        졸-겔법을 이용한 Epitaxial Bismuth Titanate 박막의 제조

        졸-겔법을 이용하고 금속 나프테네이트를 출발원료로 사용하여 $SrTiO_3$(100), $LaA1O_3$(100) 및 MgO(100) 기판 위에 에피탁샬 $Bi_4Ti_3O_{12}$ 박막을 제조하였다. 코팅된 전구막은 $500^{\circ}C$에서 10분간 전열처리 하였고, $750^{\circ}C$에서 30분간 최종 열처리를 행하였다. 박막의 결정화도는 X-선회절 분석법 ($\theta$-2$\theta$ 스캔과 $\beta$ 스캔)으로 조사하였고, 표면 미세구조와 거칠기를 field emission-scanning electron microscope와 atomic force microscope를 이용하여 각각 분석하였다. MgO(100) 기판 위에 제조한 박막은 모든 기판 중에서 가장 낮은 결정화도와 면내 배향성을 보였다. 가장 낮은 결정화도와 배향성을 보인 MgO(100) 기판위의 박막은 침상 형태로 성장한 반면, 결정성과 배향성이 좋은 $LaA1O_3$(100)과 $SrTiO_3$(100) 기판위의 박막들은 원형의 입자 성장 형태를 보이고 있었다. Epitaxial $Bi_4Ti_3O_{12}$ films on $SrTiO_3$(100), L$aA1O_3$(100) and MgO(100) were prepared by sol-gel process using metal naphthenate as a starting material. As-deposited films were pyrolyzed at $500^{\circ}C$ for 10 min In air and annealed at $750^{\circ}C$ for 30 min in air. Crystallinity and in-plane alignment of the film were investigated by X-ray diffraction $\theta$-2$\theta$ scan and P scanning. A field emission-scanning electron microscope and an atomic force microscope were used for characterizing the surface morphology and the surface roughness of the film. The film prepared on MgO(100) showed the most poor crystallinity and in-plane alignment, compared to those on the other substrates. While the films on $LaA1O_3$(100) and $SrTiO_3$(100) having high crystallinity and in-plane alignment showed the form of columnar grain growth, the film on MgO(100) which had poor crystallinity showed the form of acicula grain growth.

        꽃게 체액에서 단백질 분해효소 억제물질의 정제

        A high molecular weight proteinase inhibitor has been purified from the body fluid of sea crab (Portunus trituberculatus) using biospecific Zn^(2+) chelate affinity chromatography. The proteinase inhibitor inhibits the proteolytic activity of a variety of endopeptidase such as trypsin, chymotrypsin and thermolysin. Like other vertebrate α-M, the sea crab α-macroglobulin (α-M) was composed of subunits of molecular weight 180 kDa as judged by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under reducing conditions. The apparent native molecular weight of the sea crab α-M determined by gel filtration was 360 kDa. Thermal fragmentation studies revealed that the monomer (180 kDa) was broken down into 95 kDa and 85 kDa fragments, respectively. On the basis of above results, it is concluded that the sea crab α-M is a dimer consisting of two weakly bound monomer,and the autolytic cleavage occurs easily by SDS and heat treatment.

        2,4-Pentanedionedioxime의 니켈(11), 구리(Ⅱ) 착물은 용매추출법에 의해서 새로운 화합물을 합성하였다. 이들 착물의 구조는 분석결과로부터 팔면체인 것으로 생각되었다. 또한 상기 착물의 적외선 및 시차열법 분석을 연구하였다. Nickel(11) and copper(11) complexes of 2,4-pentanedionedioxime have been prepared by the method of the solvent extraction at a proper pH range. A structure of these complexes was shown to be octahedral by analytical data. Infrared spectra and differential thermal analyrical method of the complexes were also studied.

        꽃게 체액내 단백질 분해억제물질의 생화학적 특성

        Trypsin binding studies showed that sea crab α-macroglobulin (α-M) could bind 0.3 ㏖ of trypsin per molecule. It can, therefore, be concluded that the molecular ratio of proteinase/inhibitor was different from the stoichiometry for human α₂-M (half ㏖ecule) and also different from other data for the southern grass frog and American lobster where the values were in the range of 0.45∼0.79 ㏖ of trypsin/㏖ of macroglobulin, indicating the lower animals showed low trypsin binding capacity compared with that of higher animals. The a-M of the sea crab completely lost its ability for inhibition of trypsin activity by methylamine. The analysis of SΔQ parameter based on the amino acid compositions indicated that the sea crab α-M is closely related with that of the frog (Rana pipiens) and the horseshoe crab, respectively.

