        This paper is one on the starting point of each royal palace in Korean Buddhist temples. The method of study based on the historical documents. The summary of the major contents of this paper are as follows: 1) There was the Kumdang at the era of the Three Kingdoms and the United Silla, but the differentiation of the royal palace occured at Koryo; the Neuinjon, the Muryangsujon, the Mireugjon, the Koanyeumjon, and so forth. 2) Since the early Chosun Dynasty Period, the Daiyungjon called the Neuinjon at Koryo got to the main building of a temple, the gate in a Buddhist temple as the Tienwangmoon or the Haitalmoon observed. In the middle Chosun Dynasty Period, the Siyoangjon or the Myubujon, the Yuaksajon appeared as a Buddhist sanctum. In the late Chosun Dynasty Period, a noticeable name was not found.

        콘크리트 넓은 보의 횡방향 전단보강에 관한 실험적 연구

        본 연구에서는 강판으로 전단보강한 넓은 보의 전단파괴 실험을 수행하여 넓은 보의 전단거동을 평가하였다. 횡방향 전단보강 간격과 전단보강재의 개수를 변수로 하여 넓은 보의 횡방향으로 배치되는 보강재가 전단강도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 7개 시험체의 실험을 통해 횡방향 보강간격이 좁을수록 넓은 보의 전단강도가 증가하며, 전단균열의 균열각이 45o에 근접하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 회귀분석을 실시하여 넓은 보의 횡방향 보강간격을 고려하는 전단강도 식을 제안하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 전단 실험을 통해 계측한 전단강도와 ACI 318-14 및 본 저자들의 제안식으로 구한 전단강도를 비교·평가하였다. In this paper, A test performed to evaluate the shear capacity of wide beam reinforced with steel plate. Transverse shear reinforcement spacing and number of transverse shear reinforcement of wide beams were considered as parameters to analyze the shear capacity of the wide beam. Seven specimens were manufactured and tested. Test results showed that the shear strength increased and the shear crack angle closed to 45o as the transverse spacing of shear reinforcement decreased. In this study, the shear strength equation was proposed to consider the transverse spacing for design of wide beam by performing regression analysis. The comparison between the test results and shear strength by the proposed equation generally shows good agreement.

      • 뇌졸중 환자에서 이중 과제로서의 산술 과제 난이도가 보행에 미치는 영향

        Many daily activities require people to complete a motor task while walking. Substantial gait decrements during simultaneous attention to a variety of cognitive tasks have been shown by a group of severely injured neurological patients of mixed etiology. And previous studies have shown that the attentional load of a walking-associated task increased with its level of difficulty. The purpose of this study was to analyze subjects’ gait changes are affected by the effects of arithmetic task difficulty and performance level. Participants performed a walking task alone, three different Arithmetic tasks while seated, and among them, two kinds of the simillar Arithmetic tasks in combination with walking. Reaction time and accuracy were recorded for two of the Arithmetic tasks. The mean values of the gait were measured using a Timed Up and Go test among 11 with post-stroke patients while walking with and without forward counting (WFC) and backward counting(WBC).There was significant Arithmetic Task Difficulty level between the 10-forward counting task condition(FC) and the 10-backward counting task condition(BC)(p=0.008). The mean values of T.U.G time were significantly higher under backward counting dual-task condition than during a simple walking task(p=0.009) and WFC(p=0.009). The change in T.U.G time during WFC was higher when compared with the change during a simple walking, but there was no significant difference (p=0.246). This study suggesting that a high interference could be linked with a high level of difficulty, whereas adaptive task enabled participants to perfectly share their attention between two concurrent tasks. Future research should determine whether dual task training can reduce gait decrements in dual task situations in people after stroke. And the dual-task-based exercise program is feasible and beneficial for improving walking ability in subjects with stroke. .

