The piston reservoir is mainly used in hydraulic blow-down system for aerospace engineering. The reservoir is heavy due to both hydraulic cylinder and piston in pressurization. The positive expulsion tank with rubber diaphragm has been mostly applied propellant and fuel tank at low pressure to satellites. To reduce weight, the reservoir that can be used at high pressure with rubber diaphragm was developed. In this research, the prediction of life-time for the rubber diaphragm was implemented through an accelerated life test, as a part of development of new reservoir. Also, the diaphragm was stored in an temperature chamber at the same condition as and operation with hydraulic oil. As a result, the life-time for a rubber diaphragm was successfully evaluated via Arrhenius law and Time-Temperature Superposition based on failure times over temperatures in the accelerated test.
전문상담교사의 동료 슈퍼비전 경험에 관한 합의적 질적 연구

본 연구에서는 전문상담교사를 대상으로 동료 슈퍼비전 경험과 그 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 동료 슈퍼비전 경험이 있는 전문상담교사 9명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 심층 면담을 통해 수집된 자료는 합의적 질적 연구방법의 자료 분석과정을 통해 분석하였고 자료 분석과정에는 3명의 평정팀과 1명의 감수자로 구성된 연구팀이 참여하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 3개의 영역, 13개의 범주, 36개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 전문상담교사들은 상담교사 업무에 대한 어려움으로 인해 상대적으로 부담감이 적은 동료 슈퍼비전을 시작하고 있었다. 참여자들은 동료 슈퍼비전 과정을 통해 상담 업무 및 역할에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라 정서적지지, 지역네트워크를 형성하고 있었으며 동료 슈퍼비전 후 사례에 대한 전문성 향상, 정체성 및 연대감을 형성하고 성장 동기를 다지게 되는 변화를 경험하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 논의를 하였으며 학교 상담자 교육에 대한 실제적 의의와 동료 슈퍼비전 연구에 대한 학문적 의의 및 제한점을 제시하였다. This study examined the peer supervision experience of school counselors by understanding the beginning, the process, and the subsequent change of peer supervision experience. In-depth interviews were conducted with nine school counselors experienced in peer supervision. The data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed through the consensus qualitative research method, and a research team composed of three evaluation teams and one auditor participated in the data analysis process. Next, 3 areas, 13 categories, and 36 sub-categories were derived. While counselors use supervision as a general method to counsel students, the supervision method may be difficult to process and use because of the counselors’ workload. Therefore, the school counselors in this study used the peer supervision experience method as it was more efficient and was able to relieve the burden that the school counselors faced. Participants connected emotionally, formed local networks, and understood counseling tasks and roles through the peer supervision process. Following the peer supervision method, I experienced changes such as improved expertise and sense of identity and solidarity and increased motivation. Based on these results, discussions were conducted, and the practical significance of school counselor education, academic significance, and limitations of peer supervision research were presented.
편측성 구순구개열 환자의 상악측절치 결손과 재건에 대한 연구

Cleft lip and palate is one of the most prevalent congenital craniofacial anomalies, and it commonly has greater incidence of dental abnormalities in number, size, shape, and eruption of teeth. Maxillary lateral incisor is the most frequently affected. The aim of this study is to analyze the prevalence of congenital missing of lateral incisor in cleft side and non-cleft side in unilateral cleft patients who were treated in Pusan national university dental hospital. Radiographs and records were reviewed to find the relationship of missing tooth and cleft side, maintenance of maxillary lateral incisor, rehabilitation method. The ratio of congenital missing was 50% in cleft side and 18.75% in non-cleft side. The ratio of extraction after bone graft was 62.6% in cleft side and 31.25% in non-cleft side. The result suggested that since the ratio of maintenance of maxillary lateral incisor is low, early extraction can be considered in some cases.

