        러시아의 대외 군사·안보정책 결정과정 : 대한반도 정책에 미치는 영향 Its Effects on Policy toward Korea

        When Boris Yeltsin was elected President of the Russian Federation in 1990. the former Soviet republic lacked those crucial political institutions necessary for consolidating his power and authority. These organs-which existed in other republics. which thereby enhanced the political consolidation of former Communist Party members who came into power-constituted the republican Committee on State Security (or the KGB). the Ministry of International Affairs. and even Academy of Sciences and radio/television channels. Lacking the institutional bases for effective rule, Yeltsin on the other hand, inherited Soviet power ministries with whom he had to struggle to "Russianize" it. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation, and the Liberal Democratic Party which inhetrited the balk of the organizational and ideological remanants of the powerful Soviet Communist Party apparatus. moreover, generated major barriers towards institutionalization of Yeltsin's presidency. Such difficult situation, on the whole. helped generate the bloody suppression of the Parliament on October of 1993, the consolidation of the anti-center oriented Siberian Agreement of 1994, and even the Chechen crisis from the same year. Andrei Kozyrev followed a policy of full and complete Westernization in 1992, agreeing on all major issues which NATO and the United States positively thought. including the joining of the military coalition against Irag--a former ally of the Soviet Union. Such policy, however, brought not full economic, political and military integration with the West, but isolation and new ideological division along the shrunken border of the Russian Federation with the Baltic countries, and the CIS. Contrary to expectations, former members of the now defunct Warsaw Pact Organization began to join NATO, while even members of the former Soviet Union begin to seek membership. Kozyrev, all in all, ignored not only Russia's strategic interests vis-a-vis the West, but also, its immediate concerns in the Near Abroad where millions of ethnic Russians resided, who were facing daily economic, social and even political threats to their security. These problems were seriously politicized; the Communists and the Liberal Democrats along with the scattered Russian armed forces began to call for a turn towards "within" and the much ignored "Near Abroad." Between the years 1992 and the beginning of 1996, Kozyrev was forced to follow the lines of the domestic conservatives, thereby weakening the institution of the Presidency, and generating the popular image of a weak-willed administration. At the beginning of 1996 Yeltsin appointed Yevgeny Primakov--then the Director of Counter- Foreign Intelligence Agency--as Foreign Minister. A Middle Eastern expert by training and a long-time bureaucrat in the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee he began to reorient Russian foreign policy away from US/West Europe to the Near Abroad. In the national security concept developed in 1998, for example, the predominant emphasis is placed on domestic dimension, namely, stablized economic transition towards market economy, and parellel social conditions. In the field of external policy, Primakov proved instrumental in preempting a formation of second military coalition against Iraq--with the help of France and China. In fact, Primakov is reportedly supplying Iraq with nuclear technology for energy purposes. Primakov also actively opposed the expansion of NATO, pressuring the Baltic countries not to join the military bloc. Parenthetically, such show of pressure against the West meant that within the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) no outside forces can interfere: moreover by exporting missiles to Northern Cyprus, an area controlled by Greece. which has a confrontation with Southern Cyprus. an area controlled by Turkey. Primakov intends to weaken NATO internally. by accelarating tension among the two members. The contraction of the border in the Western frontier. and threat of NATO toward it has forced Russia to seek compensation in the Southern frontier. In the Caucasus. Moscow was successful in forcing Georgia to join the CIS by supporting the Abkhazian seperatists as was also with Azerbaijan whose enemies Armenia and its seperatists in contentious Nargono-Karaback it also supported. Moscow felt threatened by the ethnic-disturbances in the Caucasus and the geopolitical encroachements being made by Turkey. a strong ally of the United States. Primakov is reinforcing Russia's relations with Iran for three reasons: (1) to offset Turkey. China and the US' influence in the Middle East and Central Asia: (2) to deny US rapproachment with Tehran with whom Washington desires closer trade and political relations: and (3) to export, like towards irag. nuclear related technology for energy purposes. In Kosovo. moreover. Primakov has intervened on behalf of the Serbs against the Albanians. whose forces are supported by the Western diplomatic community. These policies have earned Primakov not only the support of the Communists and the Liberal Democrats who form the majority in the Duma, but also, have strengthened Yeltsin's. domestic position through essential conservatization of Russia's foreign policy. It is support for these feats that Yeltsin awarded the highest medal of public service to Primakov as well as personally visiting him at the Foreign Ministry this year. Primakov has also recently engineered the breakthrough in the reestablishment of talks with Tokyo for normalizing its relations. a moved aimed at weakening the US grip on Japan. Moscow knows and appreciates the markedly grown influence of China in both Koreas: it also worries the recent improvement of US-Sino relations. Only by improving its relations with Pyongyang can Moscow redress its imbalnce on the Korean peninsula; but given the five years of freeze in its relationship. Moscow had no means of approaching Pyongyang other than by way of kicking out the South Korean diplomat as a way of showing Pyongyang that it is ready to deal more equally with North Korea. Given the current freeze in North Korean-US. North Korean-Japanese and inter-Korean talks. Seoul must be ready to exercise more independent initiative in its foreign policy.

