Engine lubrication is closely related to the durability and the car’s fuel economy. Variable displacement vane pump is applied to increasing the engine performance and energy efficiency. However the noise problems are caused by the variable displacement vane pump of the high speed engine. In this paper, Noise and vibration experiment are performed on test machine with isolating other noise source of the engine and compare the trends of exciting and harmonic components to provide a basis for identifying the causes of noise in variable displacement vane pump.

安部工房『東歐を行く』は1955∼58年のいわゆる「社會主義下における矛盾論爭」の最中で刊行された。矛盾こそ發展の原動力と見なしてきた唯物弁證法に從えば、社會主義社會ではいわゆる階級的矛盾が解消されたため、もはや發展どころか沈滯の道を道を천るしかなくなる。フルシチョフのスタ一リン批判とともに、この逆說的な構造をめぐる論爭こそ、スタ一リンによって公式化された「弁證法的唯物論」という世界觀に決定的な龜裂をもたらした。この問題について共産圈の內部からも矛盾對立が常在すると主張し、從來の弁證法的な敎條を守ろうとした保守派と、矛盾の志向や統一が發展の原動力と見なし「統一·團結·一致」を發展の原動力を唱える官學派との對立があった。安部工房の場合、社會主義社會の內部における資本主義的な矛盾に注目する保守派とも、矛盾そのものを發展の支障と見なす官學派とも異なる意見を東ヨ一ロッパでの體驗を元に披露する。安部は資本主義的な矛盾をマイナス的な矛盾だとし、大衆たちの創意的自發的なエネルギ一をプラス矛盾の要因だと規定する。そして、このプラス矛盾は、民族的な外觀をまとい、國際的で普遍的な社會主義を以てその內容とすると披瀝した。 Abe Kobo’s I go the Eastern Europe was published in the middle of the so-called ‘conflict controversy in socialism under’ in the 1955-58. Dual Clutch Transmissions (DCT) are becoming more and more used as an improving add-on solution on manual and automated manual transmission systems. The key issues in dry clutch control is launch and shift control. Dry clutch control is so difficult due to variation of clutch transfer torque characteristic as varying factors. This paper is proposed launch control using Two-stage slip control and implemented to real vehicle with installed DCT.

최근 기상정보를 활용한 사업영역이 확대되면서 고품질 관측 자료를 위한 위성의 수 역시 증가하였다. 현대의 위성산업에서 우위를 점하기 위한 전략에는 기존 방식을 더욱 발전시켜 성능이 향상된 고성능 위성을 이용하거나 다수의 위성을 이용하여 시간해상도를 향상시키는 방법이 있다. 또한 이미 국내 산업계가 충분히 가지고 있는 중소형 위성체 기술을 적극 활용하여 저궤도 기상위성을 개발한다면 비용과 위험은 낮추면서도 높은 성능의 독자 기성위성을 확보할 수 있다. 이와 함께 탑재체 기술을 국산화하기 위한 노력이 병행된다면 국내 위성 산업체의 경쟁력 향상과 과학기술 수준의 향상을 함께 추진할 수 있을 것이다.
얇은 오일쉘 이중에멀젼을 이용한 고효율 단분산성 하이드로젤 마이크로 입자 생산

This study reports a microfluidic approach to produce monodisperse hydrogel microparticles in a simple and highly efficient manner. Specifically, we produce double emulsion drops with a thin oil shell surrounding an aqueous prepolymer solution, which is solidified via UV-induced free radical polymerization. When they are dispersed in an aqueous solution, the oil shell is dewetted due to the absence of surfactants, resulting in production of highly uniform hydrogel microparticles (C.V.=1%). Results show that production of monodisperse hydrogel microparticles with controllable size and composition can be achieved with minimal use of oil unlike water-in-oil (w/o) single emulsionbased approach. Furthermore, in-depth study of flow patterns in microfluidic device using a phase diagram exhibits a crucial relationship among relative flow rates while providing windows of readily controllable parameters for reliable manufacturing of hydrogel microparticles.

This article presents the reduction of vibration generated by an automobile fuel pump. In order to analysis the vibration of the fuel pump, a simplified dynamic model is established, which is composed of a rigid rotor and a equivalent springs. The equivalent stiffnesses of the upper and lower assemblies are evaluated by the comparison of modal testing results and the finite element analysis. the stiffness for the oil film of the journal bearing is extracted by using Reynolds equation. In addition, the time responses for the vibration of the vibration of the fuel pump are computed by using a commercial multi-body dynamics software, RecurDyn. Based on these results, some design suggestions are proposed to reduce the vibration of an automobile fuel pump.
