자궁경부상피암 세포주에 있어서 항암제의 감수성검사 및 형태학적 변화에 관한 연구

저자들은 1988년 2월부터 9월까지 순천향의대 산부인과에서 계대 배양되고 있는 자궁경부상 피암 세포주를 이용한 실험을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론은 얻었다. 1. 본 실험에 사용된 약제들의 효율성은 농도와 작용시간 양자에 의존하고 있고, 저농도 단 시간 작용시는 암세포가 다소간의 감수성을 나타내지만 시간이 흐름에 따라 점차 증식능력 을 회복하였다. 이 실험에 사용된 약제중 SKG IIIa IIIb 의 감수성이 제일 높은 긋은 bleomycin이었고, 다음으로 cis-platin이었다. 단일 약제와는 달리 복합 약제투여시는 저농도, 단시간 처리에도 최소한 증식이 억제되거나 감소되는 결과를 얻었다. 2. 정상기에 다다른 세포주의 약제감수성을 중식기의 세포주의 약제감수성과는 다른 결과를 얻어 세포주의 상태에 따른 약제감수성의 차이를 알 수 있었다. 3. 형태학적 변화는 약제간의 같은 농도 작용시 커다란 차이를 보이지 않고, 단일 약제에서 투여농도와 작용시간에 따른 형태학적 변화의 차이가 잇었다. 특, 투여농도가 높아지거나 작 용시간이 길어지면 형태학적 변화도 심해졌다. 실험에 사용된 약제 중 가장 심한 변화를 보 인 약제는 cis-platin이었다. The effects of antitumor durgs and interferons to the cell liens of malignant cervical carcinima were tested as a prior step in order to perform human tumor stem cell assay (HTSCA) to the gynecological malignant tumor patients The result of regrowth assay and colony forming assay were similar and the drug sensitivity and morphological changes wer dependents on the concentration of durgs and exposure tiem of drugs. 1. Drug sensitivity of cell lines in growth stage. a. regrowth assay The sensitivity of SKG IIIa was gradually increaed in order of vinblastin cis-platin and bleomycin. The sensitivity of SKG IIIb was gradually increaed in order of cis-platin vinblastin and bleomycin. b. Colony forming assay. The sensitivity of SKG IIIa was gradually increased in order of vinblastin cis-platin and bleomycin . The sensitivity of SKG IIIb was gradually increased in order of cisplatin vinblastin and bleomycin. 2. Drug sensitivity of cell lines in static stage. The sensitivity of SKG IIIa was graudally increased in order of bleomycin vinblastin and cisplatin. The sensitivity of SKG IIIb was gradually increased in order of bleomycin vinblastin and cisplatin. 3. Drug sensitivity of cell lines in respect of morphological change. morphological changes were dependent upon the kind of drugs, concentration of drugs and duration of exposure to drug.
마키베리(Aristotelia chilensis)와 포도(Vitis labruscana B.) 혼합 추출물의 모발염색 효과

Synergistic effect of mixing extracts of maquiberries and grapes in hair dyeing process was investigated. The chromaticity and color change dependent on dyeing duration and pH change at a dyeing temperature of 40℃ was observed at 540 nm, the maximum absorption wavelength of anthocyanin. FeSO<sub>4</sub>, AlK(SO<sub>4</sub>)<sub>2</sub>, CuSO<sub>4</sub>, Co(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub> was used as a mordants, and the mordants was used to measure the mordanting effect and colorfastness of hair after dyeing treatment. The K/S value of mixed extracts of maquiberries and grapes was 16.761-18.765, and as the dyeing time increased, the K/S value also increased. The a* value was 13.998-16.954, and as the duration of dyeing time increased, the a* value of red, the intrinsic color of anthocyanin increased. It appears that as the maquiberry and grape extracts becomes mixed, different metal ions that work as mordants in the mixed extract and increased the fixing effect and resulted in a synergistic effect. Anthocyanin pigment of mixed extract of maquiberries and grapes had a relatively highest K/S value of 56.389 and a* value of 5.136 at a pH of 3 and showed a dark red color. Fixing the mixed extract of maquiberries and grapes with FeSO<sub>4</sub> resulted in a black color with a hint of dark violet, indicating that dyeing of grey hair with black hair color is possible. AlK(SO<sub>4</sub>)<sub>2</sub> showed a dark red color, and CuSO<sub>4</sub> showed a dark violet color. Co(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub> showed a bright red color. K/S value of colorfastness of mixed extract of maquiberries and grapes was 48.500-58.108, and it appears that there was a greater synergistic effect than just using maquiberry and grape skin separately. Further research showed that K/S value and a* value of anthocyanin, a natural pigment of mixed extracts of maquiberries and grapes, increased compared to just using maquiberries and grapes independently. Using mordants allows implementation of various colors and improves colorfastness, so it is possible to expect improvement in effectiveness of hair dyeing treatment through these qualities.
