        중등학교 학생선수 인성검사 개발 및 준거설정

        This study developed character testing for secondary school student athlete and decided on standard setting. The three delphi technique were assessed by the 20 physical education experts. First, delphi technique made six factors and 30-item(sincerity 5-item, consideration, 5-item, perseverance 5-item, passion 5-item, morality 5-item, cooperation 5-item). Second, delphi technique was utilized by closed inspection method and deleted one item in perseverance factor. Third, delphi technique was utilized by five points scale and deleted three items that were one item in perseverance factor and two items in passion factor. Finally, the 26-item was developed as character testing for secondary school student. The Rasch method was applied for standard setting. 400 secondary school student athletes were measured and Winsteps 5.3.2 programs were used to make the Rasch method standard setting. The six content specialists selected the key questions and the 70% mastery level was decided. The standard setting results were as follow. By the Rasch method, the standard settings of secondary school student athlete character testing were set with the total response score of 104 or more was the ‘correct character’, 86 to 103 was the ‘normal character’, and 85 or less was the ‘incorrect character’. The character test was developed for secondary school students in Korea and this test is necessary to secure external validity compared to other standard setting methods. This character test will be an evaluation test that cultivates the desirable character of secondary school student athletes.

        혈액 투석 중 양측 돌발성 난청이 순차적으로 발생한 만성신부전 환자 1예

        Hemodialysis (HD) is a valid treatment modality in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Both CRF and HD have been noted as a possible cause of tinnitus, vertigo and sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL). There have been many efforts to elucidate the etiologic factors of hearing impairment in patients with CRF who underwent HD. But, it is difficult to explain association between them. Especially, sudden SNHL (SSNHL) in patients with CRF who underwent HD is highly unusual. We report, with a review of literatures bilateral SSNHL associated with CRF and HD as its treatment. At first, patient developed profound SSNHL in right side with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) after HD for 18 months. In spite of the treatment with systemic steroid and intratympanic dexamethasone injection (ITDI) hearing result was poor. And then SSNHL occurred in left side after 6 months. Hearing result was poor.

        체육교육전공 대학생 진로불안감 측정척도 개발 및 타당화

        This study developed and validated the career anxiety measurement scale(CAMS) for physical education major university student. Three surveys were conducted and 400 Korean students were measured for each survey. SPSS 27, AMOS 27 and Winsteps 5.1.7 programs were used and the significance level was set at 0.05. The results were as follows. First, in content validity, 21 questions and 5-point response categories to CAMS for physical education major university student. Second, by applying exploratory factor analysis to the first survey data, it was composed and named into 21 items of 3 factors (7 items named career cognitive anxiety factor, 7 questions named career emotional anxiety factor, 7 questions named career behavior anxiety factor). Third, the convergent validity and discriminant validity of 21 items of 3 factors were secured by applying confirmatory factor analysis to the second survey data. Fourth, by applying Rasch rating scale model to the third survey data, the suitability of the 5-point response category was confirmed, and one inappropriate item in the career cognitive anxiety factor and one inappropriate question in the career behavioral anxiety factor were removed. Also, two items that were biased by gender were removed from the factors for career emotional anxiety. Therefore, CAMS was finally composed of a 5-point response category with 17 questions for 3 factors (6 questions for career cognitive anxiety factor, 5 questions for career emotional anxiety factor, 6 questions for career behavioral anxiety factor). The CAMS developed through this research is expected to be practically utilized by university students majoring in physical education.

        전자상거래에서의 벡터 공간 모델링을 통한 Configuration 시스템

        There have been lots of researches for providing a personalized service to a customer using one-to-one marketing and collaborative filtering techniques in & Commerce. However, there are technical difficulties for providing the recommendation of products for users, which often involve high complexity of computation. In this paper, we have presented an integrated method of classification problem solving method and constraint based configuration techniques. This method can reduce a complexity of computation by classifying a solution domain space that has a higher complexity of composition. Thereafter, we have modeled customers constraints and the components of products to configure a complete system by passing it to constraint processing module in Constraint Satisfaction Problems. Constraint-based configuration uses the constraint propagation using the constraints of buyers and the constraints among PC components to configure a proper product for a customer. We have transformed and applied vector space modeling method in the field of information retrieval to consider a customer satisfaction in addition to the CSP. Finally, we have applied our system to test data for evaluating a customers satisfaction and performance of the proposed system.

        Rasch 평정척도 모형을 적용한 한국과 미국 대학생 운동 동기검사지(EMI-2) 단축판 개발 및 비교

        The purpose of this study was to develop and compare the exercise motivations inventory-2(EMI-2) short version for Korean and American university students by applying Rasch rating scale mode(RSM). The subjects of this study were 379 Korean university students and 373 American university students. The Rasch RSM computer prgram, Winsteps 4.5.2 was used to analyze the data. The results were as follow. First, Korean university student EMI-2(KEMI-2) was found to be suitable for 6-point Likert scale, while American university student EMI-2(AEMI-2) was found to be suitable for 5-point Likert scale. Second, the 9-item in KEMI-2 and 7-item in AEMI-2 were over the standard range(0.6~1.4) of the infit or outfit in Rasch RSM. Third, the 5-item in KEMI-2 and 5-item in AEMI-2 were selected as the differential item functioning(DIF) between gender. Fourth, Rasch RSM showed the item-ability map that was verified as the person separation index(PSI) over 2.0. Both KEMI-2(PSI=3.64) and AEMI-2(PSI=3.96) were satisfied item-ability map setting. Finally, this study developed 40-item, 6-point scale EMI-2 for Korean university student, and 42-item, 5-point scale EMI-2 for American university student. In addition, the newly constructed short version of the EMI-2 for university students in Korea and America should be validated to another sample to increase external validity.

