The purpose of this study was tried to identify the cause of the changes in the visual elements of North Korea web-sites under the dictatorship and to forecast the future. For the purpose of this study, which is to review the changes in visual elements of North Korea web-sites, web-sites for PR of their country were abstracted from the subjects of the previous study(Kim, So-Hyun, 2007), they were compared with the visual elements of current web-sites in 2012 and the differences between them were analyzed. Additionally, the characteristics of the visual elements in the newly opened web-sites for PR and the mobile webs were analyzed. From the analysis of the visual elements, it was possible to identify the causes of the changes and to forecast the orientation of the changes through the situational review of North Korea at present. It is expected that this study will provide a basic ground for the web-site construction and strategy planning for cultural exchanges between North and South, understanding the political purpose and the characteristics of North Korea.

As the national income has increased, gold has gradually developed its dominance as so-called public sport. However, considering its recent development and widespread popularity, general public concerns and researches for golf wear are still left behind. Due to the influence of the current fashion trend, designs for golf wear have expanded its varieties and tended to get out of some sorts of specific formation. Furthermore, aside form these recent moods, golf wear should maintain its own traits to play and exercise properly as well as a fashion to reflect the latest trend. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to develop new design for golf wear that can raise its aesthetics and comfort at the same time with the application of CAD program. The research tries to develop the design focusing on the young golf generation that is from the late twenties to the early forties, and to use the animation characters which have their cultural motive. 1. CAD program can make the designing process more rapid and precise. 2 I present some sorts of possible designs for young and humorous spirit, and energetic mood with the application and development of the animation characters.
백련초 (Opuntia ficus-indica var., saboten)의 Salmonella와 Escherichia coli O157 : H7에 대한 항균효과

With the incidence of antibiotic resistant bacteria there is increasing interest in natural products such as herb extract and probiotics to control antibiotic resistant bacteria. This study was focused on the determination of antimicrobial activity of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten against Salmonella enetrica serovar Enteritidis (S. enterifidis), S. enterica serovar Typhimurium (S. Typhimurium) DT 104 and Escherichia coli 0157:H7. Though bactericidal effect of 0. ficus-indica var. saboten was not observed, it had significant inhibitory activity against Salmonella spp. and E. coli O157:H7 on the Moulter Hinton agar containing its solution dissolved in deionized water. To investigate the antimicrobial activity in vivo, mice were challenged with 5. Typhimurium DT104 (3.7$\times$108 cfu/mouse) after pre-feeding 0. ficus-indica var. saboten solution. The fecal shedding of S. Typhimurium DT104 was more dramatically decreased and not detectable in feces and intestines 3 days after challenge in mice fed with 0. ficus-indica var. saboten. Antibody responses of the intestinal IgA were also significantly increased in mice fed with 0. ficus-indica var. saboten. These findings suggest that Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten decreased the shedding of S. Typhimurium DT104 in vitro and also in the gastrointestinal tract in mice. In addition, administration of the product might enhance the mucosal immune response against S. Typhimurium DT 104. In conclusion, Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten might be useful to control antibiotic resistant bacteria in vivo and in vitro.

As one of the new areas of 'omics' technology, there is increasing interest in metabolomics, which involves the analysis of low-molecular-weight compounds in cells, tissues, and biofluids, and considers interactions within various organisms and reactions of external chemicals with those organisms. However, metabolomics research is still at a fundamental stage in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to establish a strategic long-term plan to revitalize the national metabolomics approach and obtain the elementary data necessary to determine a policy for effectively supporting metabolomics research. These investigations clarified the state of metabolomics study both in Korea and internationally, from which we attempted to find the potentiality and fields where a metabolomics approach would be applicable, such as in medical science. We also discuss strategies for developing metabolomics research. This study revealed that promoting metabolomics in Korea requires cooperation with metabolomics researchers, acquisition of advanced technology, capital investment in metabolomics approach, establishment of metabolome database, and education of metabolome analysis experts. This would reduce the gap between the national and international levels of metabolomics research, with the resulting developments in metabolomics having the potential to greatly contribute to promoting biotechnology in Korea.
섭취 환경 조건이 나트륨 및 당 저감식품 기호도에 끼치는 영향

