        재배지토양의 화학성이 인삼근중의 당류 및 saponin 함량에 미치는 영향

        The relationships between the soil chemical properties of ginseng fields and the contents of effective constituents in ginseng roots was investigated. The NO₃-N contents in soils showed highly negative correlations with the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in ginseng roots. The organic matter contents in soils showed positive correlations with the contents of sugar and ginoside in ginseng roots, while the contents of available phosphorus and exchangeable rations in soils showed highly negative correlations with the those in ginseng roots. For the Production of ginseng root of higher saponin contents, increase of the organic matter contents, and decrease of the contents of available phosphorus and exchangeable rations in soils were recommended.

        CuxS를 도입한 Acrylonitrile-Sodium-p-Styrenesulfonate 공중합체의 전기적 성질

        To improve the electrical conductivity of acrylonitrile film, acrylonitrile copolymer was synthesized conductive polymer, which was acrylonitrile-sodium-p-styrene sulfonate complex induced by CuxS. The conclusion obtained from this study are as follows: 1. CuxS-AN-SS film was much influenced by pH, concentrations of CuSO4, (NH3OH)2 SO4, Na2S2O3 and reaction time. 2. The volume and surface resistivities of CuxS-AN-SS was increased by order of 106(cm) in volume resistivities, 107(cm) in surface resistivities than that of AN-SS. 3. The Tm value of CuxS-induces copolymer was lower than that of AN-SS copolymer. 4. The tensile properties of CuxS-AN-SS were generally decreased, and particulary the tensile strength of CuxS-AN-SS was decreased about 45% as compare with that of AN-SS.

        에어제트 가공조건이 재생섬유의 구조특성에 미치는 영향

        The dence of processing parameters on the air-jet textured(AIT) yarn was investigated to characterize the structural properties of acetate and viscose rayon fibers. The air-jet texturing nozzle employed was Hemaiet manufactured by Heberlein Co., Swiss and the samples were produced with four diffirent air pressures(i. e.,), 4, 5, 6kg/m2), usage of impact ball and dry/wet conditions. The structural characteristics investigated were yarn instability and fiber configurations such as floats, arcs, potrudes, and cross/closed loops. The results obtained though this experiment was as follows: (1) the instabilities of acetate and viscose A/T yarns were increased with raising the air pressure of nozzle and usage of impact ball due to the increase of loop frequency, (2) the texturing effect of regenerated fibers was partially enhanced by the water application and the use of the impact ball due to the decrease of filament friction and the increase of turbulent air flow in the nozzle, and (3) the surface characteristics of acetate and viscose A/T yarns had the stable loop structure with increasing the air pressure of the nozzle and water application.

        년근별 인삼추출물의 사포닌함량 , 물리성 및 색도의 변화

        For the quality management of ginseng root extracts and their products, the effective constituents contents, physical properties (pH, turbidity, viscosity, optical density) and color intenties of the extracts from white ginseng roots of different cultivating years. The sugar contents, lightness and yellow intensity of extracts from white ginseng roots increased with increased their cultivating yearn. The crude ash contents turbidity and optical density of extracts from white ginseng roots decreased with increased their cultivating y ears. Therefore, the extracts from white ginseng root of 5 or 6 cultivated years showed higher quality than the extracts from ginseng root of 4 cultivated years.

        고령자의 일상적 스트레스가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 스트레스 대처전략의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 고령자의 일상적 스트레스가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향과 이들 관계에서 스트레스 대처전략의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 이론을 검토한 후 가설을 도출하고, 가설을 검정하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석자료는 국민노후보장 패널 5차 부가조사 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과를 보면 첫째, 일상적 스트레스는 고령자의 삶의 만족도에 부(-)의 영향을 주고, 둘째, 일상적 스트레스와 고령자의 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 긍정적 대처전략은 통계적으로 유의한 조절효과를 나타내고, 셋째, 일상적 스트레스와 고령자의 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 부정적 대처전략도 통계적으로 유의한 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 일상적 스트레스가 고령자의 삶의 만족도를 낮추고 있으며, 스트레스에 대한 대처전략에 따라 고령자의 삶의 만족도의 효과도 달라질 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this article is to verify the influence of daily stress on life satisfaction in the aged, as analyzing moderating effect of stress coping strategies. In order to the aim addressed above, the study used the questionnaire that was administered to KReIS panel 5th sub-data in 2014. In this study, some hypothesises were set through literature review to test the relationships between the variables given. Their hypothesises were tested by regression analysis. The results in this study are as follow. (1) daily stresses negatively affect life satisfaction in the aged, (2) positive coping strategies as moderating variable on daily stress are positive effect on the life satisfaction as dependent variable. On the other hand, negative coping strategies as moderating variable on daily stress are negative effect on the life satisfaction. These results revealed that daily stress can lessen the life satisfaction in the aged, and then the ways of coping strategies can give different effects on the life satisfaction in the aged.