        한국 베트남 투자기업의 조직몰입도 결정요인

        한국기업의 글로벌화가 고도화되는 가운데, 베트남에 대한 한국기업의 해외투자가 증가하고 있다. 베트남 시장의 중요도와 투자매력도에도 불구하고, 한국기업의 현지공장에서는 베트남 근로자의 임금인상 요구나 불법파업이 빈번하게 발생하여 해외투자사업의 성패가 엇갈리는 실정이다. 또한 외국계기업의 베트남진출이 가속화되면서 현지진출 한국기업의 인력확보난이 심각한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 베트남에 진출한 한국기업들이 경쟁우위를 창출하고 유지하기 위해서는 현지인력에 대한 효과적인 인적자원관리방안을 마련하고 실행하는 것이 시급한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이 논문은 한국기업의 현지인력관리에 필요한 전략적 방안을 도출하기 위해, 베트남 투자기업을 대상으로 현지종업원의 조직몰입도에 영향을 주는 핵심요인을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 종업원의 조직몰입도는 종업원의 조직에 대한 심리적인 애착 또는 태도를 나타내주는 지표로서 종업원의 성과, 나아가서 기업의 성과와 밀접한 연관이 있다. 따라서 종업원을 만족시켜 고용을 유지하고 성과를 향상시켜야 하는 기업의 입장에서 조직몰입에 대한 연구는 중요하다고 하겠다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 베트남은 유교권국가로 집단주의적 성향을 가지고 있으며 상호협력성을 중시하는 문화기반의 유사성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 베트남문화성향을 반영한 배려적 리더십과 클랜 조직문화성향이 베트남에 진출해 있는 한국기업들이 인적자원관리를 하는데 중요시해야할 요소이다. 한국의 대 베트남투자패턴이 전통적인 중소형 노동집약적 산업에서 대형서비스업종으로 전환됨에 따라 양질의 인력을 관리해야 하는데 있어서 베트남의 문화적 요소를 고려해 이에 적합한 리더십과 조직문화성향을 가지게 될 때 인적자원관리에서 좋은 성과를 가져올 수 있을 것이라 판단된다. With an increasing importance of Vietnam as a host country for foreign direct investment, it is suggested that Korean firms are needed to strengthen their competitive advantage through strategic human resource management to obtain and sustain skillfil and loyal workforce in Vietnam. This study examines how organizational characteristics associated with consideration leadership, clan organizational culture, job satisfaction, and individual characteristics affect affective commitment of Vietnam employees of Korean firms. Questionnaires were distributed to 152 Korean manufacturing firms. Significant findings are : (1) consideration leadership and clan organizational culture are positively related to affective commitment, (2) affective commitment are not influenced by job satisfaction and individual characteristics, and (3) affective commitment have a positive effect on job performance. In sum, consideration leadership and clan organizational culture was associated with affective commitment and affective commitment was associated with job performance. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

        Relationship between Premorbid Personality and Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms in Dementia in Korean Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease

        Objective:We performed a cross-sectional study to examine the relationship between premorbid personality and behavioral and psychological symptoms in dementia (BPSD) in Korean patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Methods:We assessed 103 patients diagnosed with AD for the presence of BPSD over the disease course by using the caregiver-rated Korean version of the Neuropsychiatric Inventory (K-NPI) and for the premorbid personality by using a retrospective version of the NEO-Five Factor Inventory questionnaire completed by informants. Results:Premorbid neuroticism was significantly correlated with delusion, agitation, anxiety, disinhibition, total K-NPI score (p<0.05), and sleep disturbances (p<0.01). Lower premorbid conscientiousness was significantly correlated with symptoms of hallucinations and sleep disturbances in AD patients (p<0.05). However, premorbid neuroticism and low premorbid conscientiousness did not act as independent predictors for “psychosis, hyperactivity,” or “moods, apathy, frontal” factors of BPSD. Conclusion:Premorbid personality was associated with the K-NPI score, but was not observed to be potential predictors of BPSD.