        활성탄과 비타민 A의 급여가 거세 한우육의 이화학적 특성에 미치는 영향

        Effects of supplemental charcoal powder and vitamin A on physico-chemical properties in 24 Hanwoo steers were investigated. The Hanwoo steers were randomly assigned to one of the three dietary treatments : 1) Control (commercial feed) 2) T1 (commercial feed supplemented with 2% charcoal powder and 0.2% vitamin A) 3) T2 (commercial feed with 2% charcoal powder). Crude fat content of proximate chemical composition in longissimus muscle was increased at control but moisture of control was rather lower than that of treatment groups (p<0.05). The WHC (water holding capacity) in longissimus muscle was tended to increase in control and shear force was higher in T2 (p<0.05). However, effects of diets charcoal power and vitamin A on pH were not found (p>0.05). Tenderness and flavor of sensory evaluation was improved significantly in control with peculiar and savory taste of Hanwoo being more emphasized. But Juiciness were not difference by treatments. When Hanwoo steers were fed with dietary charcoal powder and vitamin A, the palmitoleic acid and linoleic acid contents were higher compared with that of control (p<0.05), but oleic acid was higher in control than others. 본 시험은 거세한우에 대한 활성탄과 비타민 A의 첨가급여가 육질에 미치는 영향를 구명하기 위하여 거세 한우 총 24두를 공시하여 대조구, 활성탄 2%와 비타민 A 0.2%를 혼합급여한 T1구 그리고 활성탄 2% 급여구인 T2구로 3개 처리구에 각 8두씩을 배치하여 14개월간 사양시험을 실시하였고, 등심부위 근육을 공시하여 이화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 일반성분 중에서 대조구의 조지방 함량은 높았으나 상대적으로 수분 함량은 처리구에 비해 낮은 함량을 나타내었다(p<0.05). 등심부위 근육의 보수성은 대조구에서, 전단력은 T2구에서 높은 경향이었다(p<0.05). 그러나 pH는 처리구 사이에 특별한 변화가 없었다. 활성탄과 비타민 A의 첨가급여는 관능평가에서 연도, 육향에서 개선 효과는 없었으며 대조구가 처리구에 비해 유의적으로(p<0.05)높은 결과를 나타내었다. 지방산에서 palmitoleic acid와 linoleic acid 함량은 활성탄 또는 비타민 A 첨가구가 대조구보다 유의적으로 높았으나(p<0.05), oleic acid는 대조구가 다른 처리구보다 더 높은 경향이었다.

