전뇌(Whole Brain)치료 시 Field-in-Field Technique 적용에 관한 고찰

Purpose : Uniform dose distribution of the target volume is very important in the radiation treatment. We will evaluate the usefulness of Field-in-Field Technique use to get uniform dose distribution of the target volume and try to find Apply possibility out to a whole brain treatment patient of various thickness. Material and method : We compare the dose distribution when we applied Field-in-Field Technique and parallel opposed fields technique. establish the treatment plan to a phantom(acryl 16cm spheral phantom) and do the measurement, assessment use the TLD and Low sensitivity film. Also the assessment did Apply possibility of Field-in-Field Technique to 20 patient object of various thickness. Result : In the case to use the parallel opposed fields at the whole brain treatment $10-12\%$ high dose region appeared but reduce to $3-4\%$ lesses when we used the Field-in-Field technique. We could get similar numerical value the film and TLD measurement result also. The change of the dose distribution appeared to its ${\pm}1{\sim}2\%$ although it applied such Field-in-Field technique to various patient so that we were identical. Conclusion : We can get uniform dose distribution of in the treatment region if we apply the Field-in-Field technique at the whole brain treatment. Also alternate can play the role of the wedge filter and 3D compensator and We are thought by minimizing the obstacle to be happened due to the high dose region when radiation treatment.

민속씨름선수들의 성취목표성향과 자기관리 및 선수만족의 관계

This study was designed to find the relationship among folk Ssireum players’ achievement goal orientation, self-management and satisfaction. To test this, 132 folk Ssireum players who were attended Boeun Hansik Sssireum Mastership held in 2, April 2015 were sampled. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, task orientation which is sub factor of achievement goal orientation had positive effect on personal management, mental management, and body management sub factors of self management. Second, task orientation and ego orientation sub factors of achievement goal orientation had positive effect on satisfaction. Third, mental management, personal management, and body management sub factors of self management had positive effect on satisfaction.

대학씨름지도자 이미지가 선수들의 지도자신뢰와 운동지속에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of University Ssireum coach image on trust in coach and exercise adherence. The research was made with 157 University Ssireum player who are officially registered in Korea Ssireum Association. Survey data were collected through survey questionnaires and were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 programs. The results of this study based on above methods and procedures were as followings. First, role task, work ethic and qualification which are sub factors of coach image had positive effect on capability sub factor of trust in coach. Meanwhile, role task and qualification had positive effect on familiarity and openness. Second, qualification sub factor of coach image had positive effect on exercise adherence. Third, familiarity and openness sub factors of trust in coach had positive effect on exercise adherence.

청소년 씨름선수들의 성취목표성향과 결과기대 및 운동몰입 간의 관계

This study was designed to find the relationship between adolescent Ssireum players’ achievement goal orientation, exercise result and exercise flow. To test this, 295 adolescent Ssireum players who are registered in Korea Ssireum Association were sampled. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, adolescent Ssireum players’ task-oriented which is sub factor of achievement goal orientation had positive effect on physical benefit and mental-oriented sub factors of outcome expectation. Ego-oriented sub factor of achievement goal orientation had positive effect on mental-oriented. Second, adolescent Ssireum players’ task-oriented which is sub factor of achievement goal orientation had positive effect on cognitive flow and behavioral flow sub factors of exercise flow. Third, physical benefit and psychological benefit sub factors of outcome expectation had positive effect on cognitive flow and behavioral flow.

대학생들의 기본심리욕구와 여가정체성 및 여가지속의도의 관계

This study was designed to find the relationship between basic psychological needs, leisure identity, and leisure adherence intention. To test this, 298 University students were sampled in Sungnam City in Kyunggi-do. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, competence, and autonomy sub factors of basic psychological needs had positive effect on emotional attachment. Relationship and autonomy positive effect on self-esteem, and competence, autonomy, and relationship had positive effect on identification. Second, relationship and competence sub factors of basic psychological needs had positive effect on adherence intention. Third, emotional attachment, self-esteem, and identification sub factors of leisure identity had positive effect on adherence intention.

무도(武道)도장 선택속성이 수련만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향

This study is to examine the effect of attribute selection on trainee satisfaction and loyalty. To test this, 802 martial arts trainees and their parents who dwell in Gyeonggido region were sampled. SPSS 18.0 program was used for analyzing data. First, attribute selection had positive effect on all factors by psychological and social satisfaction and positive influence on price, convenience and program by physical satisfaction. Second, attribute selection had positive effect on program, convenience, price by behavioral loyalty and positive influence on all factors by cognitive and attitude loyalty. Third, trainee satisfaction had positive effect on behavioral?attitude?cognitive loyalty.

대학씨름지도자의 감성적 리더십과 선수의 탈진 및 운동포기의도의 관계

This study was designed to find the relationship between University Ssireum coach’s emotional leadership, trainee’s burn-out and drop out intention. To test this, 150 University Ssireum players who are registered in Korea Ssireum Association were sampled. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structure modeling using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, University Ssireum coach’s emotional leadership had positive effect on players achivement but, had negative effect on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. Second, University Ssireum players’ emotional exhaustion which is sub factor of burn-out had positive effect on drop out intention. Meanwhile, players’ achivement had negative effect on drop out intention.

유도선수들의 운동열정이 기본적 심리욕구만족과 운동몰입에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Judo players’ workout passion on psychological needs satisfaction and workout flow. To test this, 185 high school Judo players from Seoul, Incheon and Kyunggi in Korea are sampled. Survey data were collected through survey questionnaires and the resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, harmonious passion which is sub factor of high school Judo player’s exercise passion had positive effect on competence and autonomy sub factors of basic psychological needs. Second, obsessive and harmonious passion sub factors of exercise passion had positive effect on cognitive and behavioral flow sub factors of exercise flow. Third, competence and autonomy sub factors of basic psychological needs had positive effect on cognitive and behavioral flow sub factors of exercise flow. Meanwhile, relationship had positive effect on behavioral flow.

대학생들의 스포츠용품 인터넷 쇼핑에 대한 지각된 품질과 관계의질 및 충성도와의 관계

This study examined the effect of the relationship between University students"s perceived quality, relationship quality, and loyalty for sports goods internet shopping. The research was made with 311 students from University which are located in Suwon, and Yongin province. Survey data were collected through survey questionnaires and were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 programs. The results of this study based on above methods and procedures were as followings. First, convenience, delivery service, product quality, and price sub factors of perceived quality had positive effect on trust sub factor of relationship quality. Delivery service and product quality, delivery service, and price had positive effect on loyalty. Third, trust and satisfaction sub factors of perceived quality had positive effect on loyalty.