        청상방풍탕 열수 추출물의 피부재생, 주름개선, 미백, 보습 효과 및 세포독성 평가

        목 적: 본 연구는 한의학에서 면포질환에 빈번히 사용하는 대표적인 복합처방 인 청상방풍탕의 열수 추출물 동결건조물의 피부 노화 개선 효과 평가를 위하여 피부재생, 주름개선, 미백 및 보습 효과를 각각 평가하였고, 기본적인 독성 평가의 일환으로 세포독성 또한 in vitro 방법으로 평가하였다. 방 법: 본 연구에서는 human normal fibroblast(CRL-2076) 세포 및 B16/F10 murine melanoma(CRL-6475) 세포에 대한 청상방풍탕 열수 추출 동결건조물(수율 18.71%)의 세포독성을 MTT(3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium Bromide) 방법을 통해 평가하였고, B16/F10 melanoma cells의 melanin 생성 억제 정도 및 melanin 합성 필수 효소인 tyrosinase 활성 억제와 arbutin을 비교 평가하여 미백효과를 평가 하였다. 또한 피부 재생 및 주름 개선 효과를 transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1와 fibroblast의 collagen type I 합성능을 비교, phosphoramidon disodium salt(PP)와 세포 외 기질의 분해에 관여하는 elastase활성 억제를 비교, oleanolic acid(OA)와 hyaluronidase, collagenase 및 matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-1 활성 억제를 비교하여 각각 평가 하였고, 마우스 피부 수분함량 변화를 관찰하여 보습효과를 평가하였다. 결 과: 본 실험의 결과, 청상방풍탕은 human normal fibroblast 세포 및 B16/F10 murine melanoma 세포에서 최고 농도인 500 mg/ml까지 유의한 세포독성이 나타 나지 않았고, fibroblast의 collagen type I 합성을 증가시켰다. 또한 세포외기질 파 괴와 연관된 것으로 알려진 hyaluronidase, elastase, collagenase 및 MMP-1 활성을 각각 억제하였고 melanin의 생성에 관여하는 tyrosinase의 활성 및 B16/F10 melanoma 세포의 melanin 생성을 농도 의존적으로 차단함이 관찰되었다. 이와 더불어 정상 매체 대조군에 비해 청상방풍탕 경구 투여군이 투여 용량 의존적으로 마우스 피 부 수분 함량을 유의성 있게 증가시켰다. 결 론: 이상의 결과에서, 청상방풍탕은 세포 독성 없이 피부재생, 주름개선, 미 백 및 보습 효과를 나타남이 관찰되어 차후 피부 개선 소재로서 그 가치가 높을 것으로 판단되나 금후 개별 구성 약재 각각에 대한 효능 및 생리활성을 나타내는 화학성분의 검색과 더불어 다양한 방면으로 기전적인 연구와 피부 보호 효과에 대한 in vivo평가를 체계적으로 수행해야 할 것으로 판단된다. Objectives: The present study is to observe the skin-regeneration, anti-wrinkle, whitening and skin moisturizing effects of Cheongsangbangpung-tang (CSBPT) with cytotoxicity. Methods: In the present study, cytotoxicity of CSBPT lyophilized aqueous extracts (yield=18.71%) was experimented against human normal fibroblast cells and B16F10 murine melanoma cells by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium Bromide (MTT) assay, and skin regeneration and anti-wrinkle effects were also showed through the assay of collagen type I synthesis by an enzyme immunoassay (EIA) kit as comparing with transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1, hyaluronidase, collagenase and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-1 inhibitory assays as comparing with oleanolic acid (OA), and elastase inhibitory effects as comparing with phosphoramidon disodium salt (PP). In addition, whitening effects of CSBPT were observed by tyrosinase inhibitory assay and melanin formation test in B16/F10 melanoma cells as comparing with arbutin, and skin moisturizing effects were measured through mouse skin water contents test, respectively. Results: No CSBPT treatment related cytotoxic effects were demonstrated against human normal fibroblast cells and B16/F10 murine melanoma cells. CSBPT concentration-dependent increased collagen type I synthesis at human normal fibroblast cells. It also effectively suspreessed hyaluronidase, collagenase, elastase and MMP-1 activities, which were enzymes that related to declining of ECM and formation of wrinkle. CSBPT supressed B16/F10 melanoma cells`s melanin productions with tyrosinase activity, which was an enzyme connected with melanin formation, and dose-dependent and significant increases of skin water contents were detected in CSBPT treated mouse skin as compared with vehicle control skins. Conclusions: CSBPT showed favorable and enough skin regeneration, anti-wrinkle, whitening and skin moisturizing effects at least in a condition of this experiment. However, more detail mechanism and in vivo skin protective efficacy studies should be conducted in future with the screening of the biological active compounds in individual herbs of Cheongsangbangpung-tang.