This study investigated the possibility of reducing sodium and sugar intake in the Bulgogi bowl and yogurt, respectively, by utilizing food and non-food factors. Sodium and sugar replacers were the target food factors, and eating environment was the target non-food factor. The sodium content of Bulgogi bowls was reduced by 40%, and a flavor enhancer was applied to compensate for the reduced saltiness. Low calorie sweeteners, such as sucralose and stevia, were used to lower the sugar content of yogurt by 30%. Consumers were asked to evaluate the samples in one of the three eating environments: private booth evaluation, BOOTH; watching video clips during evaluation, VIDEO; conversation with friends during evaluation, FRIEND. The results showed that applying sodium or sugar replacers were effective in lowering sodium or sugar intake, respectively, without compromising the acceptance level of samples. Significant influences of the eating environment were observed on liking and perception of samples, but the influence patterns were not consistent between Bulgogi bowl and yogurt.
황산용액에 의한 황동광으로부터 구리 침출 시 첨가제(과산화수소와 에틸렌글리콜) 및 온도의 영향

본 연구는 황동광의 황산침출에 관한 연구로 황산 농도, 침출온도, 첨가제로 과산화수소 및 에틸렌글리콜 첨가에 따른 구리 침출거동을 조사하였다. 침출용액에 과산화수소 및 황산의 농도가 증가할수록 구리 침출률이 증가하였다. 침출온도에 따른 구리 침출률은 $30 -60^{\circ}C$에서 상승하였으나, $70 -80^{\circ}C$에서는 감소하였다. 침출된 구리의 양이 감소하는 결과는 $70^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에서 용액 중에 함유된 과산화수소의 분해에 의한 것이었다. $80^{\circ}C$에서 에틸렌글리콜을 첨가하였을 경우 과산화수소의 분해가 억제되어 구리 침출률이 증가하였다. 침출 잔사의 SEM 분석 결과, 에틸렌글리콜을 첨가할 경우 침출 잔사가 다공성의 형태로 변형되는 것을 확인하였으며, 에틸렌글리콜 첨가 시 $60^{\circ}C$ 이하에서도 구리 침출률이 증가하였다.
표적 가림 예측에 의한 기억추적 알고리즘 개발 및 구현

In this paper, the Autocoast algorithm is proposed for EOTS to overcome the target occlusion status. Coast mode, one of tracking modes, is to maintain the servo slew rate with the tracking rate right before the loss of track. The Autocoast algorithm makes decision of entering coast mode by the prediction of target occlusion and tries to refind target after the coast time. This algorithm composes of 3 steps, the first step is the prediction process of the occlusion by target-like background, the second one is the check process of the occlusion happened after background intensity variation, and the last one is the process of refinding target. The result of computer simulation, test under laboratory, and real test with EOTS shows the applicability for the automatic video tracking system.
생후 3개월 이하의 발열이 있는 환아에서 세균성 감염의 예측을 위한 저위험 예측기준의 유용성

