유치원 특수 교사의 직무스트레스와 직무스트레스 대처방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to engage improvements and changes of the teacher's tasks with effectiveness through assessment method on job stress and how it effects on coping action of the special education teachers in the public kindergarten. The subject of this study are the special education teachers in 66 public Kindergarten national-wide with total 50 surveys for analysis and The method of this study is made up of several questions related to individual, environmental stress, reactions of job stress. We used SPSS version 10.0 application for data analysis. The result of the study are as follows; Firstly, The primary factor of Job stress in special teacher, The time management ranked first, and relationship with parents, relationship with other teachers, psychological findings accordingly. Besides, The job stress with personal and individual factor has a difference about ages and career. Secondly, With dealing with stress by looking at the factor, The coping with problem-solving method was the highest, emotional-relief, wishful thinking, pursuit of social support represent in sequence and the environmental factor of special teacher had a difference as well. There was a difference with emotional relief in degree of disability and others has no difference. Therefore The solution to delete and minimize cause of the job stress in special teacher is required to subordinate factors on this study. Besides We insist the requirement for further study not only that is route to decrease job stress in public kindergarten but also that analyze the relationship between job stress and coping method, continuously.

ADSL, VDSL과 같은 초고속 유선 인터넷 기술의 박닥에 힘입어 유선 인터넷 사용자가 증가함에 따라 언제 어디서나 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않는 휴대인터넷 서비스에 대한 요구가 점점 증대하고 있다. 이런 휴대인터넷의 성공적인 도입을 위한 셀 설계기술이 필요하고, 이를 위한 셀 크기나 가입자의 수에 따라 성능 평가를 바탕으로 한 셀 설계가 이루어져야 한다. 기존의 CDMA를 이용한 방식에서는 전력제어를 바탕으로 링크 설정의 여부에만 관심이 있었으나 휴대인터넷에서는 스케줄링 방식을 이용하여 시스템 성능이나 사용자 QoS를 더 고려한다.

By analyzing 10,522 newspaper articles posted on the Big Keynes website askeywords, this study investigates the current status of reading discussioneducation in Korean society. Using Foucault's method of discourse analysis,newspaper articles were investigated in chronological order, but the discoursewas divided into the first period before the College Scholastic Ability Test, thesecond period after 1994, and the third period after 2008. Specifically, in the first period, reading discussions were expanded, and inthe second period, university scholastic ability tests were newly introduced tocatch up with advanced countries and actively accepted within the readingdiscussion education system. A system of self-introduction letters and admissionsofficers was established in the third period. Although reading discussions to strengthen the competitiveness of humancapital have had a positive impact on bridging the educational gap, they havecaused problems such as various exhibition events and overheated competition,and the distortion of reading discussion. This study reveals the characteristicsof the discourse on reading discussion in Korea. 본 연구는 빅 카인즈 홈페이지에 게재된 10,522 개의 신문 기사를 '독서토론'을 키워드로 분석하여 한국 사회의 독서 토론 교육 현황을 조사하고자한다. 푸코의 담론분석 방법에 따라 신문 기사는 연대순으로 조사 되었으나담화 형성 시기는 대학 수학 능력 시험 전을 1기로, 1993년 이후를 2기로,그리고 2008년 이후를 3기로 구분하였다. 구체적으로 1차 시기에는 노동 문화를 일구는 독서토론이 확대되었고, 2차 시기에는 선진국 따라잡기로서 대학수학능력 시험이 새롭게 도입되었으며 이에 맞춰 독서토론의 교육 체제 안에적극적으로 수용되었다. 3차 시기에서는 자기소개서 작성 및 입학사정관 시스템이 자리잡았다. 인적 자본의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 독서 토론이 교육 격차 해소에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 점도 있지만 다양한 전시 행사와 과열 경쟁등의 문제를 일으켰으며, 권위에 의존하는 독서 토론 왜곡현상은 여전히 남아있다. 본연구을 통해 한국 독서 토론 담론의 특징을 드러내려고 한다.
뇌졸중 환자를 위한 착용형 손 재활훈련기기, DULEX

This paper proposes a wearable hand rehabilitation device, DULEX, for persons with functional paralysis of upper-limbs after stoke. DULEX has three degrees of freedom for rehabilitation exercises for wrist and fingers except the thumb. The main function of DULEX is to extend the range of motions of finger and wrist being contracture. DULEX is designed by using a parallel mechanism, and its parameters such as length and location of links are determined by kinematic analysis. The motion trajectory of the designed DULEX is aligned to human hand to prevent a slip. To reduce total weight of DULEX, artificial air muscles are used for actuating each joint motion. In feedback control, each joint angle is indirectly estimated from the relations of the input air pressure and the output muscle length. Experimental results show that DULEX is feasible in hand rehabilitation for stroke survivals.
