Conventional TIG(C-TIG) welding process guarantees higher quality weldment when compared with other processes. However, C-TIG with inherent low penetration shows disadvantages in productivity, especially for thick-walled structure. To overcome these handicaps, active-flux TIG(A-TIG) welding has been introduced and studied widely in a motivation to improve both quality and productivity. Present study made a focus on optimum combination of oxide components to enhance arc contraction and penetration. Results indicated that arc contraction inducing enhancement of penetration could be possible when composition of active fluxes was well matched with base metal.

10억 인구의 인도 시장은 세계의 다국적 기업들이 눈독을 들이고 있지만, 특이한 종교 와 문화적 특징 때문에 투자 분석이 용이 하지 않다. 또한, 다른 후진국과와는 달리 민주주의의 기반 아래에서 경제 체제가 움직이기 때문에 국가 주도형 발전을 이룩한 중국과 는 달리 단시간에 성장을 이루기가 힘든 상태이다. 이러한 인도에 대한 투자 분석을 심도 있는 이해와 계량화된 수치를 가지고 정치, 사회, 경제, 외교의 측면에서 분석해 보았 을 때, 인도는 정치, 사회, 외교 분야에서는 리스크가 낮은 것으로 분석 된다. 하지만 경제적 측면에서는 인도산업 의 구조적 문제점 등으로 리스크가 어느 정도 나타나고 있다. 이러한 리스크 분석 결과를 토대로 인도는 장기적 안목에서 투자를 해야 한다는 결론을 유도할 수 있다. Most of mult-national companies are seeking to investment in India market with I billion population, but it is not easy to decide investment to India because of a custom peculiar to India and unique culture. Also, since Indian economy is running under the well developed democracy system compared with other undeveloped countries, growth rate in India is not so fast as in China which Chinese government has absolute power to lead their economy. When we analyze to measure investment risk Indian polity, economy, society, diplomacy with going deep into a subject and a quantitative approach, we can conclude that India is now being faced by low risk in political and social problem with democracy system and some risk in economy due to industrial structure problem Based on these results, we need to consider investment to India with a long-range plan.
탄소 나노튜브 혼합액으로 봉공처리된 텅스텐 카바이드 용사층의 아연 내부식성에 대한 연구

An experimental study was conducted to investigate the effect of carbon nanotubes on the zinc corrosion resistance of sealing layer formed on the Tungsten Carbide spray coating. Using the nanotubes, a sealing agent in the form of solid-liquid suspensions was made and applied to the surface of spray coating. A series of experiments, consisted of three stages such as preparation of test piece, molten-pot immersion test, and evaluation of micro structure, were undertaken to demonstrate complicated interaction existing between zinc ions and sealing layer containing the nanotubes. Experimental results showed newly developed sealing layer were less susceptible to corrosion and thus coated layer was well protected even in the case of 10 days exposure. Comparison of the micro structure after molten pot test also indicated that carbon nanotubes still remained in the matrix and organized more reliable frame work constituted with boron nitride and chromium compound. It was revealed that carbon nanotubes in the sealing layer played positive role to enhance zinc corrosion resistance in the perspective of both fibrous structure and inherent chemical stability.
마르텐사이트계 경화 육성용접부의 희석율 해석을 통한 Cr함량 예측에 대한 연구

High-temperature corrosion resistance of martensitic-hardfaced weldment is generally evaluated by the Cr content depending on dilution rate. Present study used a commercial program(SYSWELD) applying three-dimensional heat flow analysis to predict temperature distribution of weld. Configuration of weld bead can be determined by the contour of melting temperature and simultaneously dilution rate is calculated to predict Cr content. Experimental study also has been conducted to measure Cr content of harfaced surface welded by FCAW. Results indicated that computational results were well matched with those obtained from experiments.
연구개발 혁신법에 근거한 연구성과물에 대한 ADR제도 적용 가능성에 대한 연구

Since Research and Development has been expanded by government, It is very important to evaluate the outcome of Research and Development. Government have levied the penalty of researchers who misused research funding as time goes on. However, there is no protect law for the research before 2021. Government put new committee for the researchers to judge whether their action is legal or illegal based of Innovation Act 2021. Due to the various outcome index of research and development, many firms which is paticipating the research and development have been confused the outcome index. Also, It is difficult for government agencies for management to evaluate the outcome. Even if the committee is trying to solve dispute between researchers and the government agencies, it is not enough to solve it. Therefore, we need to consider Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR), because the ADR has been developed detail skills for long time. 정부의 연구개발 사업이 지속적으로 확대됨에 따라서 연구개발 성과물에 대한 평가의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이러한 추세에서 정부는 연구자의 연구성과물에 대한 부정행위에 대한 제재의 강도를 높이고 있지만, 연구자를 보호할 수 있는 장치는 마련되지 않았다. 2021년 연구개발혁신법에 연구자권익보호위원회가 신설되면서 연구자에 대한 보호정책이 나오고 있다. 연구개발 사업의 성과지표의 다양성으로 인해 연구개발 성과관리 전문기관이나 주관기관이 참여기관의 연구성과물을 평가하는 것이 어려워지고 있다. 또한 연구참여기관도 법제도의 부족한 지식으로 인해 연구성과물에 대한 논쟁이 벌어질 수 있다. 물론 연구자권익보호위원회가 이러한 역할을 담당하고 있지만 최근 신설되어 그 제도의 효율성이 강화될 필요가 있다. 대체적분쟁해결제도는 오랜시간동안 그 절차와 해결 방법을 모색해 왔기 때문에 이러한 제도를 적극 활용하여 연구개발 성과에서 발생할 수 있는 논쟁을 효율적으로 해결하는데 활용할 필요가 있다.
