Until now, the domestic construction market has been formed focusing on new construction and reconstruction in the apartment industry. Recently, however, the remodeling market for old structures have shown a tendency towards land shortage and land price increases in the major cities : the reinforcement of regulations regarding reconstruction ; expenditure reduction and the solving of environmental problems by regarding old structures is pursuing low costs and maximum efficiency. The interest in remodeling is increasing, however, remodeling has not been successfully initiated in the apartment division for a reasonable period of time. Consequently to acquire mutual agreement for remodeling from the residential occupants. In order to evaluate profitability, it is necessary to set priorities and reasonable criteria for remodelling and to this end, it is also required to assess each fact of remodelling in view of both customers and supplied.

병원건축물 리모델링에 대한 경제적 타당성 연구를 통하여 리모델링에 대한 효율성을 신축과 비교하여 평가방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 경제적 타당성에 대한 평가방안을 제시하기 위해 기존의 건축분야의 경제적 평가기법들과 부동산분야의 감정평가기법들을 조사하여 특징과 문제점을 분석한 후 연구의 기본 방향을 설정하였다. 이를 토대로 타당성 평가방안의 개념과 절차를 수립하고, 기존연구와 자료를 조사분석하여 단계별 방안을 제시하였으며 실제사례를 적용하여 경제적 타당성을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 효율적인 병원건축물의 리모델링에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

For clinical trials, it is common to compare the placebo and new drug. The method of calculating a sample size for two independent populations are the t-test that is used for parametric methods, and the Wilcoxon rank-sum test that is used in the non-parametric methods. In this paper, we propose a method that is using Kim's (1994) statistic power based on the linear placement statistic, which was proposed by Orban and Wolfe (1982). We also compare the sample size for the proposed method with that for using Wang et al. (2003)'s sample size formula which is based on Wilcoxon rank-sum test, and with that of t-test for parametric methods.

Mycoplasma pulmonis infection causes chronic respiratory disease and decreases reproductive efficiency. Infected mice display inactivity, weight loss, and ruffled hair coat, but the most prominent signs are "chattering" and dyspnea, due to rhinitis and purulent exudate in nasal passages. In this study we developed the ELISA method for M. pulmonis using LAMP (Lipid-Associated Membrane Protein) of Mycoplasma pulmonis. We isolated M. pulmonis from bronchial flushing fluid of conventionally housed mice and rats. The LAMP of isolated M. pulmonis is used in ELISA antigen development The results of serological test, in the ELISA with LAMP of M. pulmonis, were equal to those of a commercial ELISA kit. Our ELISA method will be used to eradicate Mycoplasma pulmonis infection in laboratory animal facilities and contribute to quality control of laboratory animals.
복합스포츠 센터의 고객만족도와 전환장벽이재구매의도에 미치는 영향

이 연구의 목적은 복합스포츠 센터의 고객만족도와 전환장벽이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 서울특별시에 소재한 10개의 복합스포츠 센터 남 ? 여 회원을 대상으로 설문지 배포하여 불성실하게 응답한 67부의 자료를 제외한 후 최종적으로 600부를 연구의 자료로 사용하였다. 자료처리는 spss/pc window v.15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모델 분석을 위해 Amos 7.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운영만족도가 높을수록 전환비용과 인간관계와는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대안의매력, 재구매의도와는 관련성이 없었다. 둘째, 서비스품질만족도가 높을수록 전환비용과 인간관계, 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대안의 매력은 관련성이 없었다. 셋째, 전환비용이 높을수록 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 인간관계와 대안의 매력은 재구매의도와 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 복합스포츠 센터의 회원등록율을 높이기 위해서는 운영만족도와 서비스품질 만족도를 높여야 하고 회원들이 전환비용을 높게 인지할 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of customer satisfaction and switching barrier on repurchase intention at complex sports centers. After questionnaires were distributed to men and women members of ten complex sports centers in Seoul, 600 questionnaires were used for the study; 67questionnaires were excluded due to insincere answers. For data processing, Spss/pc window v.15.0 was used for Frequency analysis, Correlation, and Confirmatory factor analysis. And Amos 7.0 program was used for Structural equation model. The study results are as follows. First, as operation satisfaction becomes higher, the operation satisfaction positively affects switching cost, human relationship, and attractiveness of alternative, but it has no relation with repurchase intention. Second, as service quality satisfaction becomes higher, the service quality satisfaction positively affects switching cost, human relationship, and repurchase intention, but it has no relation with attractiveness of alternative. Third, as switching cost becomes higher, the switching cost positively affects repurchase intention, but human relationship and attractiveness of alternative have no relation with repurchase intention. Therefore, to raise the membership registration rate at complex sports center, it is necessary to improve operation satisfaction and service quality satisfaction, and to make members highly recognize switching cost among switching barriers.

In recent years, changes in circumstances surrounding apartment remodeling is very encouraging when viewed from the activation of remodeling. The opposition of other residents about promotion of the Remodeling of just how would adjust the principal that has been challenging, funding for the renovation and refurbishment of the asset value after the change has emerged as a key issue. Especially, despite the many media reports, the property value effects by remodeling that rising real estate prices have not clearly been proven, and financial institutions since rise of the renovation of the asset value also have significant and conservative evaluation, the tenant have difficulties in remodeling for the procurement of funding, as well as a significant success of the renovation project is not to be convinced. System improvement makes remodeling the block of the city be more efficient overall direction and management must promote harmoniously, while also minimizing public expenditure substantially, remodel to support the institutional measures should be taken.
기업의 국제화 -인적자원을 중심으로: 삼성 미래전략그룹의 사례

Globalization is a management imperative for companies aspiring to become serious players in the world market. While being well aware of the importance of globalization, companies tend to find it difficult to implement largely because they do not know specifically how to do it. It is particularly true to many Korean companies. The present paper is an exploratory study to uncover methodologies of or approaches to globalization. Specifically, it analyzes the case of Samsung Global Strategy Group (SGSG) with the historical data since its inception in 1997. The case illustrates a rare case of globalization by changing perhaps the subtlest element of an organization, i.e., people. Overcoming the initial difficulties, SGSG is now achieving the twin goals of globalizing Samsung and developing global managers. As revealed in the case, globalization is to be seen as change management. Korean companies may learn important lessons from the case by gaining insight that globalization is much more than brilliant strategies. It comes only when the organization globalizes.