        한방제재 급여가 재래 흑염소육의 육질 및 관능적 특성에 미치는 영향

        거세 재래흑염소를 각 처리구별로 8두씩 배치하여 총24두(3처리$\times$8두)를 대상으로 대조구(무첨가)와 시험구인 T1구(한방제재 1%첨가)와 T2구(한방제재 2% 첨가)로 구분 배치하여 총 500일간 비육 시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 비육 전기간(500일간) 동안의 총 증체량과 일당증체량은 T2가 28.30 kg과 0.057 kg으로 타 처리구보다 가장 높았다. 총 사료섭취량에서도 T2구가 519.20 kg으로 크게 높았으며, 사료요구율은 18.35으로 사료효율성이 가장 좋게 나타났다. 도체율은 T1구가51.10%로 가장 높았고(p<0.05), 흑염소 등심육의 가열감량과 드롭로스는 대조구가 시험구보다 크게 높았다(p<0.05). 콜레스테롤 함량은 시험구가 대조구보다 더 높은 경향이었지만 통계적인 유의차는 없었다(p>0.05). 또한 관능검사의 연도, 향미, 조직감 및 염소 특이취는 시험구가 대조구보다 크게 낮아져 (p<0.05), 종합적인 관능평가에서는 시험구(3.71점, 3.90점)가 대조구(4.82점)보다 더 좋게 되었다(p<0.05). 지방산 조성의 단가불포화지방산(MUFA)/포화지방산(SFA)과 불포화 지방산(UFA)/포화지방산(SFA)의 비율에서는 시험구가 대조구보다 더 높은 경향이었으나 통계적인 유의차는 없었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of different herb resource powders on meat quality and sensory properties in Korean native black goat for 500 d. The experimental treatment was arranged with 24 heads (3 treatment/8 heads) by control group, T1 and T2 group respectively (Control, not added herb powders; T1, 1% added herb powders; T2, 2% added herb powders). Total weight gain for the Korean native black goat was the highest in T2 group feeding for 500 days, and daily gain tended to be similar to the total weight gain. The total feed intake were the highest as 519.20 kg in T2 group, although feed conversion showed 18.35 in the T2 group, which means it had the best feed efficiency compared to the other treatment groups. The carcass rate was higher in the T1 group (51.10%) than in the other groups (p<0.05). The cooking loss and drip loss of Korean native black goat was the highest as 34.72% and 3.83% in the control group (p<0.05). However, total cholesterol amounts in the treatment group were not significantly different from, although tended to be higher than, the control group (p>0.05). Also, the overall sensory evaluation of the treatment group revealed low scores, meaning more meat flavor than those of the control in tenderness, flavor, texture, and black goat off-flavor and overall evaluation (p<0.05). Total synthesis evaluation was higher for the treatment group (3.71, 3.90 point) than that of the control group (4.82 point) (p<0.05). The MUFA/SFA ratio of the treatment group was not significantly different from, although tended to be higher than, the control group

