Introduction : The goal in the management of soft tissue injuries of the lower extremity is to obtain a closed stable wound as soon as possible. Recently, An anatomic study that has shown the role of the vascular axis that follows the superficial sensory nerves in supplying the skin developed the concept of a neuroskin island flap. It has been suggested that skin island flaps supplied by the vascular network of the saphenous nerve is one of the most reliable treatment to skin defect below the knee joint. Purpose : The aim of this article is to present a clinical experience of neuroskin island flaps based on the saphenous nerve and to estimate the clinical utilities of distally based saphenous neuroskin flap. Materials and Methods : From September 1995 to May 2000, a total 12 distally based neuroskin island flaps supplied by the vascular axis of the saphenous nerve were performed to cover defects in pretibial area below the knee. Result : flap necrosis due to reactivation of existing infection developed in a case that skin defect had been on infected nonunion site of tibia. But other 11 cases survived completely without any specific complications. Conclusion : The distally based neuroskin pedicled island flap using the vascular network of the saphenous nerve are versatile and reliable and especially indicated for limited defects in pretibial area below the knee joint which are not good indications for other better-known flaps.

The new recycling technology for aged aluminum wires in overhead conductor has been carried out. The authors are attempting to develop remanufacturing method for them for more effective way of recycling in stead of its conventional remelting process. The new recycling technology for aged aluminum wire in overhead conductor was composed of four steps in different develop process, destranding process for conductor, surface cleaning process, welding process and drawing process for aluminum wire. This paper investigates the properties during recycle process of aged aluminum wire. The results of microscopic analysis and mechanical properties were discussed to underscore recycling aluminum wire. Various graphs are presented accompanied by discussion about their relevance on the process. In conclusion, we confirmed the possibility of remanufacturing technique by using new process.

The tensile tests and microscopic analysis results are discussed to underscore the hardening features of welded aluminum wire. Various graphs are presented accompanied by discussion about their relevance on the process.
Zeolite에 의(依)한 $NH_4{^+}$의 흡착(吸着)

Zeolite에 의(依)한 $NH_4{^+}$의 흡착반응(吸着反應)에 영향(影響)을 미치는 열처리(熱處理)에 의(依)해 조사(調査)하고 배양실험(培養實驗)을 통하여 Zeolite에 흡착(吸着)된 $NH_4{^+}$의 소실량(消失量)을 조사(調査)하였다. Zeolite의 주구성점토광물(主構成粘土鑛物) Clinoptiolite와 mordenite였다. Zeolite에 의(依)한 $NH_4{^+}$의 흡착반응(吸着反應)은 4시간(時間) 진탕으로 흡착평형(吸着平衡)에 도달(到達)하였다. 열처리온도(熱處理溫度)가 높을수록 치환성(置換性) $K^+$의 합량(合量)은 증가(增加)하였으나 $NH_4{^+}$의 흡착량(吸着量)은 감소(減少)하였다. 유안(硫安)을 처리(處理)한 토양(土壤)을 담수상태(湛水狀態)에서 배양(培養)한 결과(結果) 시간(時間)이 경과(經過)할수록 토양중(土壤中) $NH_4{^+}$ 잔류량(殘留量)이 감소(減少)한 반면(盤面) Zeolite에 흡착(吸着)된 $NH_4{^+}$는 동일기간(同一期間) 내(內)에 소실(消失)되지 않았다. 그러므로 Zeolite에 흡착(吸着)된 $NH_4{^+}$은 여러 가지 작용(作用)에 의(依)한 소실(消失)에 대(對)해 저항성(抵抗性)이 크다고 할 수 있다. This study was conducted to examine the influence of heat treatment on the $NH_4{^+}$ adsorption by zeolite and to determine the $NH_4{^+}$ loss from $NH_4-$ zeolite during the incubation. The dominant clay minerals of zeolite were clinoptiloiite and mordenite. $NH_4{^+}$ adsorption by zeolite was equilibrated at a 4hrs-shaking. The content of exchangeable $K^+$ of zeolite was increased with increase in the temperature of heat treatment but the amount of $NH_4{^+}$ adsorbed by zeolite was decreased. The amount of $NH_4{^+}$ in the soil treated with ammonium sulfate was decreased during incubation under the submerged condition but the amount of $NH_4{^+}$ adsorbed by zeolite was not decreased in the same course of incubation. It was estimated that $NH_4{^+}$ adsorbed by zeolite was resistant to $NH_4{^+}$-N loss by various reactions.
Three newly recorded species of the family Biphyllidae (Coleoptera) in Korea

The specimens belonging to the family Biphyllidae were collected at Mt. Baekun-san (Nonsil and Hanjae), Jeollanam-do with Lindgren funnel traps from May to August, 2015. Through this study, we report seven species of the genus Biphyllus including three newly recorded species; B. aequalis (Reitter), B. flexuosus (Reitter) and B. kuzurius Sasaji. We herein present the key to the identification of species of the Korean Biphyllidae and illustrations of diagnostic characteristics of them. 전남 백운산 지역의 논실 및 한재 지점에서 2015년 5월부터 8월까지 깔데기트랩(Lindgren funnel trap)을 이용하여 배줄벌레과(Biphyllidae) 곤충을 채집하였다. 그 결과 배줄벌레속(Biphyllus) 7종이 채집되었고, 그 중 3종인 둥근배줄벌레(B. aequalis (Reitter)), 담갈무늬배줄벌레(B. flexuosus (Reitter)), 애배줄벌레(B. kuzurius Sasaji)가 국내에서 처음 기록되는 종으로 확인되었으며, 이들을 동정하기 위한 검색표와 진단형질들을 도식하였다.
STACIR/AW 410SQmm 가공송전선의 경년열화와 이도거동(III)

As a way to expand electric capacity in conductor with electric power demand, STACIR/AW (Super Thermal-resistant Aluminum-alloy Conductors Aluminum-clad Invar-Reinforced) conductor which has high electric current and heat resistance characteristics have been developed. STACIR/AW power line is mechanical composite wire composed of steel cores for dip control and aluminum conductors for sending electric current. Recently, to ensure stable operation and prediction of wire life span of STACIR/AW conductor, a heat property of STACIR/AW conductor have been investigated. In the present work, a change of essential property with long term-heat exposure of STACIR/AW conductor and its structure material, INVAR wire and Al conductor, have been investigated. INVAR/AW is approximately $3.2\;{\mu}m/m^{\circ}C$. thermal expansion coefficient of INVAR/AW wire increases with time of heat exposure. the thermal expansion coefficient of INVAR/AW is markedly influenced by heat and mechanical treatment. creep rate(0.242) of STACIR/AW $410\;mm^2$ conductor at room temperature is much higher than that(0.022) at $210\;^{\circ}C$ STACIR/AW $410\;mm^2$ conductor has minimum creep rate at operating temperature. To lower creep rate with increase temperature is more unique characteristics in STACIR/AW. It is expected that STACIR/AW turned its tension to INVAR/AW at the transition temperature. at room temperature, the tension apportionment of INVAR/AW in STACIR/AW is about $50\;\%$. but whole tension of STACIR/AW is placed on the INVAR/AW alone of core metal above transition temperature.
