This research is preformed a purpose to analyze the degree of disability for variety eating action according to a result weight for youth tae kwon do players that experienced in exercise life.Therefore ,to achieve this purpose, the research subjects of 107 man and 61 women are collected and Eating disorder examinaton - 12 distribute, to make out and reclaim by the collected subjects Recover questionary is carried out result analysis based on a date analysis procedure though the selection process of separate Analysis result, to find an interaction effect according to a result weight, it is reconstruct from a result weight to unity change and is formed a separation change So that, multivariate analysis result of eating disorder factor according to a created sex x weight factor, it shows the women heavyweight players have more high level for eating disorder than the man heavyweight players in eating concern, weight concern, shape concern and diagnosis standard factor but there are no remarkable difference in an eating restraint factor. In conclusion, this research shows an eating disorder factor that has the most discrimination for sex x weight is wight concern, eating concern, shape concern.
근로장애인의 근속의지에 영향을 미치는변인들 간의 관계 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate a structural relationship among the related variables of employment maintenance of employed workers with disabilities. 1,092 workers with disabilities who participated in 2012 Employment Panel of Persons with Disabilities were analyzed with regards to aptitude, duty, accommodation, and job satisfaction. The sample variance-covariance matrix was analysed using AMOS 18.0 and a maximum likelihood minimization function. Goodness of fit was evaluated using RMSEA and its 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. The results were as follows : First, aptitude and duty of workers with disabilities and accommodations were found to affect job satisfaction of these population. Second, aptitude of working employees with disabilities was found to affect their job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction of working employees with disabilities was found to affect service will of working employees with disabilities. Forth, job duty was found to affect negatively service will of workers with disabilities. 본 연구는 장애인의 근로조건 가운데 적성, 직책, 편의시설이 각각 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 살핌으로써 근속의지와의 상관성을 알아보려는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 「제4차 장애인고용패널 조사(2011)」에 응답한 자료를 토대로 1,092명에 대한 적성, 직책, 편의시설의 항목과 직무만족도 및 근속의지 즉 고용유지를 살펴보았다. 구조방정식 AMOS 18 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석한 다음 유의수준 .05에서 추정된 모수치의 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 장애인의 근로조건 중 적성, 편의시설, 직책이 각각 직무만족도에 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인의 근로조건 중 적성이 직무만족도에 직접 효과가 비교적 크게 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인의 근로조건 중 직무만족도가 근속의지에 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 장애인의 근로조건 중 직책이 근속의지에 미치는 영향이 부적(-) 관계로 나타났다. 마지막으로 결론과 그 함의, 그리고 장래 연구를 위한 제언이 제시되었다.
