This study evaluated the effect of acupuncture in dogs with experimentally induced spleens pancreas and urinary bladder disease. For the spleen studys sixteen dogs were divided into four groups(each of 4 in dogs): laserfonctnreg electroacupunctnre, acupuncture and control group. Spleen disease was brought by experimentally induced spleen traumata and then treatment was done once daisy for 4 days. The acupoints used were Pi-shu and Ge-shu. The effect of acupuncture was evaluated by clinical grmptomi hematological findings and blood chemical values. Acupuncture and Iaserpunctore group revealed rotatively fast recovery compared with other sloops. For the pancreas study, sixteen dogs were divided into four groups(each of 4 in dogs): laserpuncture, electroacupuncture, acupuncture and control group. Pancreas disease was brought by experimentally induced pancreas trauma, and then treatment was done once daily for 4 days The acupoints used were Wei-shu and Pi-shu. The effect of acupuncture was evaluate6 by clinical symptom, hematological findings and blood chemical values. Laserpuncture revealed relatively frost recovery and acupuncture group revealed secondly fast recovery after treatment. For the urinary bladder study, sixteen dogs were divided into four groups(each of 4 in dogs): laserpuncture, electroacupuncture,acupuncture and control group. Spleen disease was brought by experimentally induced urinary stoner and then treatment was done once daily for 4 days. The acupuncture used were Pang Guang-shu and Shen-shu. The effect of acupuncture was evaluated by clinical symptom, hematological findings, and blood chemical values. Laserpuncture and acupuncoure group revealed relatively fast recovery compared with other groups.

소동물에서 Lasers 및 침술을 이용한 흉부질환 치료에 관한 연구

This study was performed to investigate the effect of acupuncture in dogs with experimentally induced thoracic disease. Twenty four dogs and 16 cats for the heart study, were divided into four groups(each of 6 in dogs, each of 4 in cats): laserpuncture, electroacupuncture, acupuncture and control group. Heart disease was induced by partial pericardiectomy, and then treatment was done once daily for 4 days. The acupoints used were Xin-shu and Nei-guan. The effect of acupuncture was evaluated by clinical symptom, blood chemical values, electrocardiogram(ECG) and histopathological findings. In dogs, acupuncture group revealed relatively fast recovery and laserpuncture group revealed secondly fast recovery after treatment. In catsl lasewuncture group revealed relatively fast recover and acnpuncture group reveaBed secondly fast recovery after treatment Sixteen dogs for the lung study, were divided into flour groups(each of 4) : laserpuncture, electroacupunchuf, acupuncture and control group. Lung disease was induced by partial lung lobectomy, and then treatment was done once daily for 4 days. The acupoints used were Fei-shu and Shen- zhu. The effect of acupuncture was evaluated by clinical symptoms blood chemical values and histopathological findings. Acupuncture and laserpuncture group revealed relatively fast recovery compared with other groups.

초등학교 학생의 가정학습기술의 구성요소에 대한 탐색

There has been going on a dispute about the effectiveness of homework. There were a lot of results from studying about it but researchers have been from unanimous. So for the study particularly has been performing about quantity of homework and the time of homework, parental involvement, teacher reinforcement and feedback, attitude, the kinds of homework, the grade level, sex, and so on, but no study on the effect of homework skill on homework performance(homework completion and homework quality) and achievement has been investigated. Before study on it, I felt a need to study about a definition and components of homework. For this study I looked over the study skill and the program of Byun Chang Gin, Kim Seong Hoi, Mun Su Back(1994), Jun Hoa Chun(1998), Kim Eun Ju(1998) developing through an analysis and a synthesis of study skill within and without the country, and various strategies, programs and guides connected with homework, factors influencing the effect of homework, homework style and behavior scale. Through this analysis homework skills was divided into skills for managing school materials, skills for maintaining a home study area, skills for following directions, time management skills, and self―management skills. In future, We need a study to examine that scale development of homework skills, and the extent of that homework skills correlate with the effectiveness of homework, that is homework performance and academic achievement.

말에서 흉복부의 초음파상

Ultrasonogram for kidney, spleens liver, intestine and heart was evaluated 11 Chriu horses and 14 Thoroughbred horse. The kidney was determined at both flan and both 17th intercostal spaces. The spleen was determined at the left 13-17 intercom spacer and the liver was determined at the right 7-13 intercostal space. The heart was determined at the right 4-6 intercostal space and left 3-6 intercostal space. The length, of rig kidney at the Thoroughbred horse, Thoroughbred foul, Cheju horse and Cheju foul were 16.2, 12.6, 13.1 and 11.2 mm, respectively. The width of right kidney at the Thoroughbed horse, Thorughbred foul, Cheju horse and Cheju foul were 5.4, 4.3, 4.6 and 4.2 mm, respectively. The depth of right kidney at the Thoroughbred horsed Thoroughbred foul, Cheju horse and Chrju foul were 5.2, 4.4, 4.5 and 4.3 mm, respectively. Similar ultrasonographic measurements were obtained for the left kidney, The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter at the Thoroughbred horse, Thoroughbred fouls Cheju horst and Cheju foul were 107, 83, 85 and 73 mm, respectively. The left ventricular end-systolic diameter were at the Thoroughbred horse, Thoroughbred foul, Cheiu horse and Cheiu foul were 63, 52, 53 and 45 mm, respectively. Also, the interventricular septum in end-diastole, interventricular septum in end-systoles left ventricular wall end-diastoles left ventricular wall end-systoles right ventricular end-diastole diameter, aorta and left atrium at t Thoroughbred horse, Thoroughbred foul, Chriu horse and Chriu foul were measured. Experimental renal stone and enterolith of colon were observed by ultrasonography.