        철근콘크리트 플랫 플레이트의 뚫림전단 거동에 관한 해석적 연구

        본 논문에서는 플랫 플레이트 구조의 뚫림전단 거동을 평가할 수 있는 유한요소해석 모델을 제시하고 변수 해석을 통해 플랫 플레이트 구조의 뚫림전단 거동에 영향을 미치는 인자들을 파악함으로써 향후 현행 설계식 보정에 있어 기초자료를 제공함에 그 목적을 두었다. 전단변형을 고려하기 위해 Reissner-Mindlin 가정이 도입된 퇴화 쉘 요소를 선택하였으며, 철근콘크리트의 재료적 비선형 거동을 고려하기 위해 적층쉘 개념을 적용한 유한요소해석 모델을 제시하였다. 유한요소해석 모델의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 기존 실험결과와 비교하였으며, 그 결과 유한요소해석 모델이 실험결과를 비교적 잘 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 제시한 유한요소해석 모델을 사용한 변수해석을 통해 휨 철근비와 슬래브의 두께가 증가할수록 플랫 플레이트의 전단강도 또한 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. A finite element model for punching shear of flat plate structures is presented. A parametric study also has been conducted to verification of influence of several parameters in terms of the flexural reinforcement ratio, slab thickness. Reisnner-Mindlin assumptions are adopted to consider of shear deformation. Layered shell element is considered for the material non-linearities. The finite element model of this study was verified comparing with existing experimental results. The model is able to predict the capacity of the flat plate structures. The punching shear of flat plate structures varied depending on the flexural reinforcement ratio, slab thickness.

        Objective : This article is a part of the Korean Medication Algorithm Project for Panic Disorder, which aims to build consensus regarding the diagnosis, treatment response and achievement of clinical remission for patients with panic disorder in Korea. Methods : The questionnaire used in this article had parts : 1) diagnosis, 2) treatment response, and 3) remission for patients with panic disorder. The questionnaire was completed by each of 54 Korean psychiatrists who had much experience in treating patients with panic disorder. We classified the experts' opinions into 3 categories (first-line, second-line, and third-line) using the ${\chi}^2$-test. Results : Five factors were considered in this research : panic attack, anticipatory anxiety, phobic avoidance, severity of illness, and psychosocial disability. Most reviewers agreed that the presence of a panic attack was the most important factor in the diagnosis of patients with panic disorder. Phobic avoidance was included in the first-line category, whereas the severity of illness and psychosocial disability were included in the second-line category. Most reviewers also agreed that the presence of a panic attack was the most important factor in determining the appropriate treatment response, and it was included in the first-line category along with several other items. To determine remission status, the patients' scores on tests pertaining to the severity of panic attack, anticipatory anxiety, phobic avoidance, severity of illness and psychosocial disability should be less than 3.0-3.3 on a 9-point Likert scale. Conclusion : We suggest useful information for making a diagnosisof panic disorder, determining the appropriate treatment response and identifying remission in panic disorder patients on the basis of the results of a nationwide survey of experts in Korea.

        서스펜션 플라즈마 스프레이 코팅법을 이용한 이트리아 코팅막 제조와 특성

        The suspension plasma spraying is a modification of conventional plasma spray techniques that has been developed to overcome the challenge of using fine particles in plasma spray processes. In this study, microstructure developments and mechanical property of yttrium oxide (Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>) coatings prepared by the suspension plasma spray coating technique have been investigated to determine the effect of processing parameters including plasma gun current and total gas flow. The results showed that a highly dense Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> coating having low porosity of 0.2 vol% without any lamellar structures can be achieved at the optimum condition of gun current 200 A and total gas flow 220 L/min. 서스펜션 플라즈마 스프레이 법은 미세한 분말을 용사 공정에 적용함으로써 전통적인 플라즈마 스프레이 법의 단점을 극복하고자 개발된 코팅법이다. 본 연구에서는 고밀도의 Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 코팅막을 제조하기 위해 서스펜션 플라즈마 스프레이법을 이용하여 플라즈마 건의 전류량과 총 가스 유량을 공정변수로 하여 코팅막을 제조하였으며, 그에 따른 코팅막 특성에 대한 연구를 하였다. 코팅막의 미세구조 및 물리적 특성 평가 결과 플라즈마 건 전류량 200 A, 총 가스 유량 220 L/min의 조건에서 층상 결함 없이 0.2 vol%의 매우 낮은 기공률을 갖는 고밀도의 Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 코팅막을 제조할 수 있었다.

        포스트텐션 정착구역에서의 파열력 산정식 비교 분석

        For evaluating equations of bursting force in different codes, comparative study of the formulas was conducted. Because the equations does not consider variables such as shape of anchorages, angle of tendons, and eccentricity, a relation between the bursting forces and the variables has to be analyzed. In this paper, therefore, a comparative analysis of bursting forces computed by equations in the codes and finite element analysis was performed. As a result, it could be figured out that bursting force equations in the local zone were determined by coefficient k.
