It is traumatic experience to people who have experienced the Korean massacre at the time, the Great Kanto Earthquake. The Korean massacre at the Great Kanto Earthquake is narrated as heartwarming story and described in the state of “exception”. In these story, many Japanese saved Korean from the massacre and Japanese police guarded Korean. By doing this, Japanese imperialism tried to suture wounded daily life of the colonist. But the fear and trauma what were written on minds of colonist, existed as a existence of absence on the texts and scratched the heartwarming story concerning the Korean massacre. As a result, the truth that the state of “exception” is not exceptional but the ordinary colonial life itself appeared from the crack on the texts.

오송 생명과학단지 조경설계

This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for Osong Biohealth Technopolis Institute of Cheongwon Gun Chung Cheong Buk Do which was held by Ministry of Health and Welfare in March 2004. The site is located in. Osong Li, Kang Wei Myun, Cheonwon Gun, Chung Cheong Buk Do and has an area of $402,600m^2$. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the client could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design respecting the surrounding environment, a functionally efficient site plan by clustering buildings with similar uses, a site plan having 'front yard' by locating buildings in rear areas toward existing 'groves'. The proposal set the main design concept of this project as 'clustering'. By doing that, existing grades and plants can be saved, buildings with similar uses can be clustered, huge 'front yard' as a symbolic image of this project can be achieved, and finally many small open spaces for everyday life can be designed accordingly.

Lee Kwang-soo asked the afresh question “what is the literature” in the first line of “Literature lecture” in the mid-1920s. Already, this question was raised by “문학이란 하오 (What is the literature)” about a decade ago in that it isn’t a new question at all. However, when the context of the question changes, its meaning and effect also changes. This paper intends to reveal the intention of the question “What is literature?” which was published by “Literature lecture” and “A trivial talk about literature” on the extension of the former. Furthermore, this paper aims to clarify what it means in the literary circles in those days and what effect it has generated. Lee Kwang-soo presented the concept of literature in “Literature lecture” and included the decadence literature and the proletarian literature in the ‘literature’. In “A trivial talk about literature”, the works of poets who represent various attitudes and tendencies are considered as the classics of Joseon literature. Through these works, Lee Kwang-soo presented the history of literature. Making the concept of literature literary and establishing the history of literature was the task of making literature specific and irreversible.

In this study, I attempted to the architectural design characteristics of Daeung-Jeon in Sudeok Temple. For this purpose, After I set up several assumptions in the basis of the general characteristics of Korean wood architecture, and then, analyzed floor plan, structural formation and section sizes of structure and bracket members in relation to module and unit. As the results, the characteristics of the design process of plan and structure are follows. (1) 1 ja(尺), the unit applied to this building is measured $307.6{\sim}318.3mm$) and the average is 312.9mm (2) It is estimated that the floor plan designed on the basis of the top of columns. By the applied unit, every bay of the front side and the side is each designed by 15 ja and 8.5 ja. (3) The section is composed of piled members which have same section size. As basic module of section size called 'jae(재;材)', it is estimated at width 0.45 ja by height 0.75 ja. And as the secondary module, height between jae and is called 'gyoe(계;)' and it wes designed by three height size of 0.25 ja, 0.27 ja and 0.30 ja, (4) It is estimated that the section plan was designed by the order as follows. Firstly, the horizontal position of purlins wes decided on the basis of the intersection point of long and short rafters, and then the position and the section size of purlins and jangheyo(長舌) wes decided on the basis of the slope of roof and rafters. Secondly, going down from purlins, the members of structure composed of 'jae' and 'gyoe' was repeated. Lastly, for the purpose of linking the structure members located on the center line of adjacent purlins organically, the height of whaban(화반) was controlled.

Protein A of Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus isolated from pigs

돼지로부터 분리한 Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus 489주의 protein A 존재여부와 함량을 indirect hemagglutination 및 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)법으로 조사하였다. Indirect hemagglutination text에 의하여 cell-bound protein A 및 extracellular protein A 보유균은 489주 중 각각 87.7% 및 36.0%로 나타났다. ELISA법에 의한 이들 균의 protein A함량 측정에서 전균주의 extracellular protein A는 1ng/ml미만이었으며, cell-bound protein A함량은 대부분의 균주에서 1ng/ml 미만이었고 11주가 25~108ng/ml 수준이었다. The Presence and quantity of protein A in Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus isolates from pigs were determined by indirect hemagglutination test and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Cell-bound and extracellular protein A was demonstrated in 87.7% and 36.0% of 489 isolates, respectively, by indirect hemagglutination test. When contents of the protein A were estimated by ELISA method, all of the isolates that were positive to protein A in indirect hemagglutination test produced extracellular protein A of less than 1ng/ml. Most of the isolates produced cell-bound protein A of less than 1ng/ml, whereas 28 isolates produced 1 to 35ng/ml and 11 isolates produced 25 to 108ng/ml.