        산란계 품종별에 따른 계란의 주요 성분과 품질 비교

        본 논문은 계란에 대한 소비자들의 인식을 향상시키기 위해 산란계 종류에 따른 계란품질과 성분조성을 실험 및 분석하였다. 산란개시 32주령에 있는 4개 품종의 청색란실용계 (BC), 연산오골계 (YS), 재래닭 (KN), 백색레그혼 (WL) 총 120수 (각 처리구당 10수 ${\times}$ 3반복 ${\times}$ 4처리구)를 임의 배치하여 생산된 계란의 성분을 분석하였다. 계란의 품질 평가의 경우, BC가 다른 품종에 비하여 호우닛 계수 (82.82),난각강도 (0.37mm) 및 난각두께 ($40.58kg/cm^2$)가 유의적으로 높게 나왔으며, 계란의 콜레스테롤 함량은 BC가 317.58mg/100g로 가장 낮았지만, YS는 381.30mg/100g으로 매우 높게 나타났다 (p<0.05). 그리고 계란의 지방산 조성에서 oleic acid (C18:1n9)함량은 BC가 다른 품종보다 매우 낮았으며, 아미노산의 경우에는 Thronine과 Proline을 제외한 모든 성분에서 대체로 WL종이 다른 품종보다 더 높게 나타났다 (p<0.05). This study was to execute the random arrangement of total 120 heads (10 heads per treatment plot ${\times}$ 3 repeats ${\times}$ 4 treatment plots) for four breeds [Blue arakana commercial Fowl (BC), Yeonsan silky fowl (YS), Korean native fowl (KN), White leghorn fowl (WL)] with the initiation of laying hens at 32 weeks old in order to comparatively analyze egg quality and composition by sorts of laying hens. In case of evaluation of the quality of eggs, this study has shown that BC had higher degree of Haugh unit coefficient (82.82) and in case cholesterol content of eggs, BC had significantly low content as 317.55mg/100g, but YS had rather higher content as 381.30mg/100g. Furthermore, this study has found out that BC had significantly low Oleic acid (C18:1n9) and WL had higher Amino acid content by breeds than those of other breeds (p<0.05).

        거세시기에 따른 재래흑염소 육의 육질 및 관능적 특성

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of different castration ages on meat quality and sensory properties of Korean native black goats over 410 days. For the experiment, 32 heads of goat (eight heads/4 treatment) were subjected to either a control (5 month non-castration), T1 (7 month castration), T2 (5 month castration) or T3 (3 month castration). The total weight gain for Korean native black goats was highest in the T2 group after feeding for 410 days and the weight gain/day tended to be similar to the total weight gain. The total feeding amounts were lowest (410.82 kg) in T3; however, the feed intake ratio was 16.39 in T2, indicating that it had the best feed efficiency among groups. The cooking loss and drip loss of the Korean native black goats was highest in the control, being 35.53% and 2.08%, respectively (p<0.05), while the total cholesterol of the treatments was higher than that of the control (p<0.05). Moreover, the overall sensory evaluation of the treatment groups was low, indicating that there was more meat flavor when compared to the controls in terms of juiciness, tenderness, flavor, texture, black goat off-flavor and overall evaluation (p<0.05). T2 was found to have the best meat flavor upon sensory evaluation. Additionally, the meat color of the control showed the highest $L^*$ value and Hue value, while T3 showed the highest $a^*$ value (3.61) and T2 showed the highest $b^*$ value and Chroma. The composition of fatty acids was 53.76% oleic acid in T2, while the amounts of Mono-unsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) were highest in T1 and T2 (p<0.05). As a result, the MUFA/SFA ratios of T1 and T2 were higher than those of the control (p<0.05). In conclusion, it is most advantageous to castrate Korean native black goats at the age of 5 months for the best performance and meat quality.

        고급육생산을 위한 한방생균제 첨가급여 효과

        본 연구는 한방생균제 첨가급여가 거세한우육의 이화학적 특성 및 지방산, 아미노산 조성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 거세한우 50두 (5처리${\times}$10두)를 공시하여 육질을 분석하였다. 육의 조지방 함량은 T2그룹과 T3그룹이 유의적 높았으나, 가열감량은 Con 2그룹이 가장 높았다 (p<0.05). 보수력은 56.73~60.16% 범위로, 전반적으로 처리그룹이 대조그룹보다 더 높았으며, 그 중에서 T3그룹이 유의적으로 높았다 (p<0.05). 콜레스테롤 함량은 41.64~47.33 mg/100g 범위로, 그 중에서 Con 1그룹이 유의적으로 높았다 (p<0.05). 또한 관능평가인 다즙성, 연도, 향미는 T3그룹이 매우 높게 나타났다 (p<0.05). 그리고 지방산 조성에서 올레인산과 무파 T2그룹과 T3그룹이 유의적으로 높았으나 (p<0.05), 아미노산 함량은 처리그룹 간에 거의 차이가 없었다. 이 결과에서 한방생균제 첨가급여는 한우육의 육질개선 및 불포화 지방산에 영향을 미치며 고급육 생산에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of dietary addition of herbal probiotics on the Hanwoo steers' physiochemical property. A total of 50 Hanwoo steers (5 treatment groups${\times}$10 heads) were used. The crude fat content of beef has been found significant high in T2 and T3 group, and the Con 2 group had the highest heating loss (p<0.05). The water-holding capacity ranged from 56.73% through 60.16%, and the treatment group was generally higher than the control group. In particular, the T3 group showed significantly high water-holding capacity (p<0.05). The cholesterol content ranged from 41.64mg/100g through 47.33mg/100g. In the overall and the Con 2 group had significantly high cholesterol content (p<0.05). Furthermore, the oleic acid and MUFA had significant high T2 and T3 group in the fatty acid composition (p<0.05), but the amino acid content made no difference between the treatment groups.

