        Eosinophilia accompanied by eosinophilic invasion and organ dysfunction may develope idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome. Any organ can be involved including bone marrow, lung, skin, heart, gastrointestinal tract and nervous system. Cough, dyspnea, pleural effusion or chest pain are common pulmonary manifestation, and they may be attributed to parenchymal infiltration, pulmonary embolism or heart failure. We report a 43-year-old woman with idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome involving bone marrow, skin, and lung. The patient developed acute dyspnea and chest pain. High resolution CT demonstrated multiple wedge-shaped segmental involvement with pleural effusion thought to be a pulmonary infarction or heart failure. Echocardiography could not find any abnormality. Lung biopsy showed interstitial eosinophilic infiltration with increased eosinophils in BAL fluid. She was treated with high dose corticosteroid and hydroxyurea. Within few days, most of her symptoms disappeared and chest radiography nearly cleared up.

        FDM 방식의 3D 프린팅 적층조건에 따른 인장특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, it has been applied and used in various fields using 3D printing. Since it is closely connected to our lives, the mechanical properties of the output are actively studied. Therefore, in this study, tensile specimens were manufactured using the FDM lamination method using PLA materials, and the changes in tensile properties were compared and evaluated. First, 120 tensile specimens were manufactured using the spacing angle and lamination density of the lamination angle as control factors. After that, a tensile test was conducted at the same tensile speed of 5mm/s to compare and evaluate the tensile strength and elastic modulus. As a result, it was found that the tensile strength and elastic modulus increased linearly with density than the lamination angle. In addition, when the laminating angle was 0°, the tensile strength and elastic modulus were the largest. When the laminating angle was 108°, the lowest tensile strength and elastic modulus were confirmed.

        繪畵文化財 模寫復原에 관한 고찰-英祖御眞 모사복원을 중심으로-

        The Cultural Assets is the evidence of our history and it is our dutyto keep and preserve the cultural assets. But as time goes by, thecultural assets get harmed by heat or destroyed. Especially, incompare to the other kind of cultural assets, the painting culturalassets is one of the weakness one to get easily loss or get hurt by fireof strong sunshine. So, the field of preservation study should workand prepare for the measure to complement this sort of damage. Inaddition this, we must keep the original paintings in more agreeableand well equipped place through the work of copy paintingrestoration. Also we should open the original paintings to the publiconly once in a year. We need to replace the original paintings to thecopy paintings. In modern times, owing to the development of thepicture and printing technology, there are many occasions to exhibitthe cultural asset painting-copy. However, this cultural assetpainting-copy is just a helping aid, it can not be the cultural assets. Making brand another kind of new cultural asset through the copyrestoration is inherit the tradition and it is also to strengthen the cultural capacity. In this thesis, ‘the King, Yeongjo’s (英祖) Portrait (designated as atreasure #932)’ was drawn by Jang Kyung-ju(張景周, 1710∼?) andKim Du-ryang(金斗樑, 1696∼1763) and it was transplant-copied byChae Yong-shin(蔡龍臣, 1850∼1941) and Jo Seok-jin(趙錫晉, 1853∼1920) in the 4th year of Gwangmu,1900 A.D. We described thecourse of transplant-copying of the King Yeongjo’s portrait whichwas transplant-copied one by Chae Yong-shin and Jo Seok-jin. Werecorded the scientific and experiential facts about the procedure,expression techniques, materials of the painting restoration. In the skillfully course of restoration work of the King Yeongjo’sportrait, we felt that the study of the cultural assets’ restorationmethod, materials, techniques should be well inherited and settledas one kind of study field. In this point of view, we wish our theorythesis would be a reference material to reduce the trial and error inanother kind of copy-restoration work of the cultural assets. 문화재는 우리가 살아왔던 역사의 증거물이다. 그러한 문화재를 보존하고 지켜나가는 것이 전통을 이어나가는 우리의 일이다. 그러나 문화재는 세월이 지나면서 열화가 되고, 또 소멸되어버린다. 특히 회화문화재는 다른 장르의 문화재에 비해 열화나 손실이 가장 취약한 것이 사실이다. 이러한 점을 보완하기위해서는 보존과학의 분야에서 끊임없이 연구하고 대책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 더불어 또 하나의 방법으로 모사복원을 통해원화는 보다 더 쾌적한 환경에 보관을 하면서 한시적인 공개를원칙으로 하고, 일반 공개 및 전시 등은 모사복원 작품이 대신하는 것이 필요하다. 현대에는 사진과 인쇄기술의 발달로 회화문화재를 복제하여 전시하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 이는 전시를 위한 보조물이지 역사성을 갖는 또 다른 차원의 이모 문화재라고할 수는 없다. 모사복원을 통하여 또 하나의 새로운 문화재를 만드는 것이 전통을 계승하는 것이고, 문화의 역량을 강화시키는 것이다. 본 논고의 대상이 되는 영조어진(英祖御眞, 보물 제932호)은영조 20년(1744)에 장경주(張景周, 1710∼?), 김두량(金斗樑,1696∼1763)이 그린 것을 광무4년(1900)에 이모(移模)한 것이다. 이때의 주관화사는 채용신(蔡龍臣, 1850∼1941), 조석진(趙錫晉, 1853∼1920)이다. 필자는 채용신과 조석진이 이모(移模)한영조어진을 다시 모사복원하는 과정을 기술하였다. 즉 모사복원의 단계, 표현 기법, 재료 등에 대한 과학적이고도 경험적인사실들을 기록한 것이다. 실제 영조어진을 모사복원하면서 그 방법이나 재료, 기법, 그리고 전통 심미안 등이 연구, 계승되어 뚜렷한 하나의 학문으로자리 잡아야 할 필요성이 있다. 이 점에서 영조어진을 모사복원하면서 그에 따른 이론을 정리하여 이후에 행해질 또 다른 모사복원의 시행착오를 줄일 수 있는 참고자료가 되었으면 한다.