비글견에서 복강 기관의 초음파상

Two Beagle dogs were examined by ultrasonography to get detailed informations about the normal size and texture of abdominal organs. Ultrasonographic examination of liver, gallbladder, stomach, duodenum, spleen, kidney and urinary bladder was performed on the abdomen in dorsal recumbency. The ultrasonographic values in this study can be used as reference for the diagnosis of changes in abdominal organs of Beagle dog.

개에서 경정맥문합술의 영향에 관한 초음파 관찰 2례

This study was performed to determine the effects of anastomosis on the internal diameter and wall thickness of jugular vein. Tro shepherd dogs were used for this experiment. In dog 1, xylazine(2 mg/kg) and ketamine(5.5 mg/kg) were injected intramuscularly for induction followed by enflurane(3%) anesthesia. In dog 2, acepromazine(0.03 mg/kg) and ketamine(5 mg/kg) were injected intravenously for induction followed by enflurane(3%) anesthesia. The dogs were heparinized(1 mg/kg) for the prevention of thrombosis. After jugular vein was exposed by incision of left cervical area, two Johns Hopkins bulldog clamps were clamped. Jugular vein was cut between two clamps, and it was reanastomosed using 5-0 silk. Ultrasonography was done along the jugular vein on both sides of each dogs 21 days after anastomosis surgery. The internal diameter and circumference of the vein in the anastomosis area were markedly reduced with thickening of the vein wall, but no thrombi were observed.

본 연구의 목적은 초음파검사에 의하여 한국재래산양의 간장 및 담낭의 정상적인 구조와 크기를 알아보는데 있다. 30두의 한국재래산양에서 간장, 문맥, 후대정맥 및 담낭의 크기, 위치 및 구조를 측정하였다. 30마리의 산양을 체중에 따라서 5-15Kg, 15-25Kg 및 25-35Kg군으로 분류하였다. 우측복벽의 제9늑간극으로부터 12늑간극까지에서 측정을 실시하였다. 각 늑간극에서의 간장의 크기, 후대정맥 및 문맥의 위치 및 직경을 관찰하였다. 본 연구에 있어서의 간장 크기 및 위치의 초음파 측정자료는 한국재래산양의 간장의 변화에 대한 진단에 있어서 기초자료로서 사용될 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.

Hepatic lipase 유전자 promoter의 G-250A 다형성과 대사증후군간의 관련성

Background and Objectives: The -250G to A polymorphism of the hepatic lipase gene (LIPC) has been associated with lowered hepatic lipase activity, dyslipidemia, and diabetes. The aims of this study were to elucidate the relationship of the G-250A polymorphism of LIPC with metabolic syndrome in Koreans. Methods: A total of 943 health screen examinees were enrolled in this study who were examined in Kosin University Gospel Hospital from December 2004 to February 2006. The height, weight, body mass index, body fat mass, visceral fat mass, waist circumference, and systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the subjects were examined and fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglyceride were measured by sampling in venous blood. The metabolic syndrome was defined as the presence of three or more of the following : waist circumference men≥90 cm, women≥80 cm, blood pressure≥130/85 mmHg, fasting glucose≥110 mg/dL, HDL cholesterol men<40 mg/dL, women<50 mg/dL, triglyceride≥150 mg/dL. The blood pressure, fasting glucose, HDL cholesterol, triglyceride were evaluated by using the criteria of NECP ATP Ⅲ and waist circumference was assessed by using the criteria of WHO Asia-Western Pacific. The genotype at position -250 of the hepatic lipase promoter was determined by single base extension and electrophoresis. Results: The observed frequencies of the -250G to A polymorphism of LIPC were 49.8% for the metabolic syndrome, 51.4% for the control group and 50.9% in total subjects. The frequency of the A allele was 36% in total subjects. Concentration of triglyceride was significantly higher in subjects with GA and AA genotypes in women.. Conclusion: The -250A allele frequency was 36% in Koreans and the -250G to A polymorphism of LIPC seems to significantly influence to plasma triglyceride levels in women.

양이온 교환된 Faujasite형 제올라이트의 골격원자에 대한 광전자분광학적 해석

The electronic structures of T atom and oxygen in cation exchanged Faujasite were investigated by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The obtained spectra of Na+-, Mg2+-, Co2+- exchanged Zeolite X and Y were deconvoluted to demonstrate electronic binding energy of framework atoms. There were 2∼3 bands related to oxidation state of exchanged cations in each spectra. The deconvoluted bands occupying the main portion area of Si2s and O1s spectra were shifted to higher region on biding energy according to the increase in positive charge of cation.
