        매일형 숲유치원 교사가 경험하는 현장에서의 어려움과 보람

        This study aimed to understand the situation of teachers in everyday forest kindergartens by analyzing their difficulties and joys using a qualitative research method. The study also endeavored to explore how forest kindergartens may be promoted in Korea. Data were collected from 11 teachers working in forest kindergartens and nurseries, using in-depth interviews, group interviews, journal analysis, and videos transcriptions. Teachers reported the following difficulties: lack of knowledge about forests, inappropriate ratios between teachers and children, likelihood of accidents, the need to provide care and apply the Nuri Curriculum, lack of parents' recognition about the importance of forests. In contrast, teachers felt a sense of joy when they sensed a positive change in children. Children experienced the following benefits: being free from an enclosed place through the forest activities, increased creativity and problem-solving abilities, forming pro-social peer relationships, having a healthy body. 본 연구는 매일형 숲유치원에서 근무하는 교사의 어려움과 보람에 관한 연구로 실제 유아와 숲에서 매일 생활하는 교사에게 질적으로 접근해 숲 유치원에서 교사의 어려움은 어떤 것이며 어려움 속에서 교사가 찾을 수 있는 보람은 무엇인지를 분석함으로써 숲 교사를 이해하고 우리나라 숲 유치원 활성화를 도울 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 어린이집과 유치원에서 숲 교사로 근무하는 11명을 대상으로 심층면담, 집단면담, 교사저널, 동영상전사 등을 실시 후 이를 토대로 분석하였다. 그 결과 숲 교사들은 숲 지식의 부족, 교사 대 유아 비율, 안전사고의 위험, 보육과정과 누리과정의 숲 현장 적용, 부모의 인식 등에서 어려움을 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 유아는 숲 활동을 통해 특별활동과 닫힌 공간에서의 자유, 문제해결력과 창의력의 확장, 친사회적 또래관계 형성, 몸이 건강해 질 때 등으로 긍정적인 변화를 경험하게 되는데, 숲 교사들은 유아들의 이런 변화를 경험할 때 보람을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다.

      • 혈소판유래성장인자-BB가 MC3T3-E1 세포의 성장과 분화과정에서 제Ⅰ형 교원질과 osteopontin mRNA의 발현에 미치는 영향

        Bone remodeling results from the combined process of bone resorption and new bone formation which is regulated in part by some of the polypeptide growth factors such as platelet derived growth factor(PDGF), which has been known to be an important local regulator gene expression of several bone matrix proteins such as type I collagen and osteopontin, a 44 kDa phosphorylated glycoprotein, which has important roles in bone formation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of PDGF-BB on the mRNA expression of bone matrix protein, type I collafen and osteopontin, in MC3T3-E1 cell culture. Cells were seeded at 5×10^5 cells in 10 ml of minimum essential medium alpha(α-MEM) containing 10% fetal bovine serum, 10 mM beta glycerophosphate. 0.1, 1, 10ng/ml PDGF-BB were added to the cells for the day 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 and cultured for 24 hours. Type I collagen cDNA, Hf677, and osteppontin cDNA were used as probes for northern blot analysis. Total cellular RNA was purified at indicated day and northern blot analysis was performed.

        가정전문간호사의 의사소통 유형에 따른 주돌봄자의 자기효능감과 스트레스 대처방식

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the difference between primary caregivers' self-efficacy and coping strategy according to the communication styles of home care nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 123 primary caregivers of patients who were registered at a home care nursing center in D city and who had been receiving home care for more than 3 months from January 1 to February 27, 2018. The questionnaire included items on communication style, self-efficacy, and stress coping strategy. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA. Results: Regarding primary caregivers' self–efficacy in terms of communication style, the caregivers showed higher efficacy in providing informative and friendly communication (F=14.07, p=.001). Regarding home care nurses’ communication style and the stress coping strategy of the primary caregivers, the informative-friendly communication style was adopted the most for the problem-solving coping strategy (F=7.17, p=.001). Regarding the social support-seeking coping, home care nurses' friendly communication style was the most adopted (F=4.40, p=.014). Conclusion: This study suggests that home care nurses will plan to provide informative and friendly communication–oriented nursing care, and to improve self-efficacy and positively influence the coping method by using the communication styles appropriate to the state of the primary caregiver.

