Meritocracy is deeply ingrained in our lives and social structures. People and education are subconsciously imbued with meritocracy. Meritocracy, which leads to rationalization of results based on individual efforts and abilities, has a negative effect on education. The Christian faith is responsible for Christian analysis of the culture that dominates the present and suggests alternatives. In this sense, this study examines the influence of meritocracy and meritocracy, which are important elements of the spirit of the times. Furthermore, it is intended to present an alternative to Christian education by revealing the ‘exam culture’, ‘cognitive learning-centered’, ‘individualism’, ‘performanceism’, and ‘difficulty of class movement through education’ that appeared in education due to meritocracy. In particular, starting with the concept of the body centered on the incarnation and humanity of Jesus Christ, Christian educational alternatives to meritocracy are presented. Next, 'community' and 'work' are dealt with from the perspective of 'career education' and 'curriculum'. Later, 'body' and 'blank' will be dealt with in general within the curriculum. In conclusion, consider the direction and role of Christian education in the meritocracy culture.
