직물을 통하여 DTP의 장점과 특수성을 이용한 새로운 디자인 스타일의 직물을 소개하는데 중점을 두었다. 본 연구자는 크리에이션바우만의 방염소재인 Trevira CS직물을 이용한 DTP 디자인을 Photography(사진), Computer-Aided Design(컴퓨터 디자인), Customized Design(맞춤형 디자인)으로 나누고 이 사례들을 통해 DTP로 표현할 수 있는 디자인의 무한한 가능성을 모 색하고자한다. The era of digital culture, the 21st century in which we live today, has witnessed accelerated informatization owing to the advancement of digital technology and the distribution of the Internet throughout society; thereby, contemporary people want to express various their personalities, differentiations, and diversification. This has required a shift in the systems for producing individualized multi-grade products in small quantities, which are attuned to the preferences of individual customers This phenomenon has even required the textile industry to introduce a new technology which will enhance high value added by avoiding an existing printing practice. In this regard. the DTP (Digital Textile Printing) system is expected to be a process which will better satisfy the diverse desires of consumers, more promptly. In reference to DTP, which is a technology to print textiles using a digital system, this study focused on introducing textile of a new design style using the strengths and specialty of DTP through DTP textile by Creation Baumann, a Swiss interior textile company that has developed new materials, with continually innovative ideas and professional know-how, by comparing the design process and characteristics of existing printing and DTP, and by reviewing their procedures and strengths and weaknesses. The researcher is to classify DTP design using Trevira cs textile, which is a resist printing material of Creation Baumann into photography, computer-aided design, and customized design, and to grope for the infinite potential of design which can be expressed with DTP through these cases.

        Polycythemia vera is a hematopoietic stem cell disease, characterized by sustained and excessive proliferation of erythrocytic, granurocytic and megakaryocytic cells in the bone marrow resulting in pancytosis in peripheral blood. There have been a few reports of glomerulonephritis with polycythemia vera, most of which were IgA nephropathy. We report a case of a polycythemia vera associated with proteinuria. We confirmed the polycythemia vera according to World Health Organization criteria. Renal pathology showed IgA nephropathy and minimal change disease. Periodic phlebotomy was done and hydroxyurea was administered without specific managements for renal disease. After 3-month treatment, hemoglobin level decreased and proteinurea disappeared.

        마우스 비장세포에서의 Polychlorinated Biphenyls(Aroclor 1234)의 면역 독성

        Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) has been widely used as plasticizer, insulator, lubricant, paint and ink. The persistence of PCBs in the environment and their bioaccumulation in living<br/> organism make a raise concerns regarding their toxic effects in immune system and subsequent effects on human health. However little has been known about effect of PCB, an endocrine disrupter,<br/> on splenocytes. In this study, for identifying the effect on the organs and immune cell of mice by the concentration and time of commercial PCB mixture (Aroclor 1254), each 3 mice were tested at the concentration of 3, 30, 300, 1,000 mg/kg respectively, and their organ's weight were measured in 4, 7, 14 days, respectively. Also according to concentration and time, PCB was evaluated for the effects on splenocyte viability and lipopolysaccaride (LPS) and concanavaline A (Con A)-induced splenocyte proliferation on mice spleen. In liver and lung, there were significantly defferent by concentration and time of PCB (p<0.0001). In respect of concentration of PCB, no significant effects on mice's liver by Aroclor 1254 concentration below than 300 mg/kg were observed except at the concentration of 1,000 mg/kg doses (p<0.0001). But there was not significant different change in mice spleen by concentration and time of PCB (p=0.2206) and the mode of weight change of spleen was different to of liver and of lung. Viabilities of splenocytes were decreased following treatment with high concentration of PCB. Also, LPS and Con A-induced cell proliferations were decreased by Aroclor 1254 at 1,000 mg/kg. These data suggest that Aroclor 1254 is the immunotoxic compound that may have an effect on mouse immune system.

        해외 취업 및 인턴쉽에 대한 인식과 만족도에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to evaluate the perception and satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in culinary arts and food service with working and internship abroad. The responses of the participants to 10 questions regarding perception and 13 questions regarding the importance and satisfaction with working and internship abroad were measured on a 5 point Likert scale. The primary results were as follows : 1) The subjects were composed of 50.9% male and 49.1% female students, of which 42.1% were employed and 57.9% experienced an internship abroad. 2) Most students went abroad to gain experience with respect to various foreign cultures in response to recommendations by the western cuisine department. 3) The items I wish to conduct my affairs continuously(M=4.21) and I have good relationships with my colleagues at work(M=4.11) received the highest points from male and female respondents, respectively. 4) Male students considered cooperation among divisions(M=4.11), language skills(M=4.38), and kitchen environment(M=4.34) to be very important. However, female students believed that language skills(M=4.36),social relationships(M=4.21), and wage income(M=4.18) were most important. Furthermore, male students were most satisfied with company size (M=4.28), kitchen environment(M=4.21), and business hours(M=4.10), while female students were most satisfied with kitchen environment,incentive(M=4.14) and social relationships(M=4.11).

        Existing studies highlights the problems about the negative-side waterproofing design of apartment complex underground structures. This study suggests the alternatives for waterproof design construction details of as a solution, and a review on the applicability of this new construction design details through a mock-up construction is provided.