        미생물제제 첨가가 돈육과 계육의 지방산 조성 및 콜레스테롤 생산에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 공시균인 Aspergillus terreus와 유산균을 이용하여 혈중 및 고기내 콜레스테롤이 저하된 육류 개발을 목표로 하였다. 따라서 거세돈 60두를 60일간 및 육계는 6주간을 공시하여 대조구는 일반 시판사료만 급여하였고, T1구는 Aspergillu terreus 배양체, T2구는 시판중인 EM-pro 배양체(Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bacillus subtilis와 Saccharmyces cervisiae의 3종 혼합배양물)를 각각 0.2%씩 첨가급여한 결과는 다음과 같다. 돼지고기내의 스테아린산은 T1구와 T2구가 높았으나, 올레인산은 대조구와 T1구가 높았다(p<0.05). 또한 닭고기의 스테아린산은 대조구가 높았으나, 올레인산은 T1구와 T2가 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). 혈액 중 돼지고기의 총 콜레스테롤과 HDL-cholesterol 함량은 T1구(63.77mg, 111.19mg)가 대조구(101.69mg, 132.37mg)보다 크게 낮아 통계적인 유의차를 보였고(p<0.05), 육계의 경우는 T1구(78.50mg, 143.61mg)가 대조구(119.26mg, 240.43mg)보다 크게 낮았다(p<0.05). 돼지고기의 총 콜레스테롤과 HDL-cholesterol 함량은 T1구(78.53mg, 117.64mg)가 대조구(140.5mg, 150.55mg)보다 크게 낮아 유의차를 나타내었고(p<0.05). 육계의 경우는 T1구 (93.35mg, 72.03mg)가 대조구(111.90mg, 116.88mg)보다 크게 낮았다.(p<0.05). 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, Aspergillus terreus 처리한 T1구가 돼지와 육계의 혈액 및 고기내에서 총 콜레스테롤과 HDL-cholesterol 함량이 크게 낮아졌다. 따라서 Aspergillus terreus 배양체가 체내의 콜레스테롤 합성에 상당히 영향을 미친것으로 판단되며, 향후 저 콜레스테롤 고기 생산의 가능성을 보여주었다. This study was conducted to determine the effect of supplemented useful microorganisim on meat quality of growing-finishing pigs for sixty days and broiler for six weeks. The pig and broiler were randomly allotted into three treatment (twenty-forty heads /treatment) ; Control (0%), T1 (supplemented with 0.2%, Aspergillus terreus koji), T2 (supplemented with 0.2%, EM-pro). The amount of stearic acid of pork was highest in T1 and T2, and oleic acid was highest in control and 71 than others (p<0.05). The amount of stearic acid of the chicken was highest in control, and oleic acid was highest in T1 and T2 than the others. Total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol in the serum of pigs were decreased with significant difference (p<0.05) in T1 (63.77 and 111.19mg/mL, respectively) than control(101.69 and 132.37 mg/mL) and those of the chicken were decreased with lower significant difference (p<0.05) in T1 (78.50 and 143.61mg/mL) than control (119.26 and 240.43mg/mL). Total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol in the pork were decreased with lower significant difference (p<0.05) in T1 (78.53 and 119.64 mg/mL) than control (140.55 and 150.55mg/mL), and those of the chicken were decreased with lower significant difference (p<0.05) in T1 (93.35 and 72.03mg/mL) than control (111.90 and 116.88 mg/mL). From the results, the amount of total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol in pig and chicken was remarkably changed according to supplementation of Aspergillus terreus koji which containing the produced lovastatin.