      • 참부모신학으로 본 생태적 인간에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 참부모신학에서의 생태적 인간의 의미를 고찰하는 것이다. 이러한 연구의 배경에는 오늘날 우리 삶에서 경험하는 자연재해, 기후변화와 같은 위기와 더불어 참부모님의 말씀과 삶에서 자연을 사랑하고 보호하고자 한 노력에 있다. 참어머님은 우리 공동체와 구성원에게 지구를 살려야 할 책임이 있다고 강조한다. 이러한 말씀에 따라 생태주제에 관심하고 다양한 분야에서 연구하고 실천해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구의 기초적 작업으로서 인간 중심주의에서 생태중심주의로의 패러다임의 변화가 이루어졌을 때, 인간을 이해하는 틀의 변화 가 이루어지면서 등장한 개념인 ‘생태적 인간’에 주목한다. 생태문제의 해결을 위해서는 반드시 생태적 인간으로의 변화가 필요하다는 내용에 동의한다. 지구환경의 위기를 일으킨 배경을 살펴보고, 이를 극복하기 위해서 생태담론에서 주장한 내용을 살펴본다. 그리고 참부모신학의 생태적 인간의 토대를 3대축복과 참부모님의 삶에서 찾고, 참부모신학의 생태적 인간의 특징을 고찰할 것이다. 참부모신학이 지구환경의 위기 배경을 어떻게 극복하고 기존의 생태담론을 어떻게 포괄하고 차이가 있는지 알아보았다. 또한 본 연구로 계기로 자신의 삶을 반성하고, 참부모님을 닮아 생태적 인간의 모습으로 변화하길 기대한다. This study examines the meaning of ecological humanity in True Parents' theology. The context for this study is the crises we experience in our lives today, such as natural disasters and climate change, as well as True Parents' commitment to loving and protecting nature in their words and lives. True Mother emphasizes that our community and its members have a responsibility to save the earth. In accordance with these words, we should be interested in ecological topics and study and practice in various fields. In this study, we focus on the ecological human as the basis for such research because it is a concept that emerged as a result of the paradigm shift from anthropocentrism to ecocentrism, a shift in the framework for understanding human beings. We reflect on the fact that current ecological problems are caused by humans and agree that a change to ecological humans is necessary to solve ecological problems. I will examine the background of the global environmental crisis and what ecological discourse advocates to overcome it. The ecological human foundation of True Parents' theology is found in the Three Blessings and the lives of True Parents, and the ecological human features of True Parents' theology are examined. We will explore how True Parents' theology overcomes the background of the global environmental crisis and how it encompasses and differs from existing ecological discourses. It is hoped that this study will inspire you to reflect on your own life and to become a more ecological human being tomorrow than you were yesterday by resembling True Parents.

