휨 및 비틀림 거동 및 전단변형 효과를 고려한 차량-현수교의 동적 상호작용 해석

본 저자의 이전연구(김문영 등, 2004)에서는 2차원 차량 모형과 전단변형 및 회전관성 효과가 고려된 현수교요소와의 상호작용을 고려한 2차원 수직응답에 대한 동적해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 전단변형 효과와 편심차량의 효과를 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 전단변형 및 회전관성 효과가 고려된 3차원 현수교의 수직, 비틂에 대한 고유진동수와 모드형상, 그리고 교량-차량 에너지로부터 라그랑지안식을 이용하여 상호작용을 고려할 수 있는 3차원 운동방정식을 유도한다. 이후 모드중칩법을 이용하여 유도된 운동방정식을 Newmark method를 사용하여 동적해석을 수행한다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 제시한 이론을 따라 수치해석예제를 수행하여 차량의 동적거동을 분석한다. In the previous study(Kim 등, 2004), the finite element method was used for the vortical vibration analysis of suspension bridge with the effects of the shear deformation and the rotary inertia under moving load considering the bridge-vehicle interaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of an eccentric vehicle and shear deformation. So we firstly performs the eigenvalue analysis for the free vortical and the torsional vibration of suspension bridges using FEM analysis. Next the equations of motion considering interaction between suspension bridges and vehicles/trains are derived using the mode superposition method. And then dynamic analysis was performed using the Newmark method. Finally through the numerical examples, the dynamic responses of bridges are investigated according to the proposed procedure.

We have been testing familial relationships based on short tandem repeats (STRs) in families who requested it either voluntarily or by order of the court Here, we present a summary of our 5-year experience of autosomal STRbased paternity tests. A total of 1,431 individuals from 588 cases were tested, including 878 pairs of either of the parent, and a child. Among these 588 cases, genetic information about the other parent was available only for 135 cases. Five hundred eighteen pairs were concluded to be parent-child relations, for which the median paternity index (PI) was 72,826, and the median decimal logarithm was 4.860. Autosomal mutation was observed in nine pairs (1.74%), and the pairs harbored only one mismatched locus among the 15 standard loci (D8S1179, D21S11, D7S820, CSF1PO, D3S1358, TH01, D13S317, D16S539, D2S1338, D19S433, vWA, TPOX, D18S51, D5S818, and FGA). The number of mismatched loci did not increase even after additional loci were included in the study. The observed mutation rates were D13S317 (0.193%), D18S51 (0.193%), D19S433 (0.193%), FGA (0.193%), vWA (0.386%), Penta D (0.387%), and Penta E (0.193%). There were 14 pairs with two mismatched loci, which we excluded through additional tests on either autosomal or X chromosomal STRs, and mitochondrial sequencing. Although PI is useful for determining parentchild relation, it provides indirect information; it is an interpretation of the test results that is based on probability. Additional genotyping on sex chromosome and mitochondrial DNA, or participation of other family members might be beneficial for a reliable conclusion.

In some cases, it is difficult to determine a single cause of death even after conducting full autopsy and additional tests. A 49-year-old man, reportedly having diabetes mellitus, was found unconscious by his mother and revealed to be dead. He had several contusions all over his body, including the right periocular area, but they did not appear fatal. A focal area of polymicrogyria and cortical dysplasia was found on the right preoccipital notch, accompanied with dystrophic calcification and leptomeningeal angiomatosis. These findings were considered indicative of Sturge-Weber syndrome, a rare neurocutaneous disorder, of atypical type without facial lesions. Blood level of β-hydroxybutyrate was 859 μg/mL, implying that he also had diabetic ketoacidosis. His ketoacidosis may not have been corrected appropriately because of status epilepticus in association with brain lesion, resulting in his death, but neither direct evidence nor statement was obtained. In cases with several apparent causes of death, the examiner’s assumption should be based not on imagination but on evidence, and logic should not be overlooked. It is more helpful for the investigators or the bereaved to obtain more detailed information rather than come to a hasty conclusion.