        쑥사료 급여가 비육한우의 육질에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to determine the effect of feeding dietary mugwort on the beef quality during 14 month(from 14 month to 27 month) with 32 heads of fattening Hanwoo. Fattening Hanwoos were randomly allotted 4 treatments(8 heads/treatment): C-1[(control(0%) of Hanwoo steers)], C-2[(control(0%) of Hanwoo heifers)], T-1(supplemented with mugwort powder 2.0% of Hanwoo steers), T-2(supplemented with mugwort powder 2.0% of Hanwoo heifers). The shear force value and water holding capacity(WHC) of longissimus muscle were the highest in T-1($3.20kg/0.5inch^2$, 54.32%) and cookingloss was in C-2(22.22%) than the others(p<0.05). However, panel test scores of juiciness, tenderness and flavor of longissimus muscle were the highest for T-1(5.20-5.50 point) between the treatment group. The total catechin and epicatechen in longissimus muscle were higher in treatment group(0.43-046 mg/kg, 0.056-0.065 mg/kg) than control group(0.23-0.25 mg/kg, 0.031-0.032 mg/kg)(p<0.05). The content of total fatty acid in longissimus muscle were oleic acid(48.45-47.56%), palmitic acid(29.67-28.86%), stearic acid(9.92-10.82%), palmitoleic acid and myristic acid(4.68-5.49%, 2.48-3.89%) of range. In conclusion, the effects of feeding dietary mugwort of Hanwoo steer were improved the quality beef with highly panel test scores(juiciness, tenderness, flavor) and physical-chemical characteristics(shear force value, WHC). 본 연구는 비육한우 32두(거세우 16두, 암소 16두)를 대상으로(C-1구 거세우에게 일반사료 : C-2구 암소에게 일반사료 : T-1구 거세우에게 쑥 2% 첨가 : T-2구 암소에게 쑥 2% 첨가) 4개 처리구를 두고 14개월간(생후 14개월-27개월) 비육시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 등심부위의 전단력과 보수성은 T-1구($3.20kg/0.5inch^2$, 54.32%)가, 가열감량은 C-2구(22.22%)가 다른 처리구보다 크게 높았다(p<0.05). 관능검사의 다즙성, 연도 및 향미는 처리구가 대조구보다 높은 경향을 보였고, 그 중에서도 T-1구(5.50점-5.20점)가 가장 높게 나타났다. Catechin 성분에서 총 카테킨 및 에피카테킨 성분은 처리구(0.43-0.46 mg/kg, 0.056-0.065 mg/kg)가 대조구(0.23-0.25 mg/kg, 0.031-0.032 mg/kg)보다 더 높게 나타났다. 지방산 조성에서 oleic acid은 47.56-48.45% 정도, palmitic acid은 28.86-29.67%, stearic acid는 9.92-10.82%, palmitoleic acid 및 myristic acid는 4.68-5.49%와 2.48-3.89%의 범위로서 처리간에 유의차가 없었다. 이상의 시험결과로 볼 때, 거세한우에 대한 쑥첨가는 육질의 관능검사(다즙성, 연도, 향미) 및 이화학적 특성(전단력, 보수성)에서 크게 향상되었다.

