In aqueous slurry processing of silicon nitride, the interaction of dispersant and binder used as polymeric processing additives on the silicon nitride particle surface was studied to identify the effect of these processing polymeric additives on the ceramic powder processing. The adsoprtion isotherm study of anionic organic molecule as dispersant and nonionic organic molecules as binder of silicon nitricde was studied to investigate the effect of these processing organic additives on the physicochemical properties of silicon nitride particles. As anionic molecule adsorbed onto silicon nitrice surface, the IEP of silicon nitride shifted toward acidic pH and changed the stability of silicon nitride particle. However, the adsorption of binder as nonionic organic molecule onto silicon nitride surface did not changed the IEP but caused the decrease of electrostatic potentials of silicon nitride. These distinctive adsorption behaviors of organic additives on silicon nitride particles can be closely correlated to the stability of silicon nitride particles suspended in aqueous media.

30 cm 급 항공용 반사 망원경계에서 외부 환경 및 내부 진동에 의해 발생하는 주 반사경의 광학적인 성능 저하를 최소화하기 위하여 주 반사경의 광기계 설계를 수행 하였다. 플렉셔를 포함한 주 반사경의 해석을 위한 경계조건으로는 광학면의 수직과 수평 방향의 중력에 의한 변형과 온도 변화 ${\pm}1^{\circ}C$에 의한 열 변형을 고려하였다. 반사경의 기계적인 변형은 NX 5 I-DEAS를 사용하여 해석 하였다. 최적화된 경량화 반사경과 플렉셔의 중력에 의한 광학면의 형상 변형은 RMS surface error 16 nm 이하로 초기 설계 목표값을 만족하였다. 온도 변화 ${\pm}1^{\circ}C$에 의한 광학면의 형상 변형과 assembly load에 의한 광학면의 형상 변형은 매우 작은 값으로 주 반사경의 변형에 영향을 주지 않음을 확인하였다. Optimization of a 30 cm lightweight mirror was proposed with the best optical performance under various loads of gravity and thermal loads with proper boundary conditions. A pattern for a lightweight mirror was generated based on the best optical performance combined with ease of manufacturing for proper design parameters of physical properties of face sheet, back sheet, rib, and web. Evaluation of the optical performances of a telescope mirror was obtained by using the finite element analysis program, NX I-DEAS. Surface errors, individual aberration terms, such as piston, tilts, focus and other aberrations were calculated by using Zernike polynomials. The proposed telescope mirror meets well the opto-mechanical design consideration of RMS surface error less than 16 nm.

1. CONTENTS<BR> (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR> The housing price stability policy has been the most important issue in Korea. The purpose of this paper is to trace the determinants of housing price. Defining the determinants of housing price will contribute to the better understanding of structural mechanism of housing price. Based on the empirical analysis, we will search for appropriate policy of housing price stability.<BR> (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR> To analyze the housing price structure, regression, variance decomposition and impulse response analysis are used. Empirical analysis employed the time series data on housing price, real interest rate, expected housing price and land price.<BR> (3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR> The results of this study suggest that the real interest rate and expected housing price are important factors in determining the housing price in Korea. Especially the study finds that real interest rate is more important than expected housing price and land price in determining the housing price.<BR> 2. RESULTS<BR> The purpose of this study is to explore the cause of housing price instability by analyzing the determinants of housing price. It estimates the equation of housing price using a regression model. It also performs the variance decomposition and impulse response analysis in the VAR model with housing price and real interest rate, expected housing price, and land price variables.<BR> The empirical results suggest that the housing price is negatively related with interest rate, and is positively related with expected housing price and land price. It is also confirmed that interest rate is the most important factor affecting housing price.
인덕션 조리용기용 도전성 Paste의 Silver 및 Glass Frit 함량 변화에 따른 미세구조 및 전기적 특성 고찰

Induction cooktop has a great attention due to its safety, quick heating and cleanness compared to gas oven. However, the materials for induction cookware is limited to steel or stainless-steel which has the magnetic property. Recently, it has been tried to apply various porcelain to induction cookware after printing the silver layer on the bottom of cookware plates and co-firing at high temperature. Glass frits are added in the silver paste to improve an adhesion force between porcelain materials containers and transferred silver layer. The hybrid silver pastes for induction cookware requires the proper electrical resistance and the thermal conductivity with base plates. After sintering process at $800^{\circ}C$, a part of melted glass migrated to the porcelain and the rest of the glass frit was exposed to the surface. It was confirmed that most of the glass frit formed an adhesion layer between the porcelain and transferred silver layer that enhances the adhesion force.

The conventional severe duty control valves have been used to control pressure or temperature at the locations occurring high differential pressure and high temperature which causes cavitation, flashing, severe vibration due to abrupt flow change, and sudden pressure control. Previous studies concerning control valves focused to prevent damage of valve trim due to the internal leak and low flow rate. The newly designed control valve has been installed at the location of high pressure change and high temperature in a power plant, and operated for evaluation. It is confirmed that the new control valve developed in this study generates flow characteristics in comparison with previous control valves.

Leakage would happen because of the damage of high temperature and high-pressure valve in nuclear power plant. condition based prevention maintenance is essential by using the suitable method based on local condition. Energy loss prevention can prevent from an accurate test, Local actually and ability. The methods of test for high energy fluid leakage at present are analysis of T, Δ AE(Acoustic Emission) analysis, and thermal image. The result for test of AC (Main steam) system in YNG 2 Unit reveals that the AE occurred clearly in leakage situation, but thermal image didn't occur. It is identified that leakage is occurred when the orifice located front and back of valve operates. It shows that making a impatient judgment by using the single method if it is leakage is containing uncertainty. So I think that using the Multi-Measuring method is more sound judgment than Single-Measuring method.