        다국면 Rasch 측정모형을 적용한 중학생 학교체육 안전의식 측정척도 개발 및 잠재프로파일분석을 통한 집단 분류

        This study developed physical education safety awareness scale(PESAS) for middle school students by applying the multi-facets Rasch model(MFRM), and searched how many groups of middle school students who responded by applying latent profile analysis(LPA). The Facets 3.82.1 program was used for the MFRM analysis, and the Mplus 8.2 program was used for the LPA. 583 middle school students(323 male students, 260 female students) were surveyed. The results were as follows. First, through the 6-meeting between current physical education professor and middle school physical education teachers, the 35-item was decided in content validation. Second, by applying the Rasch rating scale model, the validation of response category was verified, and the differential item functioning were verified by gender and grade. Finally the PESAS was developed for middle school students, consisting of the 23-item and 4-scale. Third, the vertical ruler analyzed through the MFRM, it was confirmed that there was no difference in safety awareness according to gender, and that safety awareness was low grade better than high grades. In addition, more high difficult items were required to measure students with high safety awareness in middle school students. Fourth, the LPA was classified into three potential groups that were named 'physical safety excellent group', 'physical safety middle group', and 'physical safety weak group'.

        고도 및 심도 돌발성 난청에 대한 고실내 스테로이드 주입술과 경구 스테로이드 병합치료의 효과

        most commonly accepted treatment. Recently, intratympanic steroid injection has been proposed as a safe and an effective in the salvage therapy. However, treatment protocol for severe to profound SSNHL has not been established. As there has been little discussion about the efficacy of combined method, this study aims to evaluate the effects of combined intratympanic and oral steroid treatment compared with oral steroid therapy alone for severe to profound SSNHL. Methods:We reviewed the medical records of patients with severe to profound SSNHL between January 2009 and February 2012, and 34 patients were categorized into the oral steroid treatment alone group (PO group). And 33 patients of combined intratympanic and oral steroid treatment group (CT group) were evaluated from March 2012 to June 2015. We compared demographics, clinical findings, audiological results, and treatment outcomes between two groups. Results:Significant difference of hearing recovery was identified between PO group and CT group. The mean PTA gain was 23.5±18.3 dB in PO group and 31.6±13.2 dB in CT group (p=0.048). When Siegel’s criteria was used, more patients showed significant hearing improvement in CT group than in PO group (p=0.0204). Conclusions:This study concluded that the combined intratympanic and oral steroid treatment might lead to favorable hearing outcomes when compared with the oral steroid treatment alone. We recommend that the combined treatment could be considered as primary management for patients with severe to profound SSNHL.

        컬러 도플러 경동맥이중초음파검사를 이용하여 진단한 회전성 추골동맥증후군 1예

        Rotational vertebral artery syndrome (RVAS) is characterized by recurrent attacks of paroxysmal vertigo, nystagmus, and syncope elicited by head-rotation induced compression of the dominant vertebral artery (VA). Although the cause of RVAS could be explained by transient ischemic attacks within the vertebrobasilar territory, the exact underlying mechanism of the certain specific unilateral lesion of superior vestibular labyrinth responsible for the unidirectional nystagmus is still unclear. This study reports on a patient with right VA hypoplasia, in whom rightward head rotation led to stereotypic clinical symptoms of RVAS including recurrent attacks of vertigo and prominent right beating nystagmus. This patient could be diagnosed with color Doppler-assisted carotid duplex sonography imaging without using of dynamic neck angiography. Carotid duplex ultrasound is rapidly applicable, readily available, safe, real-time monitoring, noninvasive imaging procedure. Color Doppler-assisted carotid duplex sonography imaging therefore should be considered as the first-line diagnostic method in the detection of RVAS.         프롬프트 엔지니어링과 BERTopic을 활용한 고령자 교통사고 인식 분석 및 개선 방향 제시

        Recently, the number of fatal accidents involving elderly drivers has increased, and there has been increasing interest in policies such as license return and dementia screening for elderly drivers. In addition, the number of traffic accidents involving the elderly has steadily increased due to accidents involving elderly pedestrians. However, people have been complaining about the effectiveness of these policies and laws. For example, there are many complaints about the very low number of failed tests for dementia in elderly drivers, or the high degree of driver negligence in non-contact accidents with elderly pedestrians. In order to establish effective policies on traffic accidents involving the elderly, it is necessary to investigate various opinions and use them for policy. Therefore, this study analyzed people’s perceptions of traffic accidents involving the elderly and used them for policy. We collected comments from 50 videos with a high number of views on YouTube and conducted topic modeling using BERTopic. In the process of deriving topic labels, prompt engineering was used to effectively analyze topics related to traffic accidents among the elderly.
