천식 아동 간호에 대한 가상현실 시뮬레이션과 블렌디드 시뮬레이션 교육 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a virtual reality simulation and a blended simulation on nursing care for children with asthma through an evaluation of critical thinking, problem-solving processes, and clinical performance in both education groups before and after the educational intervention. Methods: The participants were 48 nursing students. The experimental group (n=22) received a blended simulation, combining a virtual reality simulation and a high-fidelity simulation, while the control group (n=26) received only a virtual reality simulation. Data were collected from February 25 to 28, 2019 and analyzed using SPSS version 25 for Windows. Results: The pretest and posttest results of each group showed statistically significant improvements in critical thinking, problem-solving processes, and clinical performance. In a comparison of the resultsof the two education groups, the only statistically significant difference was found for critical thinking. Conclusion: Simulationbased education in child nursing has continued to involve high-fidelity simulations that are currently run in many programs. However, incorporating a new type of blended simulation, combining a virtual reality simulation and a high-fidelity simulation, into the nursing curriculum may contribute to the further development of nursing education.
위암 수술 후 간호에 대한 Debriefing for Meaningful 적용 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과

Purpose : Debriefing is essential for the simulation practice, but the educational varies depending on the debriefing guide. The purpose of this study is to present the effects of attempting debriefing for meaningful learning (DML) for the simulation practice on the critical thinking disposition, problem-solving processes, learning self-efficacy and debriefing experience scale. Methods : This study is based on the single group pre-post test experimental design study, with 58 fourth graders of nursing students were targeted. The application of DML for the simulation practice was conducted for 7 weeks on the subject of nursing care after gastric cancer surgery was completed from May 8 to June 16, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 through the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and paired t-test. Results : After DML, the results present that there were significant differences in the problem-solving processes(t=-2.79, p=.007) and learning self-efficacy(t=-3.90, p<.001), while the critical thinking disposition(t=-1.61, p=.111) demonstrated no significant differences. Conclusion : In the simulation-based education, debriefing with DML can be used as an effective strategy, and the comparative and repetitive studies using other debriefing will be needed in the future.
IB 교육과정 접근법에 따른 PYP 통합 수업 구성 방안 사례 연구 : 국내 국제학교 학습자를 대상으로

This study explored ways to organize PYP classes in IB curriculum that integrated content-oriented education and genre-oriented education in Korean language classes for domestic international school learners. For students learning Korean with the aim of bilingual and multilingual acquisition, we looked at how PYP in the IB curriculum conducts integrated language classes by integrating content and genre. As a theoretical background, the approach to teaching and learning in the IB curriculum and integrated PYP language classes were mentioned. In addition, in a series of classes from planning to evaluating classes in PYP, a class plan was presented that considered how it can be applied to our educational field through actual examples of content-oriented education and language classes in genre-oriented education. Through this, this study explored the possibility of IBPYP's actual application to our educational field and furthermore, what implications it has for bilingual students through the PYP class plan integrated with the national curriculum. In particular, it was intended to serve as an opportunity to reconsider our actual educational field by examining the class proposal through the reorganization of the two national curriculum and PYP curriculum. Furthermore, it was intended to help explore educational methods for guiding bilingual and multilingual international school students in Korea, a multicultural society, as well as to find ways to integrate content and genre writing education and devise classes for students aiming for academic purposes. 본 연구는 국내 국제학교 학습자를 대상으로 한 한국어 수업에서 내용 중심 교육과장르 중심 교육을 통합한 IB 교육 과정의 PYP 수업 구성 방안에 대하여 탐색해 보았다. 이중언어 및 다중언어 습득을 목표로 한국어 학습을 하고 있는 학생들에게 IB 교육과정 내의 PYP에서는 어떠한 방식으로 내용과 장르를 통합하여 언어 통합 수업을 진행하는가에 초점을 맞추어 실제 수업을 진행하고 있는지 살펴보았다. 이론적 배경으로 IB 교육과정의 교수 및 학습의 접근법과 PYP 언어 통합수업에 대하여 언급하였다. 또한, PYP 내에서 진행되고 있는 수업의 계획에서부터 평가에 이르기까지 일련의 수업 진행에서 내용중심의 교육과 장르 중심 교육의 언어 수업의 실제 사례를 통하여 우리의 교육 현장에 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지에 대하여 고민한 수업안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해본 연구는 국정 교육과정과 통합된 PYP 수업안을 통하여 IB PYP의 우리 교육현장에의실제 적용의 가능성과 더 나아가 이중언어 학생들에게 어떠한 시사점을 주는지에 대한탐색을 하여 보았다. 특히, 국정교육과정과 PYP 두 교육과정의 재구성을 통한 수업안을 살펴봄으로써 우리의 실제 교육현장을 재고해보는 계기가 되고자 하였다. 더 나아가, 다문화 사회인 한국 내 이중언어 및 다중언어를 구사하는 국제학교 학생들의 지도를 위한 교육 방법의 탐색뿐만 아니라 학문목적의 한국어 교육을 목표로 하는 학생들을 위해 내용과 장르 쓰기교육을 어떻게 통합하고 수업을 고안해야 하는 가에 대한 방안을 모색하는데 도움이 되고자 하였다.
중도입국 청소년의 학습 동기, 불안 및 문화적응 간의 상관관계 연구

This study investigated the correlations among L2 academic motivation, language anxiety, and acculturation of immigrant adolescents. Gardner(1885)’s AMTB, Horwitz et el.(1986)’s FLCAS, Barry(2001)’s EAAM, and Unger et al.(2002)’s AHIMSA scale were employed to implement the surveys on 77 immigrant adolescents in a high school. To analyse the data, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and t test were applied. The study found out that (1) the immigrant adolescents who had a tendency of integration in acculturation had higher academic motivation; (2) separation and marginalization were positively correlated with language anxiety; (3) the shorter the immigrant adolescents stayed in Korea and studied Korean language, the higher their academic motivation were; (4) the Vietnamese learners’ academic motivation was higher than the Chinese learners’ one.
