Methotraxate로 유발된 생쥐의 면역반응(免疫反應)에 대한 당귀육황탕(當歸六黃場)과 옥병풍산가미방(玉屛風散加味方)의 효과(效果)

Objectives : In order to study the effect of Dangkwiyughwangtang and Okbyoungpoongsangamibang on the immune response induced by methotrexate in mice. Method : Delayed type of hypersensitivity, hemagglutinin titer, hemolysin titer, rosette forming cells, phagocytic activity for immune response, lymphocyte transformation, and productivity of Interleukin-2 were measured. Results : Body weight decreasing was significantly inhibited as compared with control group in both the Dangkwiyughwangtang and Okbyoungpoongsangamibang groups. Delayed type of hypersensitivity was significantly increased as compared with control group in both groups Hemagglutinin titer was significantly increased as compared with control group in both groups. Hemolysin titer was significantly increased as compared with control group in the Okbyoungpoongsangamibang group. Rosette forming cells were significantly increased as compared with control group in both groups. Phagocytic activity for immune response was slightly decreased in the Dangkwiyughwangtang group and slightly increased in the Okbyoungpoongsangamibang group insignificantly as compared with the control group. Lymphocyte transformation was significantly increased as compared with the control group in both the Dangkwiyughwangtang and Okbyoungpoongsangamibang groups. Productivity of Interleukin-2 was significantly increased as compared with the control group in both the Dangkwiyughwangtang and Okbyoungpoongsangamibang groups. Conclusion : Both the Dangkwiyughwangtang and Okbyoungpoongsangamibang groups enhance immunity in mice.
초음파 센서를 이용한 이동로봇용 환경인식 시스템개발에 관한 연구

To move in unknown or uncertain environment, a mobile robot must collect information from various sensors and use it to construct a representation of the external world. Ultrasonic sensor can provide range data for this purpose in a simple cost-effective way. However, conventional ultrasonic sensor system for a mobile robot are not sufficient for environment recognition because of their large beam opening angle, specular reflection. This paper describes on environmental perception algorithm which can solve these problems in case using ultrasonic sensor. The algorithm consist of two parts. One is to solve beam-opening-angle problem by fusion data from multiple ultrasonic sensors. The other is to cope with specular reflection problem in wall line extract, which is using Hough Transform. Experiments using the system implemented the proposed algorithms have made, and the results are provided at last part in this paper. 방풍통성산가미방(防風通聖散加味方)이 비만유도(肥滿誘導) 백서(白鼠)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Objectives : These experimental studies were designed to investigate the effects of Bangpoongtongsungsankamibang on the weight and the lipid metabolism of the obese rats induced by 2% cholesterol diet. They were designed to change values in the serum and leptin levels in the rats. Materials and Methods : The serum and leptin levels were measured for a period of 8 weeks for obese SD rats induced by 2% cholesterol diet. Results : The body weight showed a tendency to decreased significantly in sample (p<0.05). The Total cholesterol and Triglyceride level significantly decreased in sample (p<0.05). The HDL Cholesterol levels significantly increased in sample (p<0.05). The LDH levels did not show a significant change in sample. The ALP levels significantly decreased in sample (p<0.05). The SGOT and SGPT level did not show a significant change in sample. The Leptin levels significantly decreased in sample (p<0.05). The average size of the epididymal fat cell significantly decreased in sample (p<0.05).

Objectives The relationship between depression, obesity, life style of adolescents has been reported, but the results were not consistent. Thus this study was designed to find out the relationship. Methods The participants were the first and second grade middle school students. The participants were asked to measure their height and weight etc, and were asked to survey questionnaires. To diagnose the students' degree of depression, Children's Depression Inventory(CDI) by Kovas and Beck. Results The average depression score in the obese group was significantly higher than that of the normal body weight group. In addition, male obese group scored higher on CDI than the female obese group, and the obese group of participants who don't exercise, but like to play computer games and watch TV scored higher on CDI than the group who exercise and don't play computer games. Conclusions This study proved that depression in adolescent was closely related with obesity and obesity-related lifestyles. Objective : Allergic Inflammation is related with secretion of Cytokine. This study was performed to examine the effects of Woobangja on anti-allergic inflammation. Method : While macrophage 264.7cells was chosen as a normal group a control group was classified into three groups. One was stimulated with LPS. and another was pretreated with Woobangja for 1 hour. The third was pretreated with gydrocortisone for 1 hour. After the pretreatment, macrophage were incubated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) 100 ng/ml for 12h and media collected and $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-6, $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-10 concentration in supernatants were measured each by Enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay. Woobangja were used $50\;{\mu}g/ml$, $100\;{\mu}g/ml$, $250\;{\mu}g/ml$, $500\;{\mu}g/ml$, 1 mg/ml. Hydrocortisones were used respectively $10^{-8}\;M$,$10^{-7}\;M$,$10^{-6}\;M$,$10^{-5}\;M$,$10^{-4}\;M$. Results : Woobangja showed inhibitory effect on $TNF-{\alpha}$ by LPS-stimulated macrophage 264.7. The inhibitory effect was most significant in 1mg/ml(p<0.01), and has increased according to the number of doses. Woobangja also showed inhibitory effect on IL-10 by LPS-stimulated macrophasg 264.7. The inhibitory effect was most significant in $100\;{\mu}g/ml$, and was not in a dose-dependent manner as Hydrocortisone group. Woobangja and Hydrocortison showed contrary effect on $IL-1{\beta}$ in al five concentration(p<0.01), and at the lowest concentration ($50\;{\mu}g/ml$) the level of $IL-1{\beta}$ was the lowest. On the other hand hydrocortison was observed to have inhibitory effect on $IL-1{\beta}$ in all five concentration(p<0.01). IL-6 was inhibited by hydrocortison in a roughly dose-dependent manner, but was not inhibited by Woobangja. On the contrary Woobangja obviously increased the expression of $IL-1{\beta}$ in all five concentration(p<0.01), but it was not related with concentrations. Conclusion : 1. Woobangja does significantly inhibit the expression of $TNF-{\alpha}$ by LPS-stimulated macrophage 264.7. 2. Woobangja does significantly increse the expression of IL-6 by LPS-stimulated macrophage 264.7. 3. Woobangja does significantly increse the expression of $IL-1{\beta}$ by LPS-stimulated macrophage 264.7. 4. Woobangja does significantly inhibit the expression of IL-10 by LPS-stimulated macrophage 264.7. 5. Woobangja is observer to have anti-allergic inflammatory effect through inhibiting inflammatory cytokine.
