Oxide effects experiments on massive hydriding reactions of Zr alloy with hydrogen gas were carried out at $400^{\circ}C$ under 1 atm in a $H_2$ environment with a thermo-gravimetric apparatus (TGA). Experimental results for oxide effects on massive hydriding kinetics show that incubation time is not proportional to oxide thickness. The results also show that the massive hydriding kinetics of pre-filmed Zr alloys follows linear kinetic law and that the hydriding rates are similar to that of oxide-free Zr alloys once massive hydriding is initiated. Unlikely microstructure of the oxide during incubation time, physical defects such as micro-cracks and pores were observed in the oxide after incubation time. Therefore, it seems that the massive hydriding of Zr alloys can be ascribed to short circuit paths and mechanical or physical defects, such as micro-cracks and pores in the oxide, rather than to hydrogen diffusion through the oxide resulting from the increase of oxygen vacancies in the hypo-stoichiometric oxide.

This paper shows that the effect of exposing on the top area and a solution which using a water circulation system. Semiconductor substrate stage is made from Aluminum and is repeated the sequence of exposing (150), turning OFF shutter, taking 30 sec. interval at the top area of stage. So the temperature of substrate temperature rises continuously. On this, we made a waterway at the inner part of the substrate stage and operated a water circulation system. We measured the temperature of a substrate stage surface with a thermocouple attached to the substrate stage. To analyze the top area's temperature, we used Analysis Program ANSYS for analysis and 3D CAD program Solid-Works for modeling.

How and when the poetry works of Yoon Seon-do, who was the best poetry author, were spread to the Sijo school(歌壇) is the focus of this thesis. It is organized and defined in the text within three chapters. The poetry works of Yoon Seon-do appeared at Cheongguyeongeon first, but they were expressed in the Haedong-Gayo of Kim Su-jang in earnest. Sijo and Eobusasisa(漁父四詩詞) were recorded in Haedong-Gayo together, but the number of works of Eobusasisa is more extensive. The facts which Kim Su-jang obtained from Yoon Seon-do works are supposed to ‘Gasa’, that is gathered in the original text in a collection of works. This is the result of the assumption that the work order of Haedong-Gayo is the same as the ‘Gasa’, spread in the ‘Gasa’ manner and compiled at the time of Haedong-Gayo. It is also assumed that the circumstances of publishing the collection of works. Kim Su-jang has earned just recognition for letting people know the best author Yoon Seon-do and his works for the first time as the person who published a collection of Sijo, but he unintentionally overlooked Sijo because he concentrated on Eobusasisa too much. Eobusasisa was changed into a form of Sijo and recorded Haedong-Gayo. That has both positive and negative results. From the point of view of a collection of a Sijo editor, it is reasonable to reproach him because he thought so little of Sijo. Nevertheless, from the perspective of poetry history, he deserves to be given credit for renovating Eobusasisa in a form of Sijo, and taking over the literary mind of Yoon Seon-do.

일연의 소원성취적 향가 논평

Ilyeon wrote pieces of writing about Hyangga by utilizing visible speech styles that were rampant at that time and included them in the Heritage of the Three States. These Hyangga descriptions are made of writers, backgrounds, works and comments, and the number of the comments containing wish fulfillment is 10 attracting the attention. This paper studied the personality of writing and wish fulfillment focusing on the wish fulfillment comments of Hyangga descriptions. As a result, it was checked that Hyangga descriptions have three-stage composition such that ‘when a problem occurred, we made and sang Hyangga to deal with that and the problem was solved as a result’. This paper examined where the power to solve problems is from and which wishes are fulfilled as a result. As a result, it was found that the power to solve problems is from the Hyangga view of Ilyeon, that is the strong impression power, and the cooperation of other assistants and that various problems such as the human world, the nature world, ghosts and so on around the writer were solved by the power and wishes were fulfilled to the expected degree or more. It can be evaluated that a new place for recognition that Hyangga are the literature of hope was opened through the comments on Hyangga by Ilyeon.

지역간 정보격차와 커뮤니티네트워크의 도입방안

정보격차는 선진국 뿐 아니라 우리 나라에서도 정보화 추진과정의 중요한 이슈중의 하나이며 특히 지역간 정보격차는 불균형적 국토공간구조 및 지역발전과정과 연관되어 새로운 사회문제로 인식되고 있다. 선진국에서 활성화되어 있는 커뮤니티네트워크는 정보통신기술을 활용하여 지역사회 구성원간의 관계를 강화하고 궁극적으로 전자커뮤니티를 구축하기 위한 혁신운동으로서 정보화 확산에 단절을 보이고 있는 농촌지역의 정보화 수용여건을 획기적으로 개선하기 위한 전략의 일환으로서 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구는 지역간 정보격차에 관한 이론, 실태 그리고 커뮤니티네트워크의 국내외사례 등에 대한 검토를 통해 우리나라에 적용할 수 있는 커뮤니티네트워크의 모형과 실천과제를 제안하고 있다. Digital divide is one of the crucial issues of IT difusion process in Korea as well as developed countries and also is recognized as new social problem in relation to the distorted spatial structure and the uneven regional development. Community network is a community-owned and operated information and communication service that can amplify and support community networking. Community network can playa key role in solving the digital divide problem by identifying new skills needed, developing training and learning programs and delivering training to the community. This paper suggests the introduction of community network concept as the strategic project promoting IT diffusion and solving the digital divide problem in rural areas.

세계화경제의 도전을 극복하기 위하여 자치단체마다 다양한 장소마케팅활동을 추진하고 있으며 그 일환으로 지역정보시스템을 장소마케팅 수단으로 활용하고 있으나 아직은 이 분야의 가치에 대한 인식이 부족하고 전략적 접근이 이루어지지 못해 모방 또는 복제단계를 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 장소마케팅과 정보통신기술활용에 관한 이론탐색과 장소 판촉 관련 지역정보화사업의 실태 및 비판적 평가를 토대로 지역정보시스템의 장소마케팅전략을 모색하고 있는 바, 마케팅 계획, 마케팅 믹스 및 비즈니스모델의 세 가지 관점에서 자치 단체가 지역정보시스템을 장소마케팅의 수단으로 활용하는데 고려해야 할 전략적 정책방향을 제시하고 있다. For overcoming the challenges of globalization economy many local governments have pursued various type of activities related place marketing and have also applied regional information systems to place marketing. However they are not little removed from cloning or imitation of prior cases because local governments have not recognized the importance of their values and have not adapted strategic approach. This article aims to analyze and evaluate current situations of regional information systems related place marketing and suggest some policy guidelines from the perspectives of marketing planning, marketing mix and business model for promoting the use of regional information systems as place marketing tools.