        The Influence of the Locus of control of the Global Public Enterprises on the Job Involvement and Turnover Intention

        The purpose of this study is to reduce the costs required to proactively prevent the turnover intention by the results of personality type of locus of control. which is the behavioral outcome of the members of the organization. Based on this problem consciousness, the present study focused on the personal characteristics of the members of the organization in the enterprise. Among the individual characteristics, the intentions, which are distinct from others, are called personality, Focusing on the locus of control among these types of characteristics of the organization members, the study about how these control positions affect their job involvement and their turnover intention. The results validated in this study are summarized as follows. Among the personality types of the organization's members, internals are found to have higher job involvement than externals. In addition, it was found that internals among the personality types of the members of the organization lower the meaning of turnover intention than external member. In order to overcome uncertain management environment and create and sustain a competitive advantage in the organization, management has a weight-oriented trend and Increasing job involvement in organizational members and lowering their turnover intention will lead to continued productivity, among other things, important management items that managers and managers should pursue. Given these aspects, it is deemed necessary to analyze the personality aspects of the members of the organization and to transform and manage a new management mindset that leads to the enhancement of the personality as an internal rather than an external one and the task immersion of the members of the organization based on it.

        繪畵文化財 模寫復原에 관한 고찰 : 英祖御眞 모사복원을 중심으로

        링크 유효시간에 따른 OLSR 토폴로지 그래프 생성 방법

        One of the most widely studied protocols for tactical ad-hoc networks is Optimized Link State Routing Protocol (OLSR). As for OLSR research, most research work focus on reducing control traffic overhead and choosing relay point. In addition, because OLSR is mostly dependent on link detection and propagation, dynamic Hello timer become research challenges. However, different timer interval causes imbalance of link validity time by affecting link lifetime. To solve this problem, we propose a weighted topology graph model for constructing a robust network topology based on the link validity time. In order to calculate the link validity time, we use control message timer, which is set for each node. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism is able to achieve high end-to-end reliability and low end-to-end delay in small networks.

        Association between the MUC1 rs4072037 Polymorphism and Risk of Gastric Cancer and Clinical Outcomes

        Purpose: Mucin 1 (MUC1) was identified as a gastric cancer (GC) susceptibility gene by genome-wide association studies in Asians and candidate gene studies in Europeans. This study aimed to investigate the association between the MUC1 rs4072037 polymorphism and GC in terms of the Lauren classification and long-term clinical outcomes. Materials and Methods: A total of 803 patients with GC and 816 unrelated healthy controls were enrolled in the study. The association between the MUC1 rs4072037 variant and GC histological types and clinical outcomes, including tumor recurrence and prognosis was investigated. Results: The major A allele of rs4072037 was associated with increased GC risk (P<0.05). In subtype analysis, the association was most significant for diffuse-type GC (P<0.05) and in a dominant model (P<0.05), whereas there was no association with intestinal-type GC (P>0.05). Cox proportional hazards analysis revealed the heterozygote AG rs4072037 allele as an independent risk factor influencing tumor recurrence and disease-related death in diffuse-type GC (P<0.05). but not in intestinal-type GC (P>0.05). Conclusions: The exonic single nucleotide polymorphism rs4072037 in MUC1 was associated with diffuse-type GC and was an independent risk factor influencing tumor recurrence and disease-related death in diffuse-type GC.