        맥섬석과 한방제재의 첨가급여가 육계의 성장과 육질에 미치는 영향

        The current study was conducted to investigate the effect of macsumsuk and herb resources on the performances and meat quality of broiler chickens. Six hundreds (600) broiler chickens were randomly allocated into four groups (4 groups${\times}$50 chickens/group${\times}$3 replica), Control, Treatment 1 (T1; 0.3% macsumsuk), Treatment 2 (T2; 0.3% herb resources), and Treatment 3 (T3; 0.3% macsumsuk + 0.3% herb resources) and fed for 5 wk. T2 group showed higher total body weight gain and average daily gain of 1,812.5 g and 51.79 g, respectively, than the other groups. Control group showed the highest (p<0.05) mortality (8%) and total blood cholesterol (111.8 mg/dL) among experimental groups. T3 group (6.71 mg/dL) showed the highest (p<0.05) while control group (4.50 mg/dL) showed the lowest (p<0.05) in blood IgG levels. Cooking loss was 17.08, 16.14, 16.55, and 15.25%, shear force value was 1.91, 1.52, 1.55, and 1.47 $kg/cm^2$, and water holding capacity (WHC) was 54.40, 55.97, 56.01, and 55.70% for Control, T1, T2, and T3, respectively. Cholesterol contents in breast meat of Control (88.91 mg/100 g) chickens showed the highest (p<0.05) levels comparing to either T1 (83.59 mg/dL), T2 (82.41 mg/dL), or T3 (80.81 mg/dL) chickens. In conclusion, the current study implies that feeding macsumsuk and herb resources to broiler chickens could decrease cholesterol contents in breast meat. 본 시험은 육계에게 맥섬석 또는 한방제재를 첨가하여 육계의 생산성과 육질에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 브로일러 600수를 공시하여 4처리구당 50수씩${\times}$3반복으로 나누어, 대조구(0%), T1구(맥섬석 0.3%), T2구(한방소재0.3%), T3구(맥섬석0.3%+한방소재0.3%)를 5주 동안 첨가 급여한 결과는 다음과 같다. 총 증체량과 일당증체량은 다른 처리구에 비하여 T2구가 가장 높았고(p<0.05), 폐사율은 대조구(8%)가 처리구보다 크게 높아 통계적인 유의차가 나타났다(p<0.05). 혈중 콜레스테롤은 대조구(111.8 mg/dL)가 처리구(102.5-107.7 mg/dL)보다 더 높았으나, 혈중 IgG는 처리구(5.23-6.71 mg/dL)가 대조구(4.5 mg/dL)보다 더 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 계육의 가열감량과 전단력은 처리구(각각 15.25-16.55%, 1.47-1.55 $kg/cm^2$)가 대조구(17.08%, 1.91 $kg/cm^2$)보다 더 낮았으나, 보수성은 오히려 처리구(55.97-56.01%)가 대조구(54.40%)보다 더 높았다(p<0.05). 가슴육의 콜레스테롤 함량은 대조구에 비하여 처리구(80.81-83.59 mg/100 g)가 더 낮아 통계적인 유의차가 나타났다(p<0.05), 결론적으로 육계에게 맥섬석과 한방제재 참가급여는 계육의 콜레스테롤 함량을 저하시키는 개선의 효과가 있었다.

        Purpose : In sponge quality of the material in digital radiography environment coating because do position blocks two that do not become coating done positioning blocks two that do not become coating done positioning block and sponge quality of the material to testing bench image artifact's difference compare. Method of study : In digital radiography environment positioning block of different two products same sunshine or effect that image and positioning block artifact gents in image analyze. the target used positioning block 2 when examine hand, rib and examination condition did each differently according to used positioning block. reflex compared picture that do image and verify that examine first time. Result : 1. In sponge quality of the material coating in done product artifact appear. Did not appear in product that do not become coating. 2. Can know coating's existence, that artifact according to radish happens. 3. Quality of the material coating's existence, there was difference of slippage according to radish Conclusion : Quality of the material coating phenomenon that done positioning block thus, it may have to be considered that use after estimate degree that get in image.
