대학로 소극장 공간성의 내재적 의미에 관한 연구 : 은유추출기법 활용

본 연구는 최근 현대 연극 공간의 인문학적인 연구에 발맞추어 새로운 접근법으로 한국 연극의 중심지인 대학로 소극장에 대한 연극 종사자 및 관객들의 내재적인 의식을 분석했다. 마케팅 분석 기법 중의 하나인 은유추출기법(ZMET)을 활용하여 대학로 소극장에 대한 공유개념을 추출해서 소극장 공간의 동시대의 문화적 의미를 다시 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 분석 결과, 대학로 소극장의 공유개념은 ‘소극장의 현장성’이라는 핵심구성개념을 중심으로 ‘감동과 흥분’이라는 정서적 가치를 우선시하며, 관람객의 측면에서는 ‘공감과 교류’를, 연극종사자들을 측면에서는 ‘꿈과 낭만’을 보여주고 있다. ‘소극장의 현장성’은 공연을 통해 관람객들에게 ‘다양한 경험과 대리만족’이라는 구성개념에 강한 영향을 주고 있고 ‘공감과 교류’는 관객들에게 ‘여유로운 삶과 예술적 향유‘라는 구성개념에 보다 근접한 관련성을 보여주고 있다. 그리고 대학로 소극장 현실적인 열악한 조건의 부정적인 구성개념이 바닥에 짙게 깔려 있었다. 대학로 소극장 구성개념들이 전반적으로 긍정적인 것은 현대 인문학적 공간이론가인 르페브르가 말한 재현공간의 공간적인 실천에서 다른 예술 장르와 함께 소극장 연극의 필요성 및 가능성을 다시 확인해주고 있다.

The organic impurities are formed in the p-xylene oxidation process to terephthalic acid(TPA) and they are present in the filtrate(mother liquor) solution or the TPA particles. The organic impurities present in the p-xylene oxidation are formed through side reactions or incomplete reaction. In this study, the main organic impurities, such as benzoic acid, p-toluic acid, p-tolualdehyde, 4-carboxybenzaldehyde, phthalic acid, isophthalic acid, trimellitic acid, and 4-hydroxymethyl benzoic acid were identified simultaneously by gas chromatograghy. The above impurities were reacted with bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide in the mixture of internal standard solution and pyridine solution by trimethylsilylation, where the internal standard solution was made by 99% bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide and 1% trimethylchlorosilane. The main organic impurities above mentioned can be analyzed quantitatively within 50 min.
키오스크의 지각된 편리성과 기술수용의 어려움이 지각된 가치와 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 개인 혁신성의 조절효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of fast food consumers’ perceived convenience and technical difficulties toward self-service kiosk on perceived value and behavioral intention. Data were collected from consumers who visited the fast food restaurants within the last three months. A total of 419 valid questionnaires were collected. Data analysis was conducted using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and moderating effect analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of this paper were as follows. First, perceived convenience had a positive(+) impact on perceived value. Second, technical difficulties had a negative(-) impact on perceived value. Third, perceived value had a positive(+) impact behavioral intention. Forth, personal innovativeness had a moderating effect between perceived convenience and perceived value. In this study, the consumers who use the kiosk are analyzed through empirical analysis to present various conclusions. More specific managerial implications and limitations were discussed as well in this study.
드라이브 스루의 서비스 품질이 만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향:패스트 푸드점을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality (physical environment quality, interaction quality, outcome quality) on satisfaction and behavioral intention for consumers using drive- thru services. Data was collected from consumers who have used the drive-thru service of fast food restaurants (McDonald’s, Burger king, Lotteria, Kfc) within the last three months. The survey period was from August 1, 2020 to August 20, and a total of 257 questionnaires were collected through online research company. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 for demographic analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation matrix analysis and structural equation modeling. The results of this study are as follows. First, the physical environmental quality had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Second, interaction quality had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Third, outcome quality had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Fourth, satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on behavioral intention. Through this study, the service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions of consumers who have used the drive-thru service of fast food restaurants are presented from multiple perspectives. Also implications and limitations through the results of this study were mentioned.