Purpose : A retrospective study was undertaken to evaluate the usefulness of low risk criteria for identifying febrile infants younger than three months unlikely to have serious bacterial infection. Methods : We conducted a retrospective study of 527 infants younger than three month with a axillary temperature ${\geq}37.4^{\circ}C$. If they met the following all four criteria, appear well, WBC $5,000-20,000/mm^3$, urine stick WBC(-) and nitrite(-), CSF WBC < $10/mm^3$, they were considered at low risk for serious bacterial infection(SBI). SBI was defined as a positive culture of urine, blood, or cerebrospinal fluid. The sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of the low risk criteria were calculated. Results : Of 527 febrile infants, 110(21.0%) had serious bacterial infections. The 2.7% who met the low risk criteria had SBI and negative predictive value was 97.3%. SBI was diagnosed in 103 infants(38.6%) who didn't meet the low risk criteria including urinary tract infection(78.6%), most commonly, bacteremia(16.5%), bacterial meningitis(8.7%), Salmonella gastroenteritis(1%), osteomyelitis( 1%), septic arthritis of hip joint(1%). There were no differences in the sensitivity and negative predictive value according to the monthly-age-group. Conclusion : This low risk criteria to identify infants unlikely to have SBI early is available, however low risk infants must be carefully observed.
부산백병원 응급실로 내원한 치과 응급환자에 대한 임상적 연구

Purpose: Dental emergencies vary from toothaches to oral and maxillofacial traumas. Because the number of dental emergency cases has increased recently, we analyzed characteristics of patients seen during the last 2 years, in an effort to find a trend. Methods: This study was carried out with emergency room patients visiting the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from 2009 to 2010. Results: The total number of patients studied was 1,162; the ratio of males to females was 1.73:1. The most frequent age group was 0 to 9 years, followed by 20 to 29 years. Trauma (58.7%) was the most frequent cause followed by acute toothache, oral hemorrhage, infection, and temporomandibular (TMJ) disorder. In the trauma group, injuries of soft tissue and alveolus were prevalent. The most common causes of soft tissue injury were falls, safety violations and assault. The highest incidence of emergencies was seen in patients 0 to 9 years old (41.8%). The most common causes of jaw fracture were falls, assaults, and traffic accidents in that order. In the acute toothache group, most patients had pulpitis (41.2%). In the infection group, most had buccal space abscesses (40.0%). In the hemorrhage group, post-operative bleeding cases (80.5%) were the majority, and hemostasis was obtained mostly by pressure dressings. For the TMJ disorder group, masticatory muscle disorder (65.4%) was more common than TMJ dislocation. Conclusion: In this study, trauma was the most frequent reason for patients who visited the emergency room. However, acute toothache, hemorrhage, infection and TMJ disorders were also seen frequently. Dental emergency patients could be better treated by understanding patterns of dental emergencies and performing proper diagnoses.
OTT 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델 개발을 통한 OTT 사업자 경쟁력 분석

본 연구는 OTT 산업에 특화된 분석틀을 개발하여 OTT 사업자들의 경쟁력 분석을 하는 데에 목적이 있다. 비즈니스 모델, 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델, OTT 특성에 관한 기존연구를 바탕으로 OTT 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델 프레임워크를 개발하였고 관련 자료, 문헌, 내부자료의 데이터를 토대로 사례 분석을 하여 국내 OTT 사업자들이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 OTT 사업자들은 발전된 AI와 빅데이터 기술을 활용해 오리지널 콘텐츠를 제작하고 플랫폼의 인프라 및 서비스의 질을 향상해야 한다. 또한, 보유한 콘텐츠를 맞춤화된 추천 시스템을 통해 충분히 활용할 수 있어야 하고 이용자들이 선호할 해당 플랫폼만의 오리지널 콘텐츠에 아낌없는 투자가 지속되어야 한다. 본 연구는 급변하는 미디어 산업 속에서 OTT 사업자들이 자신만의 경쟁전략을 수립할 수 있는 분석틀을 제공하고 사례 적용을 통해 국내 OTT 사업자들이 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of OTT operators by developing an analysis framework specialized for the OTT industry. Based on existing research on business model, platform business model, and OTT characteristics, the OTT platform business model framework was developed, and case analysis was conducted based on data from related materials, literature, and internal data to suggest the direction for domestic OTT operators. As a result of the study, domestic OTT operators should use advanced AI and big data technologies to produce original content and improve the infrastructure and service quality of the platform. This study is meaningful in that it provides an analysis framework for OTT operators to establish their own competitive strategies and suggests the direction for domestic OTT operators through case application.
