N/A Synthesis gas is produced commercially by a steam reforming process. However, the process is highly endothermic and energy intensive. Thus, this study was conducted to produce synthesis gas by the partial oxidation of methane to cut down the energy cost. Supported Ni catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method. To examine the activity of the catalysts, a differential fixed bed reactor was used, and the reaction was carried out at 750~850℃ and 1 atm. The fresh and used catalysts were characterized by XRD, XPS, TGA and AAS. The highest catalytic activity was obtained with the 13wt% Ni/MgO catalyst, with which methane conversion was 81%, and H_(2) and CO selectivities were 94% and 93%, respectively. 13wt% Ni/MgO catalyst showed the best MgNiO_(2) solid solution state, which can explain the highest catalytic activity of the 13wt% Ni/MgO catalyst.

The conventional aftertreatment systems to meet the stringent ULEV-Ⅱ emission regulation are usually composed of warm-up catalytic converter (WCC) and underfloor catalytic converter (UCC). However, those systems bring high cost, high back pressure, the limit of engine room for package design, and other side effects. The new optimized system needs to solve these problems and to meet ULEV-Ⅱ emission regulation efficiently. There are many technologies and design parameters in exhaust catalytic converter systems ; exhaust manifold structure, exhaust gas flow distribution, location of catalytic converter, PM coating technologies, substrate characteristics, and volume of catalysts. It is a key factor to make a optimized robust system with those parameters and technologies described. The new optimized exhaust and Integrated Close-coupled Catalytic Converter (ICCC) system can meet ULEV-Ⅱ regulation and can solve those problems of conventional system by a robust design. This study was focused on the optimization process of exhaust and ICCC system to determine robust design control factors, which are durability of catalyst - aged and/or fresh - , by vehicle evaluation, FTP-75.

Posterior instrument fixation with pedicle screws has been widely used because it has the advantage of firmly fixing the spine with minimal incision. In this paper, we measured the extraction load of the pedicle screw, which is a major component of various types of medical implant fixtures, so that it can be used as data for securing safety during surgery. For this purpose, we performed the pull - out load test of a number of pedicle screws developed using a tensile tester and analyzed the results. The relationship between the load and the displacement changes linearly at first, then it changes gently without apparent yielding phenomenon, reaches the maximum value, and is rapidly drawn out by decreasing the load. No fracture of the six pedicle screws and ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene block was observed when an extreme load was applied to the pedicle screws. When the average yielding load of the additional screw was 1278.54 N, the average displacement was 1.297 mm and the yield stress was 13.01 MPa average. The mean value of the maximum ultimate load was 1518 N, and the standard deviation for the four specimens was 143.2 N, which was relatively large.
심리적 주인의식과 업무몰입의 관계에 대한 국내·외 연구동향

본 연구는 심리적 주인의식과 업무몰입의 관계에 대한 국내·외 문헌 분석을 통해 두 변인 간의 관계와 관련 선행, 후행 변수 등을 고찰함으로써 향후 연구 방향을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 두 변인을 연구한 논문 26편을 선정하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심리적 주인의식과 업무몰입을 다룬 연구는 2015년 이후 점차 증가하고 있으며, 경영, 관광 등의 분야에서 기업체 직원 및 서비스 종사자 위주로 연구되고 있었다. 둘째, 심리적 주인의식이 업무몰입에 영향을 미치는 연구가 많았으나, 이와 반대로 업무몰입이 심리적 주인의식에 영향을 미치는 연구도 일부 확인되었다. 셋째, 두 변인의 관계에서 직무요구-자원(JD-R) 모델에 기반한 직무요구, 직무자원, 개인자원 등 관련 선행변인들과 그에 따른 결과변인들이 확인되었다. 마지막으로 두 관점(직무/조직)의 심리적 주인의식 중 조직 기반 심리적 주인의식이 업무몰입에 영향을 미치는 연구가 주로 수행된 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 HRD 시사점 및 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between psychological ownership and work engagement based on the extant literature and to explore the direction of future research. To achieve the purpose of the research, a total of 26 relevant articles were finally selected and the results were as follows. First, research on psychological ownership and work engagement has been gradually increasing since 2015, and target samples of these studies have focused on corporate employees and service workers in the fields of management, tourism, etc. Second, in most studies psychological ownership was examined as a predictor to work engagement whereas work engagement was investigated as a predictor to psychological ownership in several studies. Third, in the relationship between the two variables, the antecedent and consequent variables were identified in relation to the job demand-resource (JD-R) model. Finally, the results of the study revealed that among the two perspectives (job/organization) of psychological ownership, the selected studies were mainly conducted in which organization-based psychological ownership influenced work engagement. Based on these research results, HRD implications and recommendations for future research were discussed.

To increase the loading rate in a dissolved air flotation (DAF) process, the flocculation basin was removed, and new methods that use the hydraulic energy of the contact zone were devised. Although the highest treatment efficiency was shown at the conventional flocculation basin, when a certain treatment target percentage was set, the new methods proved to be effective at increasing the hydraulic loading rate and reducing design and operational costs. The DAF process usually uses a deep bubble bed depth to attain higher treatment efficiency, however, as hydraulic loading increases, the treatment efficiency tends to decrease because of the increase in downward current. To solve this problem, bubble bed compactness was introduced as a new index. Pressure could be used to control the bubble bed compactness, and the treatment efficiency increased at high compactness even though the size of the generated bubbles was relatively large.

The wings are mounted inside the actuator system in order to meet the needs of aileron design and kinematic analysis and Structural analysis, to ensure the structural safety analysis results are presented. Using kinematic analysis program Sim Design Aileron force acting on the joints, and information about Torque aileron requirements correct the condition was confirmed. Based on this information for each part using the Abaqus was the Structural Analysis. Margin of safety of hydraulic components and was confirmed by checking the structural safety.