돼지로 부터 분리한 Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus 489주의 혈청형을 자가생산한 인자혈청을 이용한 평판응집반응으로 동정하였다. 분리균의 혈청형은 A(16.8%), C(20.4%), D(9.4%), E(7.2%), F 형(29.2%) 및 미분류형(17.0%)으로 동정되었으며, 돼지의 건강상태, 신체부위 및 연령에 관계없이 F형의 분포가 가장 높았다.

식민지 남성의 제국 여성 회견기

제국의 남성과 식민지의 남성, 제국의 여성과 식민지의 여성, 제국의 남성과 식민지 여성의 역학 관계는 비교적 명확하다. 그런데 식민지의 남성과 제국의 여성이 만나게 될 경우 식민 지배와 젠더의 역학이 첨예하게 부딪칠 수밖에 없다. 이 논의에서는 식민지 남성과 제국의 엘리트 여성의 조우가 식민지 남성 지식인의 내면에 어떤 흔적을 남겼는지를 텍스트를 통해 구체적으로 고찰하였다. 또한 이 조우에서 발생하는 텍스트의 긴장과 충돌을 통해 식민지 조선에서의 식민 지배와 젠더의 역학 관계를 좀 더 섬세하게 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 김기진의 소설 「TRICK」과 이익상의 「부인운동자와 회견기」 를 살펴보았다. 김기진의 소설「TRICK」의 내지여선생 다나카는 “내지”여선생과 내지“여”선생의 사이를 부단히 진자운동하는 존재이다. 자신을 비롯한 조선인을 야만인으로 보는 식민자의 시선에 분개하던 광수는 작품 말미에서 자신을 대하는 다나카의 나긋한 태도를 통해 남성으로서의 권위를 회복하고 이로써 제국의 권력을 거부감 없이 받아들이게 된다. 이익상의 회견기에서는 식민 지배와 젠더 역학의 갈등과 긴장이 좀 더 복잡하게 드러난다. 이익상은 저명한 여성운동자인 스미이에 대한 은근한 선망을 드러내는 한편 여성운동자, 모던걸에 대한 호기심 어린 노골적인 시선을 노출하였다. 이 글 속에서 식민지의 남성 지식인과 제국의 여성 엘리트는 관찰의 주체와 대상, 질문의 주체와 대상이라는 위치를 오가며 시선과 응시를 반복적으로 교환하였다. 또한 김기진의 소설 제목 “트릭”은 식민지를 경영하는 제국의 트릭에 대한 은유이기도 하다. 소설에서는 이 트릭에 의해 조선인/일본인, 여성/남성이라는 두 개의 역학 관계가 비교적 말끔하게 정리되었지만, 이 갈등의 빌미를 완전히 소거하는 것은 불가능하다. 그러므로 식민지의 남성은 제국의 여성을 맞닥뜨려 가부장적 주체이자 식민 지배의 대상으로 분열된 자신의 내면을 봉합하기 위해 부단한 노력을 기울여야 했다. 또한 제국은 식민지를 경영하는 기간 내내 양자의 역학 관계를 조율하고 관리하는 작업을 반복할 수밖에 없었다. The relationship between men in empires and colonial men, women in empires and women in colonies, and men and women in empires, is relatively clear. However, if a woman from an empire meets a man from a colony, the dynamics of colonial rule and the gender are sharply opposed. The primary purpose of this discussion is to examine specifically what the encounter with colonial men and the elite women of the empire had left behind in the inner side of the colon male intellectuals through text written by male intellectuals during the colonial period. It was also intended to further clarify the dynamics of the Gender and colonial rule in colonial Joseon through the tension of text arising from this encounter. To that end, we looked at Kim Ki-jin"s novels, "TRICK" and "Lee Iksang`s “A record of talks with feminist” At the end of the novel, Kwangsu, angry at the eyes of the colonialists who saw him and other Koreans as barbarians, regained his authority as a man without regard for his wife`s power. In Lee Iksang"s interview, conflicts and tensions between colonial rule and gender mechanics are more complex. Lee iksang is veiled while the envy for a prominent women`s movement, women`s movement and was curious about the explicit attention to. In this article, male colonial intellectuals and female elites of the empire constantly re-position their positions by exchanging glances and glances with each other. Kim Ki-jin says, "Trick" is also a metaphor for the tricks of the colonial empire. In the novel, the two dynamic relationships between Koreans/Japanese and women/men have been relatively well organized by the trick, but it is impossible to completely dispel the conflict. Thus, the colonial man had to make strenuous efforts to meet the women of the empire and to seal his inner self, divided by patriarchal agents and colonial rule. The empire was also forced to coordinate their epidemiological relationships and manage the source of trouble throughout the colonial period.
