중고령자의 디지털기기 접근성과 노화 태도와의 관계: 디지털 기술활용도와 온라인 건강정보 추구행위의 다중 매개효과 검증

본 연구는 중고령자의 디지털기기 접근성과 노화 태도 간 관계에 대해 디지털 기술활용과 온라인 건강정보 추구행위의 다중 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 경희대학교에서 조사한 「2019년 한국 중・고령자 기술수용도 조사」자료를 활용하였으며, 만 55세 이상 중고령자 500명을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 빈도분석 및 기술 분석을 실시하였고, SPSS 응용프로그램인 SPSS Macro Process v.2.16.3을 활용하여 다중매개효과를 검증하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 매개효과 확인은 붓스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 활용하여 매개효과 유의성 검증을 통해 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 중고령자의 디지털기기 접근성은 디지털 기술 활용에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 디지털기술 활용과 온라인 건강정보 추구행위는 디지털기기 접근성과 노화 태도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 중고령자의 긍정적 노화 태도를 위해 디지털기기와 관련된 물리적 환경 구축, 적절한 건강정보 추구행위를 위한 건강정보이해능력(Health Literacy)프로그램 등을 고려할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. In this study, the multi-mediated regression was conducted with digital technology utilization and online health information seeking on the relationship between digital device accessibility and aging attitudes of middle-aged and older adults. We analyzed the ‘2019 Korean Middle and Elderly Technology Acceptance Survey’ by Kyunghee University. We analyzed data of 500 people over 55 years old with frequency analysis, and descriptive analysis using SPSS 25.0, and multi-mediated regression using SPSS Macro Process v.2.16.3. Also, the confirmation of the mediating effect in this study conducted the significance of the mediating effect using bootstrapping. As a result of multi-mediated regression, it was found that the digital device accessibility of middle-aged and older adults had a significant relationship with digital technology utilization. Also, digital technology utilization and online health information seeking mediate the relationship between digital device accessibility and aging attitudes. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the establishment of a physical environment related to digital devices and the Health Literacy program for positive aging attitudes of middle-aged and older adults.

중・고령자의 디지털 정보 활용 유형과 삶의 만족에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중・고령자의 디지털 정보활용 유형과 그 집단의 특성을 파악하고, 하위 집단별 유형이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국정보화진흥원의 ‘2017 디지털 정보격차 실태조사’자료를 활용하였다. 총 1,494명의 자료를 남성과 여성 집단으로 구분 후 정보활용 유형 분석을 위한 잠재 프로파일분석(Latent Profile Analysis)과, 각 하위 집단 유형이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 검증을 위한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 남성 응답자와 여성 응답자의 정보활용 이용유형은 각각 3가지 유형으로 유형화되었다. 각 하위 유형이 중고령자의 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 남녀 중・고령자 모두 적극적 정보활용 유형이 삶에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 중・고령자의 삶의 안녕과 만족 향상을 위한 디지털 및 인터넷 활용의 실천적 개입방안 및 정책적 함의를 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the types of digital information utilization of middle-aged and the elderly and the characteristics of the group, and to examine the effects of subgroup types on life satisfaction. To achieve this, the Korea Digital Information Agency"s "2017 The Report on the Digital Divide" was used. A total of 1,494 data were divided into male and female groups, and performed Latent Profile Analysis for investigating the type of information utilization, and multiple regression analysis to verify the effect of each subgroup type on life satisfaction. The main results are following; the information literacy types of male and female respondents were turned out three sub-groups. As a result of analyzing the effect of each subtype on the life satisfaction of middle-aged and older people, active information literacy type positively influenced to the life satisfaction of both middle-aged and older people. Based on the results of this study, practical intervention and policy implications of the use of digital and the Internet to improve the well-being and satisfaction of the elderly are discussed.

慢性 精神分裂病에서 Penfluridol이 血淸 Prolactin 値에 미치는 影響

The experiment was aimed to study the prolactin response induced by long acting oral antipsychotics, penfluridol in 17male chronic schizophrenics^ After one week wash out period of other neuroleptics, penfluridol was administered orally with increment of 20 mg per week, and serum prolactin level was measured by the method of radioimmunoassay at the interval of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 weeks after administration of penfluridol The results are as follows : 1) After one week washout period of other neuroleplics, the mean serum prolactin level was measured as 13.9± 8.57 ng/ml. ^ The mean serum prolactin levels after administration of 20 mg, 40 mg, and 60 mg of penfluridol were 24.3± 11.89 n g/m l, 38.1 ±20.66 n g /m l, and 56.1 ±25.47 n g /m l respectively. These rapid increases of prolactin secretion were statistically significant ( P <0.005). 3) The mean serum, prolactin levels after administration of 80 mg and 100 mg of penfluridol were 63.9± 27.45 ng / ml and 69.4± 29*83 ng /m l respectively- These increases showed less higher increase than those of administration of 20 to 60 mg of penfluridol. ridoL 4) The clinical symptoms were sli^idy improved, but those were not as much as increase of serum prolactin levels. As the above results, it was known that the pen fluridol was effected serum prolactin levels for 1week.

It has been well established that health status and physical growth and development of individual are influenced by heredity and environmental conditions. The degree and way of their influencing, however, are likely to be variant according to such various conditions as day, region, nation and so on. Thus, this study was designed to investigate how and how much the environmental conditions may influence to them in childhood and youth of present Korean girl. Six hundred and two high school girls who are living in Seoul participated primarily in this study, and their longitudinal data of 4 anthropometric measures and 6 motor ability measures were collected from their health and physical fitness examination records from 6 through 17 years old. Their health status, socio-economical conditions, daily practice of physical activities and daily meal habit were surveyed by questionnaire when the subjects were junior in senior high school 1988. Then, the relationships of health status, physical growth and motor ability development as dependent variables with socio-economical conditions, daily practice of physical activities and daily meal habit as independent variables were investigated by correlation, multiple correlation and canonical correlation analysis procedures. Then, socio-economical conditions and daily practice of physical activities showed more significant contribution to their health status and physical growth and development than daily meal habit, although their degrees of contribution were not so high but significant statistically.

Since the 1980s,the process of urbanization is speeding up. The rapid development of the city will bring along the damage and threat to the historic and cultural blocks. With the continuous improvement of the economic levels and the enhancement of the culture awareness, more and more people begin topay attention to the city environment and the protection which the historic culture draws. The effect of the historic and cultural blocks in the city is not only limited to improve the material environment and the economic recovery. The protection and spread of the historic culture, the historic and cultural elements and the residents’ living as well as how to coexist with the development of the city become the standard to evaluate whether the regeneration of the historic and cultural blocks is successful.
