N/A For decades prospective studies conclusively indicated that viral and mycoplasma, not bacterial respiratory infections triggered asthma in children. Viral infections were more commonly implicated in younger children, whereas infections with viruses and Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) have been associated in older children. We studied to clarify the role of mycoplasma respiratory infections as precipitants of asthma. Thirty-eight childrens with acute bronchial asthma who were hospitalized at the pediatric ward of Hanyang University Hospital from January 1991 through June 1993 were enrolled into the study. Mycoplasma infection was classified when clinical symptoms was accompanied by 1:64 or more of cold agglutinin titer and/or 1:40 or more of mycoplasma IgM antibody in the serum of asthmatic children. Fifteen of thirty-eight asthmatics(39%) had evidence of recent MP infection, The results of the study were not significantly different, when the clinical and laboratory determinations in a group of asthmatic with MP infection was compared to those of the non-infections asthmatic group. Data Mining 기법을 활용한 국방 M&S의 경험지식 분석 : 교육 훈련용 M&S를 중심으로

국방에서 자식관리의 필요성이 대두되고 왔으며, M&S 등 다양한 영역에서 경험지식과 노하우를 공유하고 관리할 필요성이 부각되어 왔다. 하지만, 군의 특성상 보안의 유지가 강조되고 조직원의 잦은 교체 등으로 경험지식을 체계적으로 축적하고 활용하기가 지금까지는 어려웠던 것이 현실이다. M&S 분야에서도 기술개발 자체에는 많은 노력이 들여왔지만, M&S로부터 획득된 경험지식을 어떻게 체계적으로 관리할 것인지와 M&S 경험지식의 공유방안에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 국방 M&S를 경험함으로써 얻은 경험지식 또는 노하우의 체계적인 분석방안을 제시하고자 한다. 국방M&S 경험지식은 비정형의 정성적 데이터이므로 데이터마이닝, 온톨로지, SAO, TRIZ 등의 기법을 활용한 분석방법을 제시하였다. 제안된 방법으로 교육훈련용 개인사격 M&S의 4 가지 유형인 이동표적사격, 개활지 방어사격, 고지점령사격, 도시 방어사격에 대하여 M&S 경험지식을 체계화하였고, M&S 경험의 기본원리를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 교육훈련용 국방 M&S의 교육 효과성 제고에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The knowledge management has emerged in national defense and the sharing and management of experience knowledge and know-how in various areas. However, due to the nature of the military such as the emphasis on maintaining security and frequent replacement of members of the organization, it has been difficult to systematically accumulate and utilize experience knowledge. In the field of M&S, there has been lots of effort in technology development itself, but research on how to systematically manage experience knowledge acquired from M&S and how to share M&S experience knowledge has been insufficient yet. Therefore, this study aims to propose a systematic analysis method of experience knowledge obtained by experiencing M&S for educational and training purposes using data mining techniques such as ontology, SAO, and TRIZ. The M&S experience knowledge was systematized and derived for four types of M&S for educational and training purposes: mobile target shooting, open-field defense shooting, high-altitude shooting, and urban defense shooting. These results are expected to contribute to the enhancement of educational effectiveness of the Defense M&S for Education and Training.

N/A A clinical study was performed on 27 newborn infants with pulmonary air leaks, who were admitted to the NICU of Hanyang University Hospital from January 1986 through December 1993.The results were as follows 1) The incidence of air leaks was 0.24% of overall newborn infants in both sexes. 2) Air leak incidence was variable according to the perinatal factors such as age of life (1 day' 81.5Y%), birth weight (normal: 66.7Y%), type of delivery (cesarean section' 57%). Apgal score (<6 at 5 minutes: 55.6%), gestational period (fullterm: 55.4%) and under lung disease (meconium aspiration syndrome' 48.1%). 3) Of the 27 patients of pulmonary air leaks, pneumothorax was most frequently observed in 21 subjects, and pneumomediastinum, pulmonary interstitial emphysema and pneumo- peritoneum were noted in order of frequency. Air leaks we e developed primarily in 10 and secondarily in 1 1 of the 21 patients with pneumothorax, respectively, which were found especially at the right thorax. 4) Clinical symptoms and signs were decreased breathing sound, tachypnea, cyanosis, chest retraction, apnea, lethargy and bradycardia in order of frequency. 5) With simple oxygen therapy, 8 patients were completely improved. However, out of the 18 patients who had underwater seal drainage, 10 patients were expired. In conclusion, early diagnosis and proper management for pulmonary air leaks of the newborn infants are absolutely needed.

본 연구는 슬러지 발생 및 처리공정에 범용적으로 적용 가능한 최대농축효율 및 기계적 운전시 최적 조건을 도출하기 위하여 시행되었다. Pilot test는 경기도 D시 환경사업소에서 발생한 잉여슬러지를 대상으로 하였다. 기존 슬러지 처리기술은 처리장에서 발생하는 슬러지를 중력 또는 기계식으로 농축하는 과정이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 농축조에서 인발한 잉여슬러지를 대상으로 농축농도 및 SS회수율을 측정하고 이때의 응집제 첨가율 및 Screw 회전속도등 처리효율에 영향을 미치는 운전인자에 대하여 고찰 하고자 한다. This research enforced to draw maximum efficiency of Equipment that application is possible and mechanical most condition as common in sludge occurrence process. Pilot test did to surplus sludge that happen in Kyonggi Province `D `city environment affairs agency. Process that existing sludge treatment technology concentrate sludge that happen in processing plant by gravity or machine is certainly necessary. Wish to investigate about factor that measure concentration density and SS withdrawal rate to surplus sludge that take in tank of concentration in this research, also we are going to investigate about factor such as rate of polymer injection and screw speed.
