중등교사의 감정노동과 심리적 소진 관계에서 그릿(Grit)의 매개효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of grit on the relationship between emotional labor and psychological burnout of secondary school teachers. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 255 secondary school teachers, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Results: Firstly, it was found that emotional labor had a positive effect on psychological burnout, and grit had a negative effect on psychological burnout. Secondly, the mediating effect of grit was not found on psychological burnout in the process of secondary school teachers who were suffering emotional labor leading to psychological burnout. However, grit was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between emotional labor surface acting and psychological burnout. Conclusion: Emotional labor and grit are variables that have a significant effect on the psychological burnout of secondary school teachers, and various institutional and policy efforts are required to reduce emotional labor and increase grit to alleviate the psychological burnout of secondary teachers.
