개에 있어서 Chloramphenicol 의 뇨 및 담즙중 배설기전에 관한 연구

A study on the mechanism of biliary and urinary excretion of chloramphenicol has been performed in the dog. 1) Chloramphenicol administered intravenously to dogs with ligated renal pedicle, readily appeared in bile greater than in plasma. 6.9% of a 50㎎/㎏ i. v. dose of chloramphenicol were excreted into bile within 100 minutes. During the same periods of above experiment, the bile/plasma concentration ratios(B/P ratios) were 46 to 87. 2) Chloramphenicol injected into the vein of dog was rapidly excreted into urine. 18% of the administered dose were excreted into urine within 70 minutes. In the same periods of this experiment, Ccm/Ccr ratios were greater than 1.0 in most cases. 3) In experiment of simultaneous measurement of biliary and urinary excretion of chloramphenicol, Ccm/Ccr ratios were less than 1.0 and B/P ratios were 50 to 52. 4) In experiment measured simultaneously biliary and urinary excretion both Ccm/Ccr and C^HCm(hepatic clearance) were significantly declined by probenecid, but not affected by 2, 4-DNP and aminophylline although 2, 4-DNP increased only bile flow and aminophylline both bile and urine volume. 5) Ccm/Ccr and C^HCm were increased in proportion to increment of plasma concentration ranging from 3.3 to 30 ㎎% of chloramphenicol. But when plasma concentration were increased to 70㎎%, Ccm/Ccr were not increased and C_HCm were reduced about 30% in comparison with values obtained at 30㎎% of chloramphenicol. 6) Free/Bound(free to bouid from) ratios ranging from 1.0 to 90.0㎎% of chloramphenicol were 76.2+3.72% (mean±S.E.) Above results suggest that chloramphenicol is excreted into bile by a process of active trasport, that excretion of chloramphenicol into urine was made up with dual process, reabsorption and secretion, and that renal secretion was attained by active trasport process although renal reabsorption process could not understand.

The biochemical characteristics of C-type virus particles produced in vivo by mous myeloma cells were studied. These C-type virus particles localize at intracellular levels and it may be morphologically and biochemically related to oncogenic RNA viruses. Endogeneous RNA-dependent DNA polymerase activity requires manganese and inhibited by ribonuclease or by the absence of any of the deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates.

日本 大正期의 初等敎育課程에 關한 考察

This study has been worked for the purpose of elucidating the formation process, the basical structure and character of the elementary school curriculum in Taishou Era which has the character of a period of transition in modern history of Japan. The method used in this study depends on the viewpoint and the model which are described in the paper of J. W. Meyer and R. Rubinson, 「Education and political Development」: the modern education has the function to form the citizen and to justify the political structure of the modern civil society. In Taishou Era, it was possible to interchange with powerful countries and the law of common electron has made. Therefore, the culture of the West had greatly influenced many areas, not to speak of the education. With the elementary school curriculum, the inclination to form the modern citizen had been emphasized and the rights and the duties of the citizens had been taught clearly. In this era, however, the viewpoint to justify the political structure of the country of monarchism had been emphasized more mightily than in Meiji Era. In Taishou Era, 「the view of the family-like country」 to consider the whole country as a family which centered around the rogal family had been introduced into the education.

Hydrocortisone이 Kirsten Murine Sarcoma Virus의 癌腫誘發에 미치는 影響

The effects of hydrocortisone on cell transformation of human fibroblast by kirsten murine sarcoma virus and cell proliferation of normal and transformed human fibroblast were studied. In the presence of culture medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum, the hydrocortisone medium had inhibitory effects on the foci formation and cell proliferation of transformed human fibroblast, but had little effect on the inhibition of the cell proliferation of normal human fibroblast. The inhibitory effect of hydrocortisone on the transformation and the cell proliferation of KiMSV-transformed human fibroblast is postulated the binding to receptor system in cytosol.

In this study, it is proposed to consider the remedies from administrative actions in Egland. By doctrines of rule of law, which were established Glorious Evolution and have played a role as essential part of English Constitution to present time, legal controls of administrative power have been exercising through the ordinary court of law, and judges in ordinary courts have not been in favour of an administrative court as a part of administrative agencies. But in this century, acording to the development of Welfare State, many kind of social statutes have been passed by parliament, and administrative law and administrative tribunals hav e gradually appeared in the ground of social welfare, control of industry, compulsory purchase of land and so on. These inclinations have shaken the foundations of the supermacy of ordinary court of law. The Report of conoughmore Committee(1932), and of the Franks Committee(1957) were proposed in order to investigate the various function, construction and proceeding of this many administrative agencies and to recommend the methods of the resolution of complexity between wupremacy of laws and enlargment of administrative powers.

미얀마-중국 외교관계와 전망

This article is about the relationship between Myanmar and China. China is the most adjacent country of Myanmar. Therefore the two countries are keeping very intimate relationship in politics, economics, culture etc.. Especially historically China has been standing for a tutelage of Myanmar, and Myanmar also has been taking advantage of this point at the most. This relationship is now continuing. Besides the Myanmar military government faces all kinds of obstacles from USA including other western countries because she does not show them a concrete and clear road map of democracy. But China is still standing for tutelage of Myanmar and helping her profoundly. China is in order to prevent USA from taking the global hegemony at the same time to be a tutelage of the southeast Asian countries including Myanmar. So the good relationship between the two countries will be continued as long as Myanmar military government is going on.

We can hardly comment on Myanmar without complete understanding of Buddhism in Myanmar and its' influence on many corners of the Myanmar society. Especially like other religions, Buddhism could be admitted its' religious freedom by supplying the legitimacy of secular power, dignity, supriority of rank, and justness of reign. For example, Sangha taught that people should obey their kings and admit the right of his dominance based on 'Kamma' in Buddhism because king is determied by his charity that accumulated in his previous life. Moreover, when U Nu was ruined in 1962 by carrying out the military coup detat by Ne Win and the state was also taken under the military control people made no attempt to recapture its power and showed their passive attitude again to the military goverment. This show us that the people in Myanmar prefer to get a powerful leader so-called SEtkyawadymin who can keep the order in society and the happy feeling of expectation to be ruled by him than to pay attention to preserve their democracy and give the right to rule the state to the authoritative military goverment are from their deep soul-which believe the stronger the political power can achieve that more stable society and protecting of Buddhism. In history kings had their power in the military and the strength that tried to get their independence from colonial rgn and rebuilding of Buddhism was the military as well. Now the military government, SLORC has tried to get the legitimacy with attempting to satisfy people's expectation to the religion. From those things we can easily understand people's positive attitude to the absolute power regardless its legitmacy or not. As long as Buddhism can be a background of Myanmar state.

實驗水路에서 數値解析法에 의한 跳水에 관한 硏究

In this study, Boussinesq equations describing on dimensional unsteady, rapidly varied flows are integrated numerically to simulate both the sub- and supercritical flows and the formation of a hydraulic jump in a rectangular channel having a small bottom slope. for this purpose MacCormack (second -order accurate in space and time) and two-four (second -order accurate in time and fourth-order in space)explicit finite-difference schemes are used to solve the governing equations subject to specified end conditions until a steady state reached. Complete test results for a range of Froude numbers are presented that may be used by other researchers for the verification of mathematical models. A comparison of the computed and measured results shows that it is satisfactory for the fourth-order finite-difference schemealthough the second-order scheme does not accurately predict the location of the jump. These simulations show that the Boussinesq terms have little effect in determining the location of the hydraulic jump.