        꽃게 ( Portunus trituberculatus ) 헤모시아닌의 CNBr - peptide에 관한 연구

        Purified hemocyanin of the crab, Portunus Trituberculatus was treated with CNBr. The SDS electrophoresis of CNBr-treated hemocyanin showed five distinct peptides fragment, referred to as peptide C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5, respectively, according to the mobility in electrophoresis gel. Molecular weights of each peptide estimated by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were 31,000, 19,000, 13,000, 6,000, and 4,000, respectively. In order to separate peptides, CNBr-treated hemocyanin was eluted with 5% propionic acid on Sephadex G-50 column chromatography, in which three fractions were obtained. Fraction I contained peptide Cl, peptide C2, peptide C3. Peptide C4 was eluted in fraction II with some impurity of peptide C2 and C3, and peptide C5 in fraction III, respectively. Peptide C5 was the smallest fragment and showed the copper-binding property. The amino acid compositions of the whole hemocyanin and CNBr fragments (peptide C4 and peptide C5) have been analyzed. The amino acid composition of whole hemocyanin showed that P. trituberculatus hemocyanin was typically acidic protein. While the amino acid composition of peptide C4 was similar to that of whole hemocyanin, peptide C5, containing copper, showed high content of lysine residue.

        PMO 수행 인력의 핵심 역량 중요도 비교 연구 : Fuzzy-AHP 기법 활용

        Recently as the importance of PMO increases, cases in which complaints about the result of the project and negative opinions were expressed have been reported due to lack of clear role establishment at the time of PMO introduction, inadequacy of functional definition and lack of competence on the part of performance staff. The (major) cause of these cases is lack of expertise of performing staffs. What is the core competence necessary to secure the expertise of PMO performance workforce? This study started from this question and, from existing cases, it drew out the competences that the performing staff should possess and then figured out core competences though fussy-based AHP analysis. After the drawing out of core competences, study was conducted on the difference of core competences by role of PMO staff. The essential significance of this study is that it provides important standards for the human resource development of PMO staff, required competence standards for mid-and-large-scale PMO projects and evaluation tool for the levels of PMO staff, and it developed education program to enhance the competence of PMO staff and has the potential to be applied to indexes when evaluations are conducted for commissioned PMO projects. 최근 PMO의 중요성이 지속적으로 확대되고 있는 가운데 PMO 도입 시 명확한 역할수립 미흡, 기능 정의 불충분성, 수행 인력의 역량 부족 등으로 프로젝트 성과의 불만족, 부정적인 의견 제시 등 사례가 조사되고 있다. 이러한 사례의 원인을 PMO 수행인력의 전문성 확보 부족으로 본다. PMO 수행인력의 전문성을 확보하기 위해 필요한 핵심 역량은 무엇일까? 본 연구는 이러한 질문에서 시작된 연구로 PMO 수행 인력이 갖추어야 할 역량을 문헌 연구를 통해 도출 후 Fuzzy 기반의 AHP분석으로 핵심역량을 밝혀냈다. 또한, PMO 수행 인력의 역할 별 핵심 역량 차이를 연구하였다. 본 연구의 핵심적 의의는 PMO업무 수행 시 필요한 역량기준 제공, PMO 수행인력의 수준진단 도구 제공 등일 것으로 사료된다.

      • 2,4-pentanedione-2,4-dioxime 및 2,4-pentanedione-2,3,4-trioxime의 코발트(Ⅱ)착물

        2,4-pentanedione-2,4-dioxime, 2,4-pentanedione-2,3,4-trioxime의 Co(Ⅱ)착화합물의 형성조건을 검토하여 본 결과 Co(Ⅱ)착화합물은 Dioxime과 Trioxime이 pH 1~pH 4 범위에서 착화합물을 형성한다. 이 착물들은 중량분석법에 의하여 각각 1 : 2 로 결합하여 CaD₂, CaT₂의 착물을 형성함을 알았다. Formation of Cobalt(Ⅱ) complexes of 2,4-pentanedione-2,4-dioxime and 2,4-pentanedioned-2,3,4-trioxme were studeied. The Co(Ⅱ) complexes of dioxime and trioxime were precipitated in the range of the pH 1 to 4. The ratio of metal ions to ligands is found to be 1 : 2 complexes, CoD₂, CoT₂by the gravimetric analysis.