Peanut is a well-known food allergen that causes adverse reactions ranging from mild urticaria to life-threatening anaphylaxis. Consumers suffering from peanut allergies should thus avoid consuming undeclared peanuts in processed foods. Therefore, effective cleaning methods are needed to remove food allergens from manufacturing facilities. To address this, wet cleaning methods with washing water at different temperatures, abstergents (peracetic acid, sodium bicarbonate, dilute sodium hypochlorite, detergent), and cleaning tools (brush, sponge, paper towel, and cotton) were investigated to remove peanuts from materials used in food manufacture, including plastics, wood, glass, and stainless steel. Peanut butter was coated on the surface of the glass, wood, stainless steel, and plastic for 30 min and cleaned using wet cleaning. The peanut residue on the cleaned surfaces was swabbed and determined using an optimized enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Cleaning using a brush and hot water above 50℃ showed an effective reduction of peanut residue from the surface. However, removing peanuts from wooden surfaces was complicated. These results provide information for selecting appropriate materials in food manufacturing facilities and cleaning methods to remove food allergens. Additionally, the cleaning methods developed in this study can be applied to further research on removing other food allergens.
국내 유통 중인 혼합채소샐러드 및 신선·냉동과일의 미생물 오염실태 조사

국내에서 유통되고 있는 혼합채소샐러드류, 신선과일 및 냉동과일에 대해 미생물 오염 도를 식품군별, 지역별, 분기별로 비교 분석하였다. 식품군 별로 일반세균수는 혼합채소샐러드에서 가장 높은 6.48 log CFU/g, 신선과일은 5.07 log CFU/g, 냉동과일은3.78 log CFU/g 수준으로 나타났다. 분기별 일반세균수를 비교 분석한 결과에서는 1분기 오염도는 5.12 log CFU/g, 2분기는 6.26 log CFU/g, 3분기는 5.73 log CFU/g, 4분기는 4.42 log CFU/g으로 확인되어 외부온도가 높은 2,3분기에서 조금 더 높은 일반 세균수가 관찰되었다. 지역별 일반세균수의 오염은 5.26-5.47 log CFU/g으로 수준으로 지역별 차이는 확인되지 않았다. 대장균군의 경우 1.98-3.93 log CFU/g으로 나타났고, E. coli의 경우 혼합채소샐러드 27점 중 3점에서 평균 1.38 log CFU/g으로 검출되었다. 이러한 결과를 종합할 때 혼합채소샐러드와 신선과일은 Solberg 등이 제시한 비가열 식품의 일반세균 기준치(3 log CFU/g)를 초과한 것으로 확인되었고, 3점의 신선과일 시료에서 대장균이 검출되어 샐러드류 및 신선과일의 원료의 안전성과 제조 및 유통 단계에서의 위생관리가 보다 철저히 수행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, the microbial levels on mixed vegetable salads, fresh fruits, and frozen fruits distributed in Korea were comparatively analyzed by food group, region, and quarter. Samples were collected from big markets in large cities from 2018 to 2019 and used for microbiological analysis. The levels of aerobic bacteria for mixed vegetable salads, fresh fruits, and frozen fruits were 6.48, 5.07, and 3.78 log CFU/g, respectively. As a result of analyzing the quarterly contamination levels of aerobic bacteria, the first quarter contamination level was 5.12 log CFU/g while the second quarter showed 6.26 log CFU/g, the third quarter 5.73 log CFU/g, and the fourth quarter 4.42 log CFU/g. A higher number of aerobic bacteria was observed in the second and third quarters when the temperature was higher. There was no difference in the number of bacteria by region. The levels of the coliform group were 1.98 - 3.93 log CFU/g in all samples, and Escherichia coli was detected at 1.38 log CFU/g in 3 out of 27 mixed vegetable salads. Since the mixed vegetable salad and fresh fruit used in this study exceeded the standard (3 log CFU/g) for unheated foods and E. coli was detected in three fresh fruits, stricter hygiene management in the manufacturing stage of salads and fresh fruit is required.