        자궁적출술 후유증으로 입원치료를 받은 환자 5례에 대한 보고

        Objectives: This paper was aim to report the clinical study for five cases received Korean medicine hospital treatment because of hysterectomy sequelae within 5 days after surgery. Methods: The patients having treated with hospital management, from March 1st in 2014 until March 24th in 2015, was enrolled in this study. We collected their age, chief complaint, vice complaint, diagnosis, visit days after surgery, treatment period, and etc. We treated the patients with acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine. Results: All of the cases treated with Korean medicine in this study revealed the recovery. The vice complaint also had improved. Conclusions: Korean medicine is effective on patients having variable postoperative symptoms following hysterectomy. And it is necessary to conduct an additional treatment about menopause symptoms.

        폴리프로필렌/지르코니아 혼합물의 방사성에 관한 연구(I)-방사조건에 따른 구조와 기계적 성질-

        The zirconiunl dioxide(ZrO2) has characterized as a far infrared radiator and can apply as the thermal storage material by mixing with various polymers. In the present work, PP chips were blended with ZrO2 particles by the banbury mixer and spun PP/ZrO2 composite fibers by using the melt spinning machine with different spinning conditions. Effect of the draw ratio and amount of ZrO2 on the morphological structure and mechanical properties of the produced PP/ZrO2 composite fibers has been investigated. The results obtained are as follows: (1) the good dispensability of ZrO2 particles in the PP fiber has been observed and the phase separation between PP and ZrO2 has an increasing trend with increasing draw ratio on PP/ZrO2 composite fibers. (2) the breaking stress has increased to a significant extent with increasing the draw ratio, but decreased with increasing the amount of ZrO2, (3) in the X-ray diffraction pattern, the peak intensities of PP/ZrO2 composite fibers have increased with increasing the draw ratio, and (4) the crystallinity of PP/ZrO2 composite fibers has slightly changed with increasing the amount of ZrO2 and considerably increased with increasing the draw ratio.

        폴리프로필렌/지르코니아 혼합물의 방사성에 관한 연구(II)-방사조건에 따른 열적 및 점탄성 성질-

        In order to investigate the thermal and viscoelastic properties of Pp/ZrO2 composite fibers, polypropylene(PP) chips were mixed with the zirconium dioxide(ZrO2) powder characterized as a far infrared radiator and PP/ZrO2 composite fibers were spun by using the melt spinning machine with different spinning conditions (i. e.. draw ratio and the amount of ZrO2 Effects of spinning condition on the thermal and viscoelastic properties of the produced PP/ZrO2 composite fibers have investigated. The results obtained in this study are as follows: 1. The amount of ZrO2 on the composite fiber has scarecely influenced on the melting temperature and the melting temperature of iolo Pp/ZrO2 composite Hber is 161℃, but the crystallinity temperature has increased with increasing the amount of ZrO2 and the decomposition temperature of Pp/ZrO2 composite fiber has an decreasing trend with increasing the draw ratio. 2. The loss tangent(tan 6) has decreased with increasing the draw ratio in the ad absorption peak, but the absorption intensity of E' and E" has increased with increasing the draw ratio in the ac absorption temperature. Meanwhile, in the aa absorption region, the loss tangent of PP/ZrO2 composite fibers has decreased with increasing the amount of ZrO2.