        MC3T3-E1 세포의 골기질 단백질 발현에 대한 혈소판유래성장인자-BB의 효과

This process includes strictly regulated gene expression of several bone matrix proteins such as type I collagen and osteopontin, a 44 kDa phosphorylated glycoprotein, which has important roles in bone formation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effecs of PDGF-BB on the mRNA expression of bone matrix protein, type I collagen and osteopontin, in MC3T3- E1 cell culture. Cells were seeded at $5{\times}10^5$ cells in 10 ml of minimum essential medium alpha(${\alpha}-MEM$) containig 10% fetal bovine serum, 10 mM beta glycerophosphate. 0.1, 1, 10 ng/ml PDGF-BB were added to the cells for the day 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 and cultured for 24 hours. Type I collagen cDNA, Hf677, and osteopontin cDNA were used as probes for northern blot analysis. Total cellular RNA was purified at indicated day and northern blot analysis was performed. The results were as follows : Type I collagen mRNA expressions were higher at the day 3 and 7, and lower in the day 14, 21 in the control groups. In the experimental groups, mRNA expressions were increased when 0.1 ng/ml PDGF-BB were added on the day 3, 7, 21, and decreased in dose-dependent manner on the day 14, decreased at all added dose on the day 28. Osteopontin mRNA expressions were highest in the day 21 groups and lowest in the day 14 groups in the control groups. Interesting results were shown in the day 14 and 21 groups. We found that osteopontin mRNA level was increased in dose dependent manner in the day 14 groups, and decreased dose dependent manner in the day 21 groups. In conclusion, PDGF-BB may have various control effects on type I mRNA expression in the growth and differentiation process of MC3T3-E1 cells and may have contrary regulatory effects on osteopontin mRNA expression. For examples, when the baseline level of osteopontin mRNA was low, as in the day 14, PDGF-BB up-regulated osteopontin mRNA expression in dose dependent manner, and when the baseline level was high as in the day 21, PDGF-BB down-regulated dose dependent manner. Thus, it may be useful for clinical application in periodontal regeneration procedure if further study were performed.

        논과 밭 토양의 메탄생성과 메탄생성세균의 군집 비교

        여름과 가을의 논과 밭 토양의 토양성분과 메탄 생성, 메탄 생성세균의 분포, 그리고 메탄생성세균의 군집구조를 조사하였다. 토양성분을 분석한 결과, 전체적으로 계절에 따라 큰 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 메탄생성세균의 분포조사에서 밭 토양보다 유기농법과 무농약농법을 사용하는 논 토양에 메탄생성세균이 더 많이 존재하였고, 수소와 포름산을 이용하는 메탄생성세균에 비해 아세트산을 이용하는 메탄생성세균 수는 상대적으로 적은 것으로 확인되었다. 메탄생성 실험에서 아세트산을 첨가한 경우 배양 2주까지 메탄생성이 증가되었고, 포름산과 수소를 첨가한 경우 배양 7주까지 메탄생성 양이 증가되었다. mcrA 유전자를 이용한 계통학적 분석에서 논에는 다양한 메탄 생성세균의 cluster가 분포하는 반면, 밭에는 일부 cluster에 집중되어 분포함을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the soil compositions, methane production, the number of methanogens, and the community structure of methanogens in rice paddy soils and dry field farming soils in the summer and autumn seasons. As a result of the analysis of soil compositions, any regular tendency to increase or decrease has not been found in most soil samples due to the change of seasons. It has also been found that more methanogens exist in the rice paddy soil that utilize organic farming practices and emptiness farming practices than in the dry field farming soil. The fewer numbers of methanogens utilizing the acetate have been found than those of the methanogens utilizing the hydrogen or the formate. In an experiment of methane production, the methanes increased for two weeks when the acetate was added, but they continued to increase for seven weeks more when the formate and the hydrogen were added. In the phylogenetic analysis using the mcrA gene, the methanogens had diverse clusters in the rice paddy soil, whereas the methanogens were concentrated only in a few clusters in the dry field farming soil.

        In this study, various ventilation systems differing in supply and exhaust locations were investigated by experiment and numerical simulation. Main objective of this work is to study the effect of supply and return locations on both air distribution and ventilation efficiency. Experiments were done to validate the numerical simulation results. Since the results of both experiment and numerical simulation are in good agreement, the numerical simulation method can be justified in predicting the CO₂ concentration behavior. For circular supply and exhaust diffusers, Case 5 showed the best ventilation performance. For line diffusers, Case 9 showed better performance than Case 8.

        Effect of angle of supply air on cooling and heating performances of office space is studied by numerical simulation. For a constant air volume(CAV) air-conditioning system, air is supplied vertically(90°) and horizontally(10°). Due to buoyancy, the supply angle affects the performance of cooling and heating. In cooling, since the cold supply air tends to move downward due to its high density, horizontal supply angle is better for uniform temperature distribution. In heating, however, vertical supply angle is preferred for better mean and uniform temperature distribution.
